2881  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Targets for 2020 on: November 07, 2020, 10:51:02 PM
It might be possible for the bitcoin to increase its value due to the pandemic.

Not just that, let's go and dig in with the facts, IMO.

  • 1. Australian Prime Minister already launched and funded cryptocurrency companies in their country.  He addressed that crypto might save their economical status against the pandemic.
  • 2. European currency (EURO) is about to have its downs.  That's why wealthy people are looking for options where they put their wealth. And Bitcoin is one of the best options for that and store of value that might keep their wealth for a very long time without needing a storage room like banks with fees.
2882  Economy / Economics / Re: The Destruction Of The Euro on: November 07, 2020, 10:36:48 PM
IMO, It seems like someone is manipulating the global economy, and this might be one of the examples.

It would really be impossible for the Euro to have a bear moment unless their main source of economical power is gone.  Tourism is one of the best industry Europe has been making for their living.  But then, this pandemic hit out of nowhere.  And it really is stupid because, in reality, covid is not that alarming and I never have seen anyone died with it.

It's like a made-up panic causing thing. Ending up, economy going down and that's a very brilliant idea.

In addition above, the forum rules were in here to avoid possible mistakes that could be punishable by the MODs.  Read it before you will start posting here in the forum.

If you are selling accounts, you can post it here in this section.  Marketplace.  BUT, remember this forum rule of account selling.
Quote
Selling invites is allowed, but there are some restrictions in order to prevent people from selling accounts and invites obtained through hacking. In order to sell invites or accounts to invite-only sites, you must:
- Have some history here, with more history being required for trades of invites/accounts in bulk. Or,
- Have substantial history on reputable invite trading forums such as torrentinvites.org which prohibit selling hacked accounts. Or,
- Be vouched for by someone from one of the above two categories.

Anyway, welcome to the forum.  Just another advice if you want to remove some newbies restriction, you can purchase a Copper Membership account for your business.
2884  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BOT TRADING on: November 07, 2020, 04:35:00 PM
Actually, we had a different perspective view of using the automated trading bot.  Yes, you can't completely really on this while you are in trading and still, trading needs your skills and strategies had used not the trading bot will work for you.  With the setting parameters for your position that auto trading bot will execute your open orders, execute stop-loss strategies, and all guaranteed stop would be executed while you are in a break was a helpful tool to do that stuff.

So, therefore, trade by yourself is good but believe me, using a tool like an automated trading bot is a perfect tool for fast trade execution.

Anyway, that doesn't matter if you will use for live trade or based on algo strategy, as long as you know how to set the bot by your own skills and strategy and speaking of copy trading, that's for a newbie trader only but that's another story.
2885  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How btc price correction make things right. And what you should be aware of. on: November 06, 2020, 11:32:11 PM
Talking about investing in Bitcoin and other top cryptocurrencies are always good but that isn't a problem if you will try to invest shitcoin that you willing to lose, what I mean is you know already the risk and if your luck was there, a massive fold of profits was always on their mind and the reason of other's wants to invest in new projects.  Another factor in risk to consider is most projects as of now are a scam, it's really hard to determine a good project even though it has good team promotions and even has good detail in the road map.

If you are looking for an excellent potential investment for holding the long term, top cryptocurrencies are a good choice while a new project that has a hype promotion is a short-term purpose only.
2886  Economy / Goods / Re: Paper wallets on: November 06, 2020, 10:46:57 PM
What kind of damaged wallet you need to restore so that we can help you.  Most commonly, damaged physical wallets have less percentage to recover if you lost your private key, and beware of those Bitcoin wallet recovery services offer, it should legit website.

A paper wallet is very easy to generate or create another one if you know how this will work(in just 5 minutes), but this is very crucial if you are a newbie.
You might refer to this thread if you want to make a new fresh paper wallet, [Howto] Give Bitcoin as a gift.
2887  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What technical indicators do you use and why on: November 03, 2020, 11:30:19 PM
  • Support and resistance
  • RSI
  • MACD
These are on my list.
Every time I do trading I often used the three because it appears to be more clear and precise, I could easily understand the movement and that matters to me in choosing which indicators I should use.  I have work and needs to be in a hurry oftentimes but with these indicators, I can understand it faster even at a single glance, or probably I just get used to it since I have been using it for quite some time now.
2888  Economy / Exchanges / Re: IS YOBIT VMINING A SCAM ? on: November 03, 2020, 05:01:18 PM
Every promotion of Yobit is what I'm always thinking about is a scam.  Because they once scammed many people as you can see if you have done research on google about Yobit.  This is a new scam strategy on Yobit but still, there are some people who get paid and make a profit as I saw on Youtuber but who knows someday they will get scam and you will tell us you didn't get any warn.  Scam and shady companies will always be scammed.

Try to research before putting your money as an investment in a scam exchange.  It might be good if you also research on google, there are various review articles towards them, old members on the forum know them better, the reason no one will accept any promotion offer from Yobit because it always ends up scam.
2889  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Money laundering via BTC on: November 03, 2020, 04:31:42 PM
Is it possible to do money laundering via bitcoin?
Possible, but not only with Bitcoin, but fiat can also do money laundering too.  That's why a centralized exchanger implements this KYC.

We can't deny the fact that Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies can be used for money laundering especially Monero besides, for those who really want to do this they can always find ways to succeed in their felonious act.  In comparison to diamonds and golds, cryptocurrencies are more complex and anonymity is more secure in making transactions although we have KYC procedure it will still not be an obstacle for any culprit to continue using this platform for money laundering.

AFAIK, even governments have no way to trace such activity in crypto transactions if one is already made for money laundering.  IF, they know how to mix their coin for harder tracing the transactions.

2892  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: john mcAfee pumps crypto from prison, denies tax fraud and murder on: November 03, 2020, 04:06:03 PM
It doesn't matter if he is in Spain or in the US but it should not be that way having access to the internet must not be allowed at all cost regardless of your status in the society he should be treated the same as the other prisoners.

Whatever he does about his ghost cryptocurrency project I don't think that someone will trust him and invest in his ghost it is absurd if you will invest in something that the person behind it is known and worse has been imprisoned because of evading tax, fraud, and murder case whether allegations or accusations still remain that the credit will not be reliable anymore.
2893  Economy / Reputation / Re: Complain about negative feedback on: November 03, 2020, 03:26:17 PM
This!

Cases like this are most common to the people who didn't care about the warning, they keep posting even though there's a warning that should consider as spamming or a pointless post and that's prohibited by our golden rule in the forum.

But I won't agree with the negative tag given, that's not appropriate in giving negative feedback.  If @SPQRCoin is DT2, it might good if that DT member will know this guide, LoyceV's Beginners guide to correct use of the Trust system.

To OP, much better if you will ask for an apology that you will never do it again to the one who sent negative feedback, that isn't moderated by the forum or admin.  Send him a PM or open thread in the reputation board and ask for negative feedback removal.
2894  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Be careful with UNISWAP SCAM airdrops. on: November 03, 2020, 03:01:51 PM
This isn't a new scam attempt, once there's a hype project was going on for sure scammers will always looking and find ways to scam naive people who are hoping to earn free money with an easy task and this airdrop is very often and prone to scammers to lure airdrop hunters to be their next victim.

Once you received an email like this, do some research before clicking the link.  It could be a trap that you might download the malware that easy for them to access your device used.

The comment above was right, don't need to be greedily looking for something free on the internet, because most of them aren't legit, and be always vigilant once there's a message in your spam box or much better ignore it.
2895  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin the best reserve asset? on: November 02, 2020, 11:59:32 PM
It's important to point out that when they are talking about cash reserves being an investment they are looking for assets that would likely appreciate in the future, if that is what you meant by a reserve asset then I think it is one of the best ones out there. But if you are talking about a reserve asset that will have a stable price then Bitcoin might not fit as a good reserve asset as it is too volatile. Microstrategy here bought Bitcoin as an investment not for their cash reserve to have another stable state, their cash reserve is just extra money lying around where they are hoping for to make more money out of it.
I tend to agree with you.
This is technically speaking, if it is a reserve asset that the value will be sustainable then Bitcoin isn't the correct one for we all know that Bitcoins value changes from time to time and it doesn't guarantee that it can keep its price or value on a higher rate in time.

We can't even assume that Bitcoin will be in circulation in decades or centuries from now which we all hope to be but investing in Bitcoin and keep it for the future you might just end up desperate if one day your investment in Bitcoins will lose all its value and totally no worth anymore, (which is impossible but we can't mere this fact).
2896  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Venezuela to incorporate Bitcoin and litecoin wallets into national remittances on: November 02, 2020, 11:50:25 PM
The main thought of incorporating the Bitcoins and Litecoins in Venezuela's remittances is the only wide adoption of cryptocurrencies in the country for it will be spread out that these currencies are legally accepted though.

IMO for the economy, might not have a huge impact but considering that if this will be accepted then more transactions can be easy for Venezuelan to access at a faster pace and will have no limitations globally.  In fact, it signifies that little by little Bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies will have its own space in the market which is globally accepted that all of us here are aiming for.
2897  Economy / Economics / Re: What are they hiding from us? on: November 02, 2020, 11:33:43 PM
I'm not pretty sure if I could say that they are hiding something from us if we barely know that inflation of more or less 1% does really happen in any commodities including services.  The mere fact that this always happens every year or even monthly I think it will be difficult for each inflation on commodities to be posted on all sites like Amazon, Walmart and etc.

Just to justify the changes in their price.  I understand OP where you coming from but even our ancestors from the past already experienced this and none of them were able to manage to change this because any changes that have something to do with the other that also affects you then you need to make an adjustment for you to survive just like on a specific product if the material or the recipe has changed on the supply then definitely you will have an adjustment too on your product either by increasing or decreasing or maintaining its price but you will have changes on the size.
2898  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Text Analysis Confirms Craig Wright Is Not Satoshi Nakamoto." on: November 02, 2020, 04:59:55 PM
Interesting to know the analysis which is results all negative but isn't necessary to discuss especially appearing the Bitcoin hater and impersonator of real Satoshi.

As always Craig Wright won't stop claiming himself as Satoshi Nakamoto because he still hopes that one of these days someone will believe in him but I'm pretty sure that day will not come any more for lots of evidence are now being laid in the court that he is not Satoshi Nakamoto.  Right now what I'm thinking is why Craig Wright keeps on claiming this, because I know for a fact that if there is smoke then there is fire, so chances are there are still reasons behind for doing this.  I don't think it is only because of the fame since he is now for claiming to be Satoshi yet never he was able to prove it.
2899  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it wise to deposit $ 100 in bitcoin before the united states vote? on: November 02, 2020, 04:42:29 PM
If you will go in a centralized exchange it commonly asks KYC thing which possibly linked your personal information.

If you were going to ask me it is a wise decision, well, it's definitely good to invest in Bitcoin even though there's no presidential election happen.  But since then, there's a rumor that Bitcoin price will pump on that event.  There's nothing wrong if you will try and take risks since Bitcoin price is unpredictable and no one knows when it will pump or dump.

About the exchange, it might be good if you will find Bitcoin ATM near you, or just use this, Coin ATM Radar to locate those ATM machines. Or find a P2P exchange that didn't require KYC.

This is gonna be my first time that's why I will buy to find out whats its gonna be happen.
Since it is your first time, choose a good wallet and never rely on a custodial Bitcoin wallet.  For now, Electrum is the best choice.
2900  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Know what bankroll management is in sports betting? on: November 02, 2020, 04:15:19 PM
IMO, it's theoretical and ideal at the same time if everyone is capable of applying these ideas in their daily gambling life.  But that isn't the case we all have individual differences in all aspects of life which makes these ideas not applicable to everyone.

However, we all know that it should be the case but still, if we get attached to it so much then oftentimes we get blinded and became greedy.  Somehow OP is right that gambling isn't funny but that is if you are looking at it on one side and that is when you keep on losing money and this is applicable to those gamblers who really intend to gain profit and intentionally go and make bets, not for the entertainment but winning.

We have forgotten that sometimes there are few people who go to casinos just because they wanted to be entertained, chase boredom or just forget what is troubling them aside from financial issues.  This only shows that people who gamble have different approaches in gambling and we can't blame them if they aren't able to follow the bankroll management at a time.
