Currently there is not adequate methods to bet on both sides of bitcoin. But this is all changing starting on December 10th, 2017!!!! The downfall has already begun B) Wallstreet is about to collude and drive the price of bitcoin to the ground. 400+ Billion USD is the amount of profits that are up for grab by shorting bitcoin and altcoins. Wallstreet thrives when the USD $ is strong. They also thrive using questionable practices of collusion and market manipulation. Theres no way they are going to let crypto currency get in the way of their profits. There is also 0 chance that 99% of the world is going to agree to adopt a currency that has inflated 15,000% by the first 1% to adopt it. Crypto will certainly crash before the remaining 99% of the world population agree to get scammed by the intial 1% of investors. Wallstreet agreed to add options for crypto because it is in their best interest to create a way to short. They will also collect huge on Fees. The smartest players who drove prices will start to cash in, and then bet on the downfall. Everyone is going to be scrambling to collect in on this 400 Billion USD that was generated off, essentially, a Ponzi Scheme. You can certainly make a lot of money off a Ponzi Scheme as long as the next guy in line continues to buy into the hype. Institutional investors are about to make tons of money off options. Financial leverage is one of the biggest benefits of trading options. I predict the downslope will be as sharp as the rise. No idea, but given who is selling them I'd wait for competition to come out. There was one company that was just about ready (forgot the name) from China and one that is currently in the research phase in Japan. I'd go with GPU mining some other coin until it's possible to avoid Bitmain though. I also read about competitors and forgot the names. One said they have a running product which is better then the s9 and a core dev somehow proved it. but I can't find it anymore... CCMF? I just found it again. The Chinese one is called DragonMint and ships in April: https://halongmining.com/shop/dragonmint-16t/The Japanese company is called GMO. I would personally wait for the Japanese ones just to make sure that DragonMint isn't somehow related to Jihan Wu (who could be anticipating a decline in Bitmain's sale due to his BCash garbage and attack on Bitcoin). I wouldn't even get miners for making money, but just to support the network and improve decentralization. |

indeed, my prediction price of waves in 2018 between $50 and $100,- before Q3 2018  so it rising now slowly , dont miss the train ( this train was waiting for so long to take of.....) Unfortunately much will also depend on what bitcoin will do in the next few days/weeks... If there will be an heavy dump that brings down everything (all the alts not just Waves) then the ascent of Waves may be more difficult. However, it remains one of the best investments for 2018. i slowly going to hate btc....... when its rising people dumping the alts when its dumping people dumping it also ....... but indeed we will see what the future will bring When BTC dumps it's not really that alts are dumping because of people selling, but because of the BTC value going down. So if (random example) 1 altcoin was worth 1 BTC and BTC drops in price, the altcoin will drop in price even though it's still worth ~1 BTC. So unless you exit crypto into fiat it's completely irrelevant. |

No actually. However, I read somewhere that they are in some strife over using the name 'Monaco' as supposedly the country (jurisdiction?) doesn't like companies using their name. They've already started legal proceedings - although I'm not sure how reliable the article is as a source. If it is true, I'm not sure what the outcome will be. It's not like they can call themselves MonacoIN, since that is already taken by a useless coin with a catface on it. That was just silly FUD as far as I'm aware. Not that it really matters as long as they deliver a product. Let's just hope they'll roll out before the year ends and give some updates on the AC. |
