I am not sure how bounty manager is cheating Dominium campaign as he is part of...hm...ambassadors, anyway, his profile is listed on site. If advertisers have passed KYC test I don't see any reason why they shouldn't be payed for...hm...work.

It is like all these adverts popping out when browsing random websites saying "try my gambling method and become rich" usually followed by guy posing next to ferrary or lamborghini in the front of caste or very large house, while the truth is they are only aiming to get referrals promising them that martingale will make them rich, or people selling various "get rich methods" and when you buy that method you find out the method is actually nothing but selling method itself.

Better practice should be to escrow invested funds and escrow shouldn't release funds until team pay bounty hunters.
Bounty hunters can also look for such projects and bounties. No one is forcing them to participate in bounties and advertise as much as they can projects.
Bounty manager is not escrow service.

Good job but unfortunately majority of these spam accounts are not banned and most posts are removed  I reported few of them using archived posts but I am not sure how moderator will look at it.

That would be wrong use of trust system. Trust should serve as a warning to others. You can find their account somewhere in my trust wall and tag them if you think it is necessary to retag throw away account which probably won't show here ever again.
