Because they can't that's why. It is like all these adverts popping out when browsing random websites saying "try my gambling method and become rich" usually followed by guy posing next to ferrary or lamborghini in the front of caste or very large house, while the truth is they are only aiming to get referrals promising them that martingale will make them rich, or people selling various "get rich methods" and when you buy that method you find out the method is actually nothing but selling method itself.
I can only imagine what OP's method is but it is not true and for sure it can't bring them 1000X in few months, if it is true they wouldn't try to sell it. OP could easily go to bank, took as much money they can and become billionaire in next few months.

This, first of all, I find it difficult for someone to share a method that allows you to get a thousand times what you invest for 50$.
Second, if you are so sure of your prediction why don't you go to the bank to withdraw everything you have and sell all your goods to get a huge return in some months?
Simply because it is not possible to predict the market. (unless you do a fraud)
