|Sub|AC8DG84KD|AdamStgBit ---(0.1)->jubalix|Add|ACICAHJFKJ|

confirmed

How to keep track of user balances?

 lets say a transactions looked like this

                                                    /---amount of coins i'm sending
 thats my name!----\                       |
|Sub|AC8DG84KD|AdamStgBit ---(0.1)->jubalix|Add|ACICAHJFKJ|
      ^                                                                        \_____  jubalix wallet ID
      |___ wallet i am sending coins from

if you search "|Add|ACICAHJFKJ|"
we'll see all the coins that were sent to him.

if you search "|Sub|ACICAHJFKJ|"
we'll see all the coins that were sent from him.

if you search "|ACICAHJFKJ|"
we'll see all the coins that were sent too & from him.

ok I like it, though why we can't use (-) and (+) rather than add and sub

also I kinda liked the return address notation to remain, as you can see totals of what sender has ans is easy for sender to include

this idea can work as long as the string can be easily pulled appart for a program to confirm a valid chain. Then your set.

|-|(0.200)AC8DG84KD|AdamStgBit (0.1)------>|+|jubalix|ACICAHJFKJ|

or

(m)(200)AC8DG84KD|AdamStgBit (-100)------>(m)(+100)|jubalix|ACICAHJFKJ|

(u) defines transaction notation

maybe better

on this note I may make 2 wallets now

should we aslo institute m,u,n notation now

milli
micro
nano

in other news, I only have 0.2AC left, and my head hurts!   Tongue
2883  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crazy Rabbit at the Bitcoin Conference! on: June 02, 2013, 01:09:11 AM
I'll be at the Bitcoin Conference probably as a panelist on the Alt-Coin panel. I might do a little short lunch talk about adapting the experiences from the post-communist transition to starting new crypto-economies, but that's a might at the moment. The real world is preventing me from getting time to do my research.

In any case, I look forward to seeing everyone there and would be happy to get a beer with anyone who wants to talk Alt-Coins or even Terracoin!

I would have loved to have been there!

|AC8DG84KD| (0.250AC)AdamStgBit(0.200AC) (-0.05) -> (0.05)RichG(0.1) (+0.05)
Confirmed.

|AC8DG84KD| (m250AC)AdamStgBit(m200AC) (-m50) -> (m50)RichG(m100) (+m50)

lets start m,u,n (milli, micro and nano) early as in now
2885  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: where this will end on: June 01, 2013, 02:03:44 PM
it is already dying Tongue i stopped mining those new useless coins and i don't think I am alone
These features will make the final superior coin

[1] 0.5 - 1 second payment
[2] no need for exchange, P2P (eg interface with 99% of world bank accounts)
[3] low energy
[4] partial "block chain" needed only

2886  Bitcoin / Press / Re: 2013-06-01 smh.com.au - More than play money on: June 01, 2013, 07:24:33 AM
But the article was really quite damaging with Bitcoin being associated with every imaginable cyber crime Sad

yeah, it will only push the price up

don't worry about it none of us own bitcoin's anyway
2887  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / where this will end on: June 01, 2013, 07:20:16 AM
[1] Either alts will die or
[2] fast evolution will produce a mutant superior coin to BTC
[3] Some alts live but superior alt will take over.
[4] Other

your pick
2888  Other / Off-topic / Re: AC Block chain on: June 01, 2013, 05:56:13 AM
but how would you know the (value) in first bracket!

I dont want o have to add up the wallet for some one else

also this is going to be come hard to check integrity more than 10 blocks deep
2889  Other / Off-topic / Re: [Experiment] Abstract Coin 0.2.1 on: June 01, 2013, 05:28:52 AM
holy shit its happening! Abstract Coin forks!    Shocked

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=219516.0

with enough hero members at the start and in the chain it will lent is legitimacy

also double confirmations would secure the chain better and avoid sock puppets
agreed

I believe this crazy idea might just work!
maybe we should maybe create a new forum of our own, exporting the quote chaine should be really easy.
and it would add legitimacy to Abstract Coin

Abstract Coin FTW!

to work you need to be able to back up the quote chain easily otherwise is too easily lost
2890  Other / Off-topic / Re: [Experiment] Abstract Coin 0.2.1 on: June 01, 2013, 05:07:07 AM
ok

here is my online wallet

some if we adopt a common format, then some one should be able to write a program to chain it all together

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0ApsoE5YJ8sR-dHNESVJ5SGdvWmFiNWNUdGpPNTZUMlE#gid=0

but i'd like to stay away from writing software.
if we go that way we will end up with a shitty version of bitcoin at best.

i'd like to see the doc by i need permissions to open the doc.

try now

at least they got the regulation push price up bit
2896  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will fail on: June 01, 2013, 12:57:37 AM
I *agree* please send me your bitcoins, with give you $1 each.

also money velocity, you have not idea

once out that's just transaction rate between everyone, miners are irelevant, 1 bit coin can be split into 10^8 parts thus enough bitcoins out already to run many times the world economy
2897  Other / Off-topic / Re: [Experiment] Abstract Coin 0.2.1 on: May 31, 2013, 10:53:33 AM
Fun experiment. Can I have a fraction of an abstract coin too?

wachtwoord

|JZARK777| (0.1 AC)Jubalix(0.999AC) -> wachtwoord

Thanks a lot!

As it stands the tx is invalid though you forgot a zero:

|JZARK777| (0.1 AC)Jubalix(0.099AC) -> wachtwoord

would be valid.

yes I see, rejected, hey this a pretty fault redundant system

|JZARK777| (0.1 AC)Jubalix(0.0999AC) -> wachtwoord
2898  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PPC Price in 45Day Poll on: May 31, 2013, 08:55:45 AM
it will go down.  it is fighting the inflation.  future inflation is guaranteed.  future demand is speculative.  if you cna find reasons that demand will increase faster than the rate of future inflation then price will go up.

ppcoin currently has the lowest inflation rate (20~30% annual) among all altcoins, only second to bitcoin (~10% annual).

Look at that real DEV who is on the case,

do you seen why this coin is going places

also I really like  http://www.ppcoin.org/

love the map at the back etc

I am anti Twitter, I want to live off the grid! Grin

I will add my public AC wallet in my sig., with the current amount it holds.

AC is so secure no one will be able to steal it from me anyway! Smiley

hang on no

your on the grid being on this board, the more forms you store the data the stronger it is.

this board goes, your ac goes.
