what is the initial token price and what is the minimum investment for Private sale?
We are selling 250M tokens which is 50% of the total supply. Our hardcap is 14.4M, so the token price is around 5,8cent ($0,0576 precise). The minimum contribution in the private sale is 100 eth. wow 100 ETH that means I can't get my hands on it but I would like to contribute is there any other way? 100 eth are too much also for me, so for now the project is aimed only at large investors, i hope however to be able to buy some token at a later time when they will be listed on some exchange... |

there is a big difference between q1 and q3 according to me is a too long time frame, they should give a shorter term for the exchange launch, will be launched all together? or before a part (classical/decentralized), any unsold tokens will be burned?...

The exact amount raised is not known to me due to private agreements. There is definitely a plan for exchanges. I'll quote from our updated token sale article; "Conclude agreements with one of the world’s leading exchanges, who we will now be able to accommodate as a private sale contributor and partner as well as secure a free listing." it mean, dusk network will be affiliate with some exchange, right? i deduce that in the near future dusk will perhaps make partnerships with important exchanges that are also contributors and will list dusk tokens for free... |

Its great that you actually have already a patent to show on your website and not just a statement that you have patent pending. How long is a patent valid in US?
Well, their patent might be pending at least for 1 year, then it's gonna be active again at least 5 years (up to 35 years). so the patent can be valid up to 35 years, a lot of time, if they were to enlarge the area for launch, for example let's say Europe should they ask for new licenses for each country in which they operate?... |

Yes i also think that the team is one of most important succès factors of EHF. They seems to be really competent, they are all experienced and are involved in the project. Team is one of the most important thing to make a project sucessfull.

What does the Windows download contain? Does the exchange run as a dedicated program instead of running in a browser?
It was actually quoted as an option, not something mandatory, but I also wonder why someone would download having all the options available in a safe online place? There is less of this that enforce user security or ease the bargain somehow if the two versions are identical and offer the same options it is obviously better to use the online one and do not download anything on your windows... |

Yes the ico market was totaly crazy past year, so much projects raised money with nothing behind. Now it’s really hard to raise money for an ico. I think laneaxis has some chance to at least reach the soft cap, there is some people interested in the project.
This makes sense since hype was high last year and no one wanted to miss on a huge opportunity but now so many people started to take advantage of that and people are not trusting ICOs anymore. We need to form a strong crypto community to separate scams from real deals. that's why we have these conversations on bitcointalk and there are several websites that grade projects. although they shouldn't be trusted too much. this year has not been too good for the crypto and for the ico, is difficult to distinguish between the ico valid and scam would need a couple of really reliable rating sites, however the idea of the project laneaxis is good and i think that they will raise at least the soft cap... |

Is there any precise information on when the MVP will be released to the public? Or will there be a limited release for several people only?
I think their MVP will be in the first quarter of 2019 as the roadmap was too long and the team wont do much communication in here or in telegram groups. Considering its long road map, the fact that they are not very active on this project does not mean that they've taken this thread for granted, in fact, they keep us updated from time to time with regards to major milestones and activities of the team. yes, the project is long lasting, so i think that periodical updates with the most important news are sufficient, but more precise news on mvp would be welcome... |

A lot of top exchanges dont need KYC for trading (Binance, Kucoin etc.). KYC for trading really bad idea. Does the team confirmed this or this is just your mind?
The exchanges you mentioned mostly ask a kyc for bigger withdrawals than 2btc. But they are located in asia. But european exchanges always ask kyc. Probably regulations are tighter. Yes, I know. But 2 BTC per day is enough for traders in average. More than 2 BTC is just for whale. And people dont like provide KYC. etfectively the 2 btc a day of binance without kyc to me are really enough, no one like the kyc procedure but maybe to operate with fiat is became really mandatory, we'll see, i will carefully evaluated whether to use this exchange or not... |

I feel there is not much remedy for human errors. It can be minimized through blockchains and other means but there will always be someone who will doing something wrong. I hope Laneaxis will do a thorough testing before implementation.

Looks like security token offerings are stepping in the limelight lately. Which is kind of weird when we had a period where almost every crypto project desperately tried to avoid their token being labeled a security. What has happened that security tokens are seen more favorably now?
The real purpose of crypto is to avoid the government's unnecessary involvement but, bitcoin is not able to get out of their shadows. That's why my bet is on something anonymous. The "real purpose" is debatable. If that were the case, then why would the people be so excited about the ETF or any government go ahead. There's a purpose for anonymity, but i don't think we have to forget the government's part in the adoption. regardless of the real purpose and possible interference from the various governments, I prefer that no one can follow my transactions with the crypto, that's why I will always follow with interest the projects as dusk... |

Dear all, daily updates will be possible when (1) the project team will hire a marketing team to do all the marketing, and (2) when the team has anything to say daily.
I can answer only what i know. So i'm trying to stay in touch with the community and to cololect all the information and to provide it as quick as possible.
The main goals for now (in this priority) are: 1) MVP - that's what the team is doing 2) making relationships with private investors - that's what Nikolay is doing 3) Good marketing plan - that's what Nikolay is doing 4) ICO Not daily answers. Please try to understand it clearly. nobody asks for daily updates especially if there are no relevant news, there are other priorities, but let's say weekly reports on the progress of the project would be welcome... |

Looking at the roadmap it shows that the Exchange Closed Beta will be before the end of the year. Is that still on track? Do you still anticipate the closed beta being available before 2019?
that would be great to see in my opinion. although the KYC always gives me pause. Then we should have the Beta in a few months. It would be nice if they can confirm us this date. a beta soon, in a few months, something concrete to test, it would be great, the team could officially confirm the date?... |

i believe that for the good of the project, for advertising and financial support, they will make strategic, prestigious partnerships so i think it will not be a pure transport app but also combined with other sectors...
