Can you provide proof that receiving address of the transaction is owned by the seller? Where did he give you the address? Telegram or on forum or posted anywhere else?

None of them are active in the forum anymore. In fact, Hal Finney is died already in 2014. And Mike Hearn isn't active anymore since 2016. Most of the old people aren’t active anymore, some left us and having rest in peace while some are just not active here.

Maybe that's a bug but for Hex, it can be something else too. I have seen Hex price to be quite higher than usual price in some exchanges. For example, in xt.com. But the liquidity at that price was not enough. It is possible that CMC use liquidity as a metric to rank the coins which is why it has affected although I haven’t checked it yet.

The purpose of the merit system is to appreciate the high quality post, it's not tied to spend on member who needs it. Regardless of what rank an user is, you should focus more on the quality of a post while meriting them. I barely look at the rank of an user while sending merit. I read the post, if I find it worthy to send a merit, I do that without having second thought whether the account is a high rank or not and that's the purpose. Well, you may have some strict rules when sending merit to high rank, while less strict criteria while sending to lower rank, that's your perspective but that doesn’t actually the merit system is for. You are free and you should be free to send your smerits to member who post high quality, not to member who needs it.

This should be no way fall under plagiarism as quote by itself represents the content of other people. Quote is generally used for that purpose. Yesterday, on another thread, I have written about using quote at minimum to avoid any copy paste plagiarism issue. Whenever we quote someone, that's on purpose and user quoted anything shouldn’t generally fall under the plagiarism act in my opinion.

Possibly no one would share publicly but I wouldn’t wonder if they do. Citation should be mandatory while posting contents from other authors. It can be a link, can be the name of the author or a book or whatever but a clear mention of author or direct link to the content.

At least, if you don’t exactly know the author of the content, it's the best to quote the text as a quote would simply refer to this has been shared by someone else. That's what the use of quote.

In general, I believe that people posting only the content from a source and having no further opinion of their own, should also be punished, maybe a warning.

I'm not keeping any paper inside the metal box. I have written the seed with metal. Everything inside the box is made of the same metal. So I assume it's safe though I haven’t checked it myself with fire   It seems fine and safe to me according to their logic. They have ensured it will be fire resistant till certain temperature, I can't remember the exact temperature at the moment.

Looks good. I have purchased cypher metal from Safepal and according to them it's normally fire resistance. I have written the seed of my hardware wallet there and have my hardware with me all the time as it's as same as a wallet, can be used with a mobile app.

I think you should wait a little more though this is really a pain when you have a big withdrawal pending. lightlord is here for a quite long time with bitvest and 777coin. He is one of the respected members here, have barely seen any issue regarding both of these sites. Maybe you will get your coin eventually but with a little delay.
