I got a lot of problems with him, being gay isn't one of them.

A friend, in a demonstration of how I could make use of it. Shortly after that I started doing business with it, then the bubble happened and I started speculating with some of my profits and spending more time on the board. 

Seems a little heavy handed, particularly since it's people that haven't scammed yet. I got nothing against asking hard questions, and warning people if they can't answer them, or have reason to believe they are scamming. It just shouldn't be backed by the forum, seems a little unfair.

I don't really see a need for an arbitrary autoban after x, if someone is going to be banned it should be for something specific they did, not just that they're unpopular because of their views or opinions. I find contrary opinions/views bring a lot of value to the forum because it brings about good discussion which informs everyone reading.

Nothing keeps scammers out, it's intended for spammers and trolls, they generally won't put in the time just to get banned anyway with nothing to show for it. Scammers make money, so they don't care as much about the time investment.

I didn't really have a problem with him when he was using "Boss", which is why I never objected to him returning. He posted retarded shit a lot, but at least his threads do have some good discussion despite him and his pseudo intellectual bullshit. He seems to be going down the same road as before though, getting more and more frantic, posting more and more shit. Poor kid. Wonder if he went off his meds again.

I do wish he'd stop with the multiple accounts though, keep the crazy contained so people realize it isn't everybody, just him.

That isn't free, you are paying bitcoins for people to do something for you. And I agree shouldn't be in the OP.

In general, difficulty follows price. However, with low power solutions (FPGAs/ASICS) coming out I would expect to see difficulty start to outpace the price, making any correlation even less relevant.

There's a lot of area covering the middle ground here, it doesn't have to be one or the other. You can at least put a little bit more effort into it.
