2901  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: EBAY might accept BITCOIN on: March 05, 2022, 08:55:50 PM
At least make the effort of putting the link of the article so we can that you know? Now, I'm doubting whether it's true or not because you're basically doing a hearsay since there's no evidence provided but I'll suspend my belief and think that this is going to be a good thing for the market although I don't know about eBay as anonymity can be a problem there since trolls can do a fake bid or something like that.
There's still that "COULD". So to presume up then it isnt still finalized or get decided.
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/ebay-could-soon-permit-bitcoin-223748215.html

Dont know on what they are still waiting or trying to prove out in terms of this payment system.
For now lets just wait for some announcement which it would be a definite one.
2902  Economy / Speculation / Re: No FUDs will win the market on: March 04, 2022, 11:33:53 PM
The only winners are those people who buy when the weak hands panic.

FUD is only applicable for those who easily panic because they lack knowledge on what they are doing, that's not good for them but good for us who know it's an opportunity to buy. That's why the words "whales manipulate the market exist" because, with our ignorance, they can take advantage on that by shaking the market so we will dump and they'll be very happy to accumulate.
Winners indeed to those people who do really able to buy on the dip are the ones who do really took advantage on such manner because Fud would really be always be part of this market and theres no

way that we could really avoid that.We know that lots had been involved not only us retail traders but to think as a whole there were lots of big players around and institutions which could really have

a big role but on this decentralized market then manipulative acts is kinda not really be tolerable which it isnt something new.
2903  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Errol Spence Jr vs. Yordenis Ugas 3-Belt Welterweight Unification Match on: March 04, 2022, 10:35:56 PM
I guess that is Ugas dream, to face a champion in this division and test himself against the best. He did win against Pacquaio and it could trigger in him that he can go and fight the best, so the stage is set for him and Spence to dance in the middle of the ring. So it's not about bravery, it's about fighting the best in your division and see if he can come up with a victory and get all the belt.

He succeeded against Pacman but people still doubt him because Pacman had some excuse after the fight, so now is his chance to fight a healthy champion, a younger one and the top 3 in the pound for pound. So it's a big challenge, hopefully we will match up well with Spence.

People doubt about him because they see Erol Spence as more stronger fighter but we know how the under dog Ugas defeat Pacquaio and he's win is so impressive knowing that many people expect him to be defeated by the champ. But since he already prove that he has a guts to defeat the Pacquaio then most provably we can see a exciting match up for their fight with Spence Jr.

That's right, in fact, Spence is the heavy favorite to win, so it's really a big challenge for Ugas to proved that he belong to the conversation and he can be as good as Spence and Crawford, so a win here is going to be big for his career, he could take down Crawford next, imagine if that will happen.

He's value will rise and popularity will burst since imagine he defeated those fighters who already left strong mark in the industry. But for now Ugas should remain focus and study how Spence move the floor since this could give them better chances to defeat him. For sure this bout will be awaited by many fans not since many are curious to know if Ugas will dominate again after he won with Pacquaio.
He would surely be recognized even more if he do able to beat up Spence on thig upcoming match yet this proves out that he could really climb up into the ladder and beating these popular starts

on the ring without needing much that fame as long he do stick out with his boxing and trying out and persevere then everything could really be possible which is something that he need

to proves out and we wont know if he would shock the world once again and we would able to see that or would still end up on getting not enough.
2904  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How weird is it to borrow money and invest into Bitcoin? on: March 04, 2022, 07:59:55 PM
Totally weird and stupid, you're investing in bitcoin which is highly volatile with a money that's not even yours in the first place. I think that it's in your best interest not to do it because you might experience loss or you might exit too early with too little profit and end up with nothing because the loans have interest and as a decent person, you'll pay it in full.
If you are taking a loan but able to repay it with the use of other sources other than that investment of yours then i dont see anything wrong but if you are depending on it then it is a suicide. You wouldnt
able to make out some assurances on where you could make out profits in time and if you are just depending into those profits then you dont know on when it would happen or realized which is the
main risks when you are making it as a source of income which it shouldnt be done on the first place.
2905  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever subscribe to any tipser giving sports betting premium picks? on: March 04, 2022, 06:59:23 PM
When I was still new to sports betting, I saw a lot of posts from a company or individual offering their premium pick if you will subscribe to them. The subscription fee defers, some are cheap while some offer a high subscription but they all promise the same thing, "long-term profitability".

So the question here is, does anybody here actually subscribe to any tipster who gives sports betting premium picks, and how much is did you pay?

What was the experience, is it profitable or do you feel you got scammed?

I've never done such thing because I'm a paranoid person who always doubt new things that seems fishy to me. I mean, if I could do it my own, I wouldn't trust someone else's judgment regarding on where to bet to make profits, I'd rather lose money with my own decisions rather than losing my money because of other people decision. Sports betting is very chill to make, to be honest, no need to subscribe to the tipster.

I've done it once and to be honest, it wasn't a good experience since the suggested predictions aren't accurate. I was so disappointed that I have wasted my funds on them. It's still an advantage if we'll know how to make predictions ourselves. Sports betting still needs knowledge about our sports of choice for us to be able to deal with the game flow. It's better to be knowledgeable than to rely on tipsters.
It was never predictable on the first place and it would be just normal that they would really be giving off those disclaimers since they dont like on getting being blamed if a particular bet was a lose.

So its not surprising that everything wouldnt really be that an assurance for you to win and its true that it is much more better if you do make your own analysis on any bets that you do potentially
consider to bet on and wont tend to rely nor depend into those tipsters which are just basically just the same like ours on which we could also make our own research on our own and will
be applying into it.
2906  Economy / Economics / Re: Donate to Ukraine on: March 03, 2022, 11:19:59 PM
A very good humanitarian idea, donating to help the Ukrainian people who are facing a harsh war to relieve their pain and suffering, it was a good and smart move from the Ukrainian government to allow donation via cryptocurrency because this method is much easier than donating by sending money through banks or money transfers, and that Donating cryptocurrency preserves the privacy of some donors who do not want to reveal their identity for many reasons. We hope that this devastating war will stop and peace will prevail. We also wish safety for all.
We are all hoping for this war to stop because lots are dying and those innocent people and it indeed a good humanitarian idea speaking of help.
Aside from fiat or bank transactions then we do have that crypto which is really a good add up.We just really that careful on where we do
sent out our funds from due to lots of scammers lurking around.
2907  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Binance donates $10 million to support Ukraine on: March 03, 2022, 10:12:38 PM
I appreciate the step what has taken by world largest exchange binance and possibly other exchanges too may follow this step. although this is not new, binance had done such charities several number of times. Even dot CEO Gavin Wood has also donated $5 millions of dollar as well as donations still coming from across the world. they set example of humanities when Ukraine need that most and i assume, they successfully able to get attention and induce crypto market among people and results will be noticeable in upcoming days
making donations should become a habit for CEOs of large companies and we have seen one of the world's big crypto exchanges have done that.  Binance's concern for disasters that often occur is truly commendable, hopefully more big companies will follow Binance's footsteps.
Big companies like Binance would easily be known on making such activity specially on something like this but you dont know that there are companies which do make out some donations
on silent manner without needing on announcing everything. It do really just happens that Binance is a famous platform which any movement would really be that getting much attention.
I do agree somehow into that thing about some donations from big companies is a must but well this isnt how this industry works yet it would really be still varying.
2908  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING POLL ADDED ]: FURY vs WHYTE - CONFIRMED on: March 03, 2022, 09:09:58 PM
We know that technically everything can happen in a fight however, Fury is so complete that it is difficult to pull an upset over him, after all he has the size, technique, chin and punching power, he has all what is necessary to be a great champion and he has demonstrated this above the ring over and over again.

So the only way that I could see Whyte winning is that somehow Fury got overconfident and he did not trained as hard as he could while at the same time Whyte gave the best performance of his career.
Any boxer do ends up with this kind of behavior would definitely be having problems and that would be a possible upset to happen.Im not really that underestimating much on Whyte on this fight yet

this dude has the ample power on taking down GypsyKing but this would really entirely vary if he could land up a solid or clean one but we know that Fury's chin isnt really that something brittle plus
having that good technicalities which really make things even more harder to penetrate specially on its defense.
2909  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I was tempted to sell off altcoin on: March 03, 2022, 07:57:18 PM
Hello mate
Do we currently calls the market situation the bear or what?
Today I just opened my storage where i buy and stored most of my crypto coin and the rest I noticed have almost lost 60% of all my asset in dollars so I was tempted to sell off all and take a look at the market to know if there will be corrections, though I have been monitoring the market but I m not really convinced so I decided to share here to know whether I could get some people who  knows about the market to give a little breakdown before I go into such decisions.
I will really appreciate then i can know the reason for such action and decrease in most of the currencies especially BTC and BNB.

Thank you.

I will read all comments to see the reason.
Why would sell on loss?

This simply could be answered with these questions?
Are you in need of money? If YES, then sell it out , If NO then better hold it off.

You wouldnt know on when those pumps would happen but this would really be needing off that extreme patience of yours.Keep holding specially you do have
BTC and BNB which is known to be one of the best coins in the market and wouldnt really be having any doubts.
2910  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where do daytraders store their crypto? on: March 02, 2022, 11:19:48 PM
Each coin does have its respective non custodial wallets on which its been supported even though its not supported on some hardware wallets but its impossible that it couldnt be stored up somewhere.

This is one of the problems you would have if you do let yourself be too paranoid when it comes to coin security on which you would be thinking on actively pulling off your funds on a centralized platform

which i couldnt blame off several people who do have this kind of mindset but i do believe that majority of traders will just leave their coins in the platform as they could able to save up some fees and
wouldnt be having that hassle on withdrawing and depositing once again.
2911  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever subscribe to any tipser giving sports betting premium picks? on: March 02, 2022, 10:24:06 PM

So the question here is, does anybody here actually subscribe to any tipster who gives sports betting premium picks, and how much is did you pay?

What was the experience, is it profitable or do you feel you got scammed?
I think of paid tipsters in the same way that I think about those that give paid trading signals, if they could actually give good tips to the point they could make someone else profitable then this means they could do the same for themselves, but why are they not doing it? Instead of selling their premium picks for money why not use them to make themselves rich in the process? And when I think of this in that way I cannot help to think that the majority of those tipsters probably cannot give you any real edge against the casinos.
Some people said for having more extra income but in just in some common sense thing then you would definitely be saying that they wont really be needing those sub fees if they could really make

money for themselves by just putting up some big bets and made tons of profits and with that alone then you could really say that they are just still simple predicting but somehow there are people who
do look for prediction success rate on which if they do saw its high then they might consider on following them which it is a personal kind of  choice.
2912  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Binance donates $10 million to support Ukraine on: March 02, 2022, 09:16:05 PM
I'm not very focused right now, but I think I didn't find a topic about this. Forgive me if it was already posted. Binance announced on Twitter that they're donating $10 million to express their support with Ukraine. They are now gathering donations for the Ukraine Emergency Relief Fund here. The usage of cryptocurrencies and crypto businesses are starting to become relevant in the ongoing Russian invasion. Fewer and fewer areas are holding their apolitical stance, even if they used to be apolitical before. I wonder who will be next. It's interesting how Buterin will react, given that he's originally from Russia.

It shows how generous Binance is from the very beginning. They’re the biggest and most popular cryptocurrency exchange in the world. Despite the setbacks that Binance weathered last year on regulatory concerns from UK, Singapore, etc., they still manage to find ways. Now that he found a new home in Dubai where it is one of the most crypto friendliest countries,he finally have lesser headaches than he was last year.

Much respect to Binance for donating millions to Ukraine to fight Putin and his cronies.
This is how they do give back as this business is successful then it is really just that great to look at on what they are doing which giving out some donations into people who are in need.

not only to this situation  alone but also back in the past
https://www.binance.com/en/blog/charity/binance-charity-to-donate--$160000-to-victims-of-afcon-2021-stadium-crush-in-cameroon-421499824684903366

So this isnt the first time been doing this but its been a while they have done these stuffs.
2913  Economy / Economics / Re: Have you been grateful for today? on: March 02, 2022, 08:11:37 PM
I just opened Facebook and read a short, but meaningful post. in the post it says....

Quote
A mountain of gold would not be enough for a greedy person.
But, a plate of food is enough for a grateful person

I ponder when I do daily trading in the crypto market, I often get profit even though it is not too much but I am always annoyed and irritated if the profit I get is not on target. I forgot to be grateful and hopefully, I can be a grateful person even though I get a little profit from crypto trading.

As humans who have lust, of course we will feel that we will never be quite satisfied with what we get so far, and continue to try to get more than we can get, so that in the end this greed actually makes us deceived and ultimately destroys ourselves, I think the words you say do have quite a deep meaning and maybe we will even get happiness from the gratitude we have, I still remember one thing my teacher once said when I was in school, namely:
"The secret of happiness there are 3 things: Patience, gratitude, and sincerity"
People doesnt really have any contentment that they do have currently have on their lives as of today even to those rich guys would continue to do things so that they could earn more.

Human beings are naturally greedy and there's no surprise to that and being grateful is something a personal kind of choice but cant really deny that we're too ambitious and trying out
to get and achieve the pinnacle of everything which is really a common kind of behavior to have.
2914  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stake.com & responsible gambling? on: March 01, 2022, 11:18:29 PM
Alright, so Stake has responded to my claim with the third party provider. They offered me an amount of $1000, which was nowhere near the amount of the damage they caused. So I explained that this amount does not cover the damage they have caused by sending me promotional emails on an self excluded account. Then 2 days later I reconsidered their offer and decided to take their $1000 offer.

Stake has decided to not pay the $1000 compensation and keep on ignoring all my mails. The way this company is handling this is absolutely ridiculous and I have seen enough to tell you all this company is pure evil. For anyone wanting to see the conversations with Stake please let me know, I will share them here.
You should be thankful in the first place because they offer you this and I believe that this is the first time they did this because they already have a feature called rakeback, bonuses and others where a gambler can get some return for the money that they lost and it's not their fault that you lost a lot of money.

You realized that it was a good offer so you say yes but it seems it too late already because they already closed their doors. They assume that you don't like the offer and they are hurt when you say additional negative words to them. Sorry but I'm with stake. I'm not biased here even though I have been playing on their casino because I can also see their great service.

Obviously, he wants more based on his post and tries to bribe Stake.com if he succeeded in doing that we'll have more complaints like this, $1000 is still a generous offer to be declined, Stake.com did not cheat him intentionally there was a system error and they admit it but you want more that they want to offer, if you want to take this further you'll have to file it in court and it will cause you a lot of more money.

For what actions he show he likely want more and I don't know why he didn't like the offer since in the end its good to take that offer than get nothing. But guess this will not take anywhere so for those people who like to gamble just play responsibly and always know your limits so that you cannot get dismay on what you are doing at the end of the day once you lost your money for iresponsible doings.
He get on what he deserved and its still a good thing that Stake did really offer some sort of compensation which the amount isnt really that bad but he refuses to accept it and now
that he already agreed but Stake had changed up their minds.
Its true that you are the ones who should really took the blame and not theirs. You are trying out to make yourself whose the victim on here which it is clearly
it your fault on not being responsible nor being having that good self control.
2915  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: You don't need to hodl a particular coin all your life on: March 01, 2022, 10:13:27 PM
I think that this should not be given too much importance at all, because in the end it may not have the most positive result.
This is where risk taking would set in on which you should really mind about those possibilities because not all investments would end up on being profitable and its part of the risk
which you should be aware off on the first place.Selling or holding is someones decisions on a particular coin or project that they've been holding for too long, some might be worth
but its not an assurance that it would really give out that kind of positive outcome in future years to come and everything would really be in random.
2916  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blackjack.fun | 0.28% House edge | Live tables | Baccarat |Slots| InstantWithraw on: March 01, 2022, 08:55:02 PM
Oh yeah, I just remembered that blackjackfun is one of those sites that never sends emails to customers, right? I have never received an email newsletter or any other offers.
That's something I've noticed as well. I don't recall receiving any email for email verification when I first registered my account. Also, similar to how other casinos function, it could be a good idea for @blackjack.fun to add an optional newsletter/mailing list for their customers.

They can inlclude any wagering events, bonuses, and giveways or anything that is being posted on their social media accounts especially now that there is a lot of updates waiting to be published. Lots of room for improvement, yes?
Speaking of newsletter or mailing list then it would be good if it would be added up as an option yet there are people who doesnt really like nor doesnt have time on  accessing or peeking up their site
or social media from time to time on which they are fan on getting updates through mail which is really good add up to have.

There is indeed lots of room for improvement and its good that they are applying or making out changes basing on what people been suggesting on this thread.
I do not remember receiving a newsletter either which is kind of surprising because when it comes to almost any other casino I receive at least one of those weekly, so I think this is an area of opportunity that is yet to be exploited, and in the case a weekly newsletter is too much to ask maybe they could send a monthly newsletter in order to keep their customers updated about the changes in the layout of the casino, their terms of service or new games they want to add in the future.
Not really that bad on giving out weekly newsletters which is the minimum duration on which they could sent out those mails about some stuff whether on some promotion or some notable changes
that do happen in the site. Its not really that too much for weekly because it would vary on how changes been made or how seldom it would be.If they arent that much active then
monthly would do  but if theyre a bit active then it would be on weekly basis.

I’m not sure if there’s any need for mails because most of the times they end up in the junk folder, plus isn’t it best if the admin continues to focus here and on the site. Furthermore none of us have received any mails, because it’s clear that they’re not keen for email marketing at the moment, and currently they’re preferring to promote here on the forum and their site which is working well for them.
They are focusing on this forum because they do know that this place had the most crypto traffic just like on any business would surely do and they have seen significant rise up of players
and thats why we couldnt blame them on sticking up or focusing their marketing into this place but it isnt really bad on having considerations on other marketing ways or methods
on expanding out their business in terms of exposure which should really be a worth to try, lets just wait on what would be their future plans.
2917  Economy / Speculation / Re: How come BTC is not at least $75,000 yet? on: March 01, 2022, 07:57:57 PM
Remember: "Patience is a virtue". As long as you're patient, you'll be able to obtain great results in the future. Who knows if Bitcoin ends up "beating" Fiat for good? Just my thoughts Grin
Patience is the key, it keeps repeating itself but a lot of people can't make it on this investment due to lack of experience, fear of losing or something else. Optimism is necessary but only to the extent of what one can bear to lose. It doesn't matter if they only prioritize short-term profits as long as they make profits because in the long term the price doesn't guarantee everyone can profit if the holder can't keep their wallet safe.

Bitcoin investment is not just about the risk of price volatility but in most cases I think users are also complaining about the security risks they have to face even though in principle it is the fault of the users themselves.
Being impatient would only just cause more mistakes on to your current or future trading decisions which it would really be bad on your trading career.Dont hurry up yourself into

seeing with those digits because everything would really come in time and it would really depend on the demand itself because everything could really be that unpredictable.

Lets just wait for the right moment and dont expect that this would be a smooth sail ride.
2918  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do people overestimate BTC? on: February 27, 2022, 08:18:48 PM
I think, although no one knows for sure what the Bitcoin price movement will look like this year, whether it's still possible for the bitcoin price to reach $100k this year, I'm sure that bitcoin will continue to rise in price this year. I predict bitcoin will again set a new ATH record again maybe mid-year or later this year.
Many big figures and institutions predict that bitcoin will even exceed 100k. 2014 bitcoin also strugle in the price of 4k, as well as during the 2018 market crash. Many people do not expect bitcoin at the current price level. I still have faith that bitcoin can still reach 100k
No one had really anticipated on whats the price that we are seeing now.Whom had thought that we do able to break that 20k ATH back in the past?

No one even knows that we would able to reach that notable all time high that we do have and now it do reached out 68k which is almost able to break that 70k which is nearly on 100k.

Lets not just make ourselves too impatient on how this market moves because everything would come naturally and it would always vary on the demand.

It's not weird for those who are greedy and risk takers,
I also thought about it sometimes too but I know how risky it is so I never done it.
But you should know your limits so don't be too greedy that it could destroy your future,
I know other thinks that high risk high reward but not everyone could succeed.
There are people who do really took risk into extreme manner but we do have our own will on making out some choices on which its impossible that you wont really be taking any considerations on

minding about the risk of not able to make profits with those investments and not able to repay those debts or loans from others. If you do have other sources then its good but if not or solely

depending on your investment then better not to make such move because you would really be having a very big problem later on.
