2921  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Help a newbie; why is hashing not done once but twice during Bitcoin transaction on: April 09, 2022, 07:10:08 PM
I don' have enough technical knowledge about the two, but I can give an answer for this

Thirdly can two transactions have same TXID?
Bitcoin already has +700 millions transactions[1] since then yet there's no single case of the same txid happened (someone correct me if im wrong). Although there's no centralized database to check if there is already existing txid but with the hashing method used, there's almost zero chance that a transaction will have the same txid.

2922  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling Sites on: April 09, 2022, 06:59:40 PM
I have finally sign up to Gamdom.com. the issue or the problem i was facing has been resolved. It was not network problem but the inferiority of the phone I am using. It is the phone I am using can not opened the site, although the network is also very weak in the location. I borrowed a Friend higher phone to registered the Gamdom site and it works well, so I am planning to change phone by the end of this year.  I have checked most of the sites you send to me as well. I really appreciate for your help and love toward me in this board. I really feel belonging.

For the network, Gamdom still work with strong network. And also not all Android phones can open the site. There are some gambling sites that can be easily open without stress. Freebitcoin is one of the sites that can be open with weak internet connection.

This is also one of the problems, butthink the problem with the OP's internet connection is that his internet provider has banned the website since it is illegal for them, so he ca access it. Usually, if you access the website with slow internet, it will load but the design is distorted, meaning it is working but on his end he ca access it, so it should be a DNS issue and it can only be resolved by changing your ISP or trying it using mobile data if you can access it.

If it's just a DNS issue, he can try changing the DNS servers on his Internet connection.

/....
Yeah, I can attest that it's just DNS issue, by changing the private dns on any android phone (never tested on iphones) with google DNS or cloudflare dns will do the work.

I don't get why not all android phones can access gambling websites where it is just a website and can be opened using browsers. If internet network is not a problem, maybe your browser is outdated then try to update it first, no need to change a phone for that. Even its an old android phone as long it has enough memory to store cache in the browsers and other stuff then it can still open a website.
2923  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔹1win.pro 🔹| iGaming Platform | Crypto&Fiat | Bonus +500% To the first deposit on: April 09, 2022, 06:43:33 PM
The most important thing is that i want to be sure that site is trusted before entering my credit card information on the gambling site.
Mostly, websites don't store any card information on their own server on payments (deposits or withdrawal), only the accredited third party payment processors store it and see it and you need to trust them too as part of their privacy policy or tos, idk which one or both.

Yes, accepting wide range of payments is a good move as it broadens the service's views and kind of users to entertain, there are lots of "crypto casino" accepts visa/mastercard deposits and direct to bank withdrawals too.
2924  Economy / Gambling / Re: Another New Rule On Gambling Adverts Ban Celebrities and Sports Stars on: April 09, 2022, 06:17:12 PM
For ads purposes, yes, that's a helpful update. If casinos prohibits the registration of users age of 18 and  below then casino ads should follow the same pattern too. Coz ads plays a role to encourage someone to do this and that as shown on an ad, people's ages in ads plays a role too, as it targets its type of users' ages etc.
2925  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Virtual cypto debit card without kyc on: April 09, 2022, 01:03:06 PM
I doubt it's legitimacy if there is as most VCC provider ask personal information (KYC).

Most of these services that provides "VCC" without Kyc tends to be a scam, so i will not risk my money to such kind of service unless you're willing to take the risk.
2926  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stablecoins or CBDCs? on: April 09, 2022, 05:07:35 AM
Can't just governments back stablecoins themselves and avoid all of the hassle of creating new digital Fiat currencies from scratch?
The existing ones? No, they will not, they have their own local currency. CBDC is pegged on their local currencies, most existing stablecoins are pegged on USD with the fund backed by the companies behind. So how can they back it.

Most probably this CBDC will not be tradable on any cryptocurrency exchanges like the existing ones, it will only be used as a tender or can be traded on specific platforms only.
2927  Other / Meta / Re: Turn JavaScript on on: April 09, 2022, 12:00:17 AM
Never faced such problem (obviously, I never turned off javascript in my browsers).

What I know web admin can configure this settings via cloudflare to require or not to require users to on javascript on its website, correct me if I'm wrong though. If so, theymos can give you answers for this so called "manipulation".
2928  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Robinhood to enable the lightning network on: April 08, 2022, 04:57:50 PM
Good move, but I don't think I will ever like Robinhood or even sign up to use it, especially when they decided to do the unthinkable after the Gamestop incident where they decided to block retail traders from trading certain assets while it was business usual for hedge funds and institutional investors.
They are capable of doing the same thing again.
I don't even think if there are average crypto users who have an account and actively trading there while they can do a lot on top crypto exchanges such as binance, kucoin etc.

So adding lightning may be a buzz only coz who will use it if their crypto traders/users use coinbase as wallets or any other custodial wallets or just use fiat to deposit there and trade crpyto, well, who knows, but yeah, it is still a good news. Cheers.

2929  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Jack Mallers’ Strike Announces Shopify Integration for Bitcoin Lightning Payment on: April 08, 2022, 04:41:46 PM
Shame is that usually these decisions are like satellite, I mean, they will only available on certain parts of the world and not only will be able to experience that! Just like the Bitcoin integration in Twitter sometime ago (not exactly sure if it was Twitter, but I remember something being only available for the US or something like tat)
Yes, it's twitter tips, and it's just available in the US as most of the payment processors with crypto integration that can be linked on twitter for payment (tips) are US based as well.

But I doubt that this feature is only for certain area only, their bitcoin payment is open to enable to all merchants as long they have accounts on the third party used in shopify for crypto payments such coinbase, bitPay and coinpayments, if im correct.
2930  Economy / Gambling / Re: Which would be better ? on: April 08, 2022, 03:59:55 PM
If you know a lot about sports and you are enjoying watching sports then go with sports betting, if not then stick with table games and casino games.
Just a little hint to op, sports betting is way more easy to win if you knew the capabilities of their players on both teams on their previous games or current season or year.
But of course, profit still depends on the odds set.
2931  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casino Game on: April 08, 2022, 03:44:34 PM
I am looking for a casino that accepts only cryptocurrencies, but could you please tell me about a casino that accepts only cryptocurrencies?

What do you mean tell you about? You can check existing review site here in the forum about casino sites they all accept cryptocurrency since it is not allowed to advertise here if no cryptocurrency especially Bitcoin is allowed in their deposit. So yeah try to look at some review site first since they review all about the casino including their promotions and available cryptocurrency.
He's trying to find a casino that accepts only cryptocurrency payment only. It's different to a casino that accepts cryptocurrency payments. And yes you're right, most casino that has thread here accept crypto payment this includes roobet and the one on my signature, owlgames
2932  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is it really possible to earn money through the service section of this forum? on: April 08, 2022, 11:30:26 AM
Possible? Yes, no doubt, lots of the users here earned on Services board.

because I think most people do not want to buy a service from this forum.
Give us stats or any interviews, thoughts about your claim. Because if what you think is true then you will not see any threads there posting their services.

Just take note that buyers dont just take a look on this forum, many visits and buy on other popular freelance websites because of cheaper rates and etc.
2933  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BitPay integrates the lightning network ⚡ on: April 07, 2022, 07:17:55 PM
Good thing more and more existing known payment processors implements lightning.

All the drawbacks are due to all KYC thing which a bit snag coz you need to give your personal info for just sending faster smaller transfers.
2934  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Everyone forgot April 5th...? on: April 07, 2022, 07:02:24 PM
It’s believed that Satoshi picked this date as his birthday because this was the 40th anniversary of he executive order signed by President Roosevelt …..

Executive Order 6102 is an executive order signed on April 5, 1933, by US President Franklin D. Roosevelt "forbidding the hoarding of gold coin, gold bullion, and gold certificates within the continental United States."

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Executive_Order_6102

Just another little jibe by Satoshi at the futile current economic theory  Smiley
Interesting, this might the reason, as I don't think someone like him (anonymous) will tell everybody his birthday, although not too important info but that's make him. Satoshi probably knows that date as he is well-versed in financial world.
2935  Economy / Gambling / Re: Do you want to be an admin of an online casino? on: April 06, 2022, 10:39:43 PM
Plus for the above post. The website still poorly created. You think it can compete to these existing casinos? No hate just fact, I bet this will only close sooner if the design and other thinks will not improve. Plus, you need enough balance to start a casino business to compensate the winner which I don't think you have since you're finding stakeholders.

If you want to sell this software make it fit to be offered for sale, and for the looks of it i don't think the cost of this will be >$20,000. Well, there are still rooms for improvement, you can still do better.
2936  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Russia Sanctions Will Spur the Adoption of Crypto and Reduce USD Dominance - IMF on: April 06, 2022, 10:27:24 PM
Wouldn't you think EU and US won't do something about this? Since their effort of sanctions won't affect russia? Well, russia is used to it already.

I think if this really happen, these oldies in EU and US will take all the blame to bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, it might be something stupid to think but it's possible to change their regulations and even totally ban bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in their jurisdictions for these reasons. Idk, hope it won't happen.
2937  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Does anyone know BITVERGE.CO? Is it SCAM? on: April 05, 2022, 11:46:59 PM
Seems OP is like creating a buzz promoting the website by posting links in title and its content, a typical spam.
But thanks to forum's feature regarding of newbie posting links.

Regardless the motive it's proven a scam by posting facts above, even its clones.
2938  Other / Meta / Re: Buying copper membership on: April 05, 2022, 07:49:40 AM
Keep in mind that withdrawal for Binance brings withdrawal fees and it's not a good business to withdraw such small amounts.
Probably OP will spend almost the same or more in withdrawal fees than what is required to send in it's copper membership. As far as i can remember binance has 0.0005 btc for withdrawal fees, now it requires to send 0.00063880 BTC for copper membership. So, yes, if op has lots of balance to spend then just let him/
2939  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Three thousand Bitcoin ATM Installed In first quarter Of 2022 on: April 05, 2022, 12:37:23 AM
Are there any approximate metrics for how many of these have mandatory Know Your Customer integrated?
Isn't that this is really the case of all Bitcoin ATM? KYC integrated?
But not most of them are government regulated or has permit to operate in that specific place. That's some of these got confiscated and forcely closed.
2940  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Each coin has own purpose and techical base layer to function btc and trx on: April 04, 2022, 11:15:53 PM
It will not happen. And what's this new system?
