2921  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Duelbits is holding my $4.5k withdrawal without explanation!!!! on: September 11, 2022, 10:31:35 PM
If it were me, I would give more time than that on the basis they have been in contact with the OP addressing the issue. If the Duelbits representative posts here, after reading what they have to say about this issue maybe will contradict what the OP is telling us. I hope the issue gets resolved as soon as possible.

If 48-72 hours had passed then OP's post would have been acceptable. I think he can't keep his patience because his withdrawal is stuck in Duelbits. He should have waited if he had kept in touch with support team. Another thing the OP needs to remember is that today is Sunday, so maybe there has been no progress in resolving this complaint. Hope Dulebits comes up with a proper solution to OP's complaint.
2922  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: rollbit.com scam on: September 11, 2022, 10:20:02 PM
I have seen this type of complaint in the forum several times over the years and most recently it was used against Duelbits. It transpired in that case the OP hid important facts but later admitted trying to scam Duelbits for which he was rightfully never paid.

On many occasions accusations against genuine casinos and gaming websites are made with the specific intent and hope of having forum members jump onboard to keep pushing the scam agenda until or unless they are countered and proved false by the accused. It is getting somewhat tiresome watching these dramas unfold from time to time.

OP when making a scam accusation, you might want to come off clean and tell the whole story rather than hide some details. Now, how are we supposed to believe you and advise you accordingly when Blockchain evidence is telling a different story.
I am now more than certain you know what you did. Perhaps breached their terms of service.
These guys deliberately hide details when making accusations. Their goal is to present as story that makes them look like they have been defrauded and get community support that pressures casinos to pay them. When the casino or users find holes in their story or present proof to the contrary, they stop responding.

It's quite pathetic honestly and I doubt that it is ever going to work.
2923  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Duelbits is holding my $4.5k withdrawal without explanation!!!! on: September 11, 2022, 10:09:12 PM
I have a moral obligation and ethical duty to look at any allegation against a signature or avatar that I promote and have done so here.

If all what the OP has mentioned is accurate, I sympathise with him but why is this incident or event even posted about in the Scam Accusation board when only around 40 hours or so have passed. It is not as though there is silence on part of Duelbits, they have been in touch, for now at least the OP needs to have patience.

If you haven't broken any rules then I don't think you have anything to worry about. Since they said they will investigate your account, give them enough time to do everything right. Their representative is on this forum, you can also contact him/her for quick response.

2924  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Thodex: Turkish Crypto Exchange Owner Runs Off After Stealing $2 Billion on: September 11, 2022, 09:58:52 PM
Thank you for posting an update on this huge story. I read up on this recently and was surprised to discover ex-CEO Faruk Fatih Ozer could face up tp 40,000 years in prison because of a technicality on concurrent sentences and sizeable financial amounts.

If reports are accurate he was on the run from Turkish authorities for around a year but eventually he got caught and when extradited he will face a lengthy jail sentence probably even if her were to try to make a plea bargain. His arrest will probably bring in some crypto which can be returned to rightful owners but it will be a long drawn out process which will not really have any benefits to victims now.

All the news reports I found clearly state he is still missing and wanted even though Turkish police and prosecutors travelled to 4 countries in the search to track him down and bring him to justice:

Most news outlets today have been covering a story of his arrest

2925  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING POLL ADDED ] The Unification Fight: FURY vs USYK on: September 11, 2022, 09:40:52 PM
Yes this thread is way too early but when I created it there was a real possibility it would go ahead sooner. The only way the fight can go ahead now is if Fury remains unbeaten in his next fight which would then allow him to try to set up a unification bout against Usyk. I think Wilder and even Parker are waiting in the wings in teh hope they can get another opportunity to fight for a title.

Well, this thread is way too early if they would likely fight next year, but it is alright, a Tyson Fury VS Anthony Joshua could be a treat to watch, but this is the 1st time they would likely clash or a Deontay Wilder VS Anthony Joshua aswell, but Tyson Fury is likely Clashing with Joshua first, but if their promoters would agree on this then we could see a fight maybe this year,
2926  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING POLL ADDED ] The Heavyweight Battle of Britain - FURY vs JOSHUA on: September 11, 2022, 09:35:39 PM
I'm also thinking that way, Joshua is at its lowest point with two successive losses and Fury knows that fighting Joshua at this point in time is at his advantage, the 60/40 deal is already very tempting anyway you look at it Joshua got the respect out of this deal, it should have been 70/30 based on both boxer's current status and standing, but I'm against Joshua fighting Fury at this point in time, even though the offer is very hard to turn down if he turns it down people should understand him, let's give Joshua to fully recover by fighting cherry-picked a fight and learn new and developer new skills so he can get even against Usyk or beat Fury.
It will be very easy for Joshua to turn down the fight but he will be unable to hide away if he spurns Fury. There is no way at all he should be fighting Fury after back to back defeats because he is not good enough to win. At least of he had a couple of warm up fights under his belt he would have confidence if stepping in to the ring with Fury. Joshua really does need time to recover before making any decision.

AJ probably doesn't really want the fight right now. Can we blame him? In an ideal world he would probably want to have one or two tune up fights to try get his mojo back before being fed to the sharks but Tyson pretty much unexpectedly dumped the fight on him out of the blue and it's a catch-22 situation where if he doesn't take it he might not ever get another chance, not to mention fans are going to hound him like crazy for turning the fight down. The one thing that might be holding AJ from signing onto the fight straight away is his Dazn deal. AJ has signed a long-term exclusive contract to Dazn but this fight is going to be a 100% Fury show so AJ likely won't be able to sign onto something without working Dazn into the deal which obviously complicates things. I'm sure AJ knows he's not going to get a better deal than 60/40 and might not get the chance to make this fight again and probably does want to take the fight but it's not as easy as just signing the short contract Fury sent over. The talk of this fight has died down pretty fast with Tyson practically going MIA on social media after posting about the fight almost constantly on Instagram stories, but that could be a good thing if they're trying to work it out behind the scenes. Hearn hasn't given any updates either so that leads me to speculate they're probably really busy trying to get it done. I'm sure we'll hear something soon because if this fight doesn't happen then both Fury and AJ will probably be fighting some bums in Nov/Dec and will need to get those shows on the road.
Even with his mojo back, Joshua will not be having any success against Fury or it is highly unlikely. The purse split is very generous, under normal circumstances any boxer including Joshua should take the challenge but Joshua (even though he is not in the right frame of mind) is aware that another defeat would be the end of his career.

This offer to fight has come at the wrong time for Joshua.

2928  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The Rock Trading Scam www.therocktrading.com Exchange Review fraud truffa on: September 11, 2022, 09:17:17 PM
Since you are familiar with the legal position in Italy it would be very difficult to argue with your comments but for clarity sake are you saying that since the incident of the OP having funds confiscated dates back to over 4 years there cannot be a claim made now?

As it stands now, if you are correct by the law, you may have 6 months for first verdict and tops 2 years for final decision after 2 appeals if you win the first one. If you don't open one, I am sorry to say but I don't see any way you are entitled to any claims.. And do not judge the italian authorities for being slow, they may be slow, but they do their jobs. In the case of crowdfundings of over 100k$ they do more checks than the pope.
2929  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2022/2023 on: September 11, 2022, 09:08:12 PM
I think he is the wrong man for Chelsea. The new owners have shown they are as ruthless as the previous owners by the manner in which they dismissed Tuchel.

I have no idea why the new owners went in for Potter because they are bringing in a manager with no experience of handling big national and international football stars. You are right he is not a world class manager and a very experienced manager or coach is required to fill that vacancy.

This is an interesting choice for Chelsea. I mean that I was expecting a manager like Pochettino to be appointed. But they quickly finished Graham Potter deal. He has broken a transfer record already. Because he is the most expensive coach now considering all of the leagues in the world. This record belonged to Nagelsmann after Bayern Munich signed him for around 25 million euros in total.

The question is whether Boehly really knows what he is doing now. I mean why Graham Potter? Did he see something special in him or was it just a decision made at a rush? Because even though he had good days with Brighton so far he isn't a world class manager in the end. His first test is going to be even a Champions League match vs Salzburg next week.
2930  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: September 11, 2022, 09:02:13 PM
Well, none are physically based their but yes many have licences from Curacao to operate casinos and betting websites, it is a get-around to operate an online casino because no other jurisdiction would give out licences so easily.

The problem is they have not exactly covered themselves in glory when it comes to the way they resolves issues from a user that makes a scam allegation. With time they could very easily be setting a genuine benchmark for others to follow but right now anybody can apply for a licence.

I don't know too much about curacao licensing, but i do know that a lot of popular casinos are licensed there.

All across the forum their reputation is in tatters but they had plenty of time to remedy it by taking steps to ensure they changed their path, it is another matter altogether they did not really address the issues.

It does seem they are using their payments-on-time to their signature campaign participants to demonstrate good character rather than settle claims but having said that I do not believe all claims made against 1xbit1.com are genuine as their are far too many claims made by newbies that do not present any evidence.

Some could say that knowingly advertising a scam is a crime as well. In many countries including the US people who help a scammer obtain more clients to steal from are treated like associates of that scammer if you can prove that they knew about the scam and profited from it. In this case they know about it because they're getting red tagged and they are profiting because it's one of better paying campaigns on this forum.

Their reputation has already gone so bad after getting the so many red tag that it is proven that they are scamming their customers. There is plenty of evidence in this forum itself that is enough to call 1xbit a scam. But sadly 1xbit is continuing their signature campaign on this forum and if they spent the money they are spending to run this campaign, all their complaints would have been settled.
2932  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ FOOTBALL: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 on: September 11, 2022, 03:56:32 PM
The way the new Chelsea owners ruthlessly sacked Tuchel was way too harsh because he deserved time. He was playing with a whole new defence and it takes time to get them all to gel together.

Klopp is in a different situation altogether, he has most of his players and has purchased very good talented players but Liverpool no longer have Mane doing all the hard work for the team and that is why they have struggled. Klopp is in a much stronger position that Tuchel ever was but in the Premier League anything is possible. If Liverpool do not win a trophy this season and if they do proceed in the Champions League and do not qualify for it next season, will he remain manager? I think not.

The problem all suitors for Pochettino will face is that he came so close to winning the Premier League and the Champions League with Tottenham but remains without a trophy therefore what will fans and owners expect from him?

I am unsure where will Liverpool end up at the end of the season after they were beaten 4-1 by Napoli. What would happen to Klopp is they did not make it past the group stages and did not finish in the top 4 in the Premier League? Well done Tottenham, they seem to be doing very well under Conte.
@JollyGood as a Manchester United fan I would be delighted if Klopp is no longer managing Liverpool, but as a football lover I would be angry at Liverpool owner’s for sacking one of the best managers of modern football. Furthermore if they end up sacking him, then I feel that they’ll go for Poch because he’s out of work and has premier league experience.
2933  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING POLL ADDED ] The Heavyweight Battle of Britain - FURY vs JOSHUA on: September 10, 2022, 10:05:34 AM
Am I the only person here thinking Fury is absolutely 100% serious about wanting this fight to go ahead but Joshua is dragging his heels? For me it seems as though Fury wants a warm up fight before taking on Usyk next year in February 2023 for the unification fight and he is more than confident he will demolish Joshua.

As for Joshua, he is not jumping for joy at the chance of fighting Fury for the WBC and other titles on the line considering Joshua himself has back to back defeats including losing all his heavyweight titles and belts to Usyk. Even Bob Arum (the US promoter for Fury) said Joshua and his team are not trying hard enough to make the fight happen.

Here is what Fury said:

"AJ, I haven't heard from you at all.

Just to clarify, there has never been a December 17th date, ever. There's only ever been November 26 at Wembley, or December 3rd at Cardiff. There never has been a date on the 17th.

This is it now AJ, Eddie, don't get scared now. Agree to the fight and lets give the fans what they want.

I've give you an unbelievable deal and an unbelievable opportunity, so let's go. Go time. Show time. And AJ, if you really wanted this fight, you would say you wanted it, and you would just do it. November 26, December 3, let's give the fans what they want. No way out, take the fight."

I am beginning to doubt this fight will go ahead now. If it fails to materialise I would put it squarely down to Joshua being worried about getting in the ring with Fury because Fury has made every move possible to make sure Joshua cannot refuse the fight.
2934  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2022/2023 on: September 10, 2022, 08:47:06 AM
Some sporting events are going ahead but for football the games for this weekend have been postponed in the aftermath of Queen Elizabeth II passing away:

SATURDAY
Fulham vs Chelsea
Bournemouth vs Brighton and Hove Albion
Leicester City vs Aston Villa
Liverpool vs Wolverhampton Wanderers
Southampton vs Brentford
Manchester City vs Tottenham Hotspur

SUNDAY
Arsenal vs Everton
West Ham United vs Newcastle United
Crystal Palace vs Manchester United

MONDAY
Leeds United vs Nottingham Forest

Considering the calendar is very tight this year because of the clubs involved in European and domestic cup competitions as well as with the looming World Cup, having to play these games at a later date will not help the players or their managers.

Thank you for the update icopress.

I will be looking out for any update from you regarding the campaign in and around Monday. Thank you for running this excellent campaign and having me participate in it Wink

Thank you for the regular as clockwork on-time payments, I am sure I speak on behalf of all campaign participants when I say we appreciate it.
Have there been any updates or negotiations with Wasabi regarding the length of time the campaign might run?
Jolly, I don't have an answer to this question yet, but I think by Monday I will have all the information.
In any case, in the next week or so, I will have good news as one of the previously suspended campaigns will resume again.

We have 17 votes in the poll and just 1 is in favour of Joshua to win. 16 of the 17 votes are in favour of Fury to win the fight if it goes ahead.

Considering the fact Fury has offered so many options to Joshua in order to accommodate the fight, there should be no excuses on part of Joshua to avoid getting in the ring to face Fury. I hope we something written in a contract soon so both fighters can concentrate on the fight itself.
2940  Economy / Reputation / Re: Fortunejack turning into KYC hell trap! on: September 08, 2022, 07:43:37 AM
My comment was generic, it was not specific to FortuneJack or specific to your situation with them.

If customers are asked for KYC upon signing up it means they are probably going to find resistance but if they allow customers to sign up but implement KYC later it means even if the customers walk away without sending in their private details they will end keeping funds belonging to that customer.

A fair way for all businesses to operate would be allowing customers the option to withdraw funds and close the account if they do not want to send KYC and continue as a customers.

If websites ask for KYC upon signing up it is up to the customer whether to join. If the websites asks for KYC after funds have been won/traded/deposited then the customer should be allowed to withdraw them and subsequently have their accounts closed if they do not want to send KYC.
It's all legal and done by the books, and fj is not controlling any funds after it goes to their legal team and third party partner.
Nobody ever asked who is this third party partner asking for kyc, but I guess it's nothing...  Roll Eyes
