There was a database error earlier but the back end has been open from the start (yeah I know it sounds wrong) and I've been paid around 1,400 giftcoin since launch. There are still around 8000 blocks left to be processed and distributed so I'll update with my final paid number tomorrow. Great pool though check it out!

Problem solved! Concurrency set to 11200. Core 975, Mem 1250, I 15, vddc 1.018. Been pulling avg 700 wu for 30 minutes stable(2 in 1 instance). Cards run cooler too. I have played with the -w flag in cgminer, but having any value (32,64,128,256) seems to hurt my hash? 350 k/hash sec is decent for a 7850 according to the wiki, but does anyone have any suggestions for getting any more power out of these cards?

I have used the setx commands and can set concurrency at 11264 maximum. However, a concurrency of 8192 yields higher hash rates. Can anyone make sense of this? Running at 1000/1300 with I:13. Any higher intensity leaves me with a "DEAD" card in cgminer after 6-12 hours. Powertune is set at 20 and voltage is at 1.145 using trixx. I think I can squeeze a little more out of these cards and would appreciate some insight. Thanks in advance!

Hey guys and girls! I've been lurking this forum for several months and decided to begin posting as my knowledge of crypto grows. I am a college student, majoring in computer science and have spent many late nights reading thread after thread in the alt section. I have some degree of trading knowledge, as well as mining knowledge. I am currently mining with a converted gaming pc running 2x 7850's around 630 khash/s. The coin that spiked my interest in mining crypto was dogecoin. I am a very helpful person and will do my best to contribute to this wonderful community! I know this isn't the answer you are looking for, but if you are truly interested in trading i recommend giving the following site a look http://stockcharts.com/school/doku.php?id=chart_school:chart_analysis:introduction_to_cand . Most exchange sites provide a candlestick chart that represents buying/selling pressure during specific trading intervals. It will teach you how to recognize trends and hopefully make trading a profitable endeavor. Best of luck! |

My suggestion is that you browse the litecoin hardware wiki in order to see what your hardware is capable of. If you have no hardware, there are some great guides for setting up free cloud mining through amazon ec2. In fact, there is a free API for dogecoin in the public section that can be found through a little searching. Good luck and enjoy the wild world of crypto!

Whenever I go out of town, I use teamviewer for windows to moniter my cgminer. It's free for private use and fast. Unlike remote desktop connection, it doesn't interfere with cgminer, and you can actually work on your desktop while you are away. So if it crashes, you need to adjust intensity, reconfigure the .bat, etc... you can. Hope this helps!
