2921  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / What's the point of these hacks? on: May 09, 2019, 07:46:58 PM
As I remember correctly (post if I am wrong) Binance CEO was suggesting people to hold their coins on most trustworthy exchange and in this situation he was paying attention to binance. Overally suggested people to trust binance and hold their coins here.
But recently there was a hack and 7000btc were stolen. So what was the point?
1. Binance has good security system and this hack is false, they just wanted to give a bad reputation to cryptocurrencies (this work comes from governments and financial institutes) because now there will be a rain of articles about how bad crypto world is, how unsecure it is and etc.
2. They are stupid and really had security issues
2922  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which factors influence your decision of choosing an online crypto casino? on: May 09, 2019, 04:55:10 PM
Hi guys,

I am back with another survey and this time I would want to understand the parameters/factors that you consider while choosing an online crypto casino.

*this is for ONLINE CRYPTO CASINOS Only*

There can be numbers of reasons that effects your decision while choosing an online crypto casino. I could not categorize the factors that play background role because they are vast in numbers and really depends on an individual.

I would appreciate if you can categorize your reasons and post it in bullet points, instead of a big paragraph. It will help me to understand the decision making factors of the consumers.

Thanks in advance!
At first availability of games, yeah, for example I can't play dice in real casino or on any fiat based ones, we have a lack of it there.
Another factor is no KYC documents on crypto casinos.
Better option of anonimity - you know you may get problems if it will be visible in your history that money from your account goes into casino.
On another hand there are still some factors but they are connected with overally online casinos and includes reasons why people choose them over local ones (I know a lot of people prefer to just sit at home and play from it, if they win, go to the nearest ATM, withdraw and buy some beer or etc, also some people have anxiety and feel comfortable when playing from home).
2923  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC PRICE on: May 09, 2019, 07:31:46 AM
Please enlighten me, how will bitcoin mass adoption provide stability? How would bringing more fiat and more people using it, how does that stop volatility? How does that work? In what sort of dimension does that work.

What would make it stable is if the vendors only accepted bitcoin, and got rid of the fiat. You want to give me fiat this year for my work and literal fruits of my labor, I will give you what it is worth as toilet paper
Personally I don't want mass adoption of bitcoin because this coin was great when it's recognition was low but this coin was still pretty usable for buy most things you wish online. It got popular and some problems started like high tx fees, regulations, KYC documents and etc.
Every currency has exchange rates, bitcoin isn't an exception too but it's still different from local currencies. I think for those who want stable coin, there are already some choices.
2924  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: All Merchants! Let's celebrate 2019 Bitcoin Pizza Day like a Black Friday on: May 08, 2019, 09:45:11 PM
There was spend so much bitcoin in that pizza, I think deal with that story behind it may cause tradition huge rise in one particular day instead of sales lol.
Btw really nice idea, I like it very much. Did anyone have that idea before? I haven't heard.
Also it's a good idea if each store will do a surprise to one random man ans give everything in very big discount. Or as a symbol, if some buyers will get pizza with bitcoin's logo on it.
2925  Economy / Gambling / Re: CrashBot - Investment 3% daily profit (BTC, ETH, LTC Deposit) on: May 08, 2019, 08:52:40 PM
I think CrashBot is a good site for betting. It is probably safe to earn money by betting and betting here. There is also the advantage of 3% daily profits on investment here. CrashBot offers BTC, ETH, LTC deposits to its customers. Its graphics design seems to be of good quality and has also been warned about betting more money here.
Are you from this planet?
Btw curious is that OP already tolds you it's hyip and shows you that this hyip has gambling strategy with long term daily 3% profit but at the same time with chanse of losing all money.
OP you run from 8 march, what's your overall statistics? Have you ROIed 200% of your budget?
And bonus question: Are you attracted to .xyz domain or what was the reason of choosing it?
2926  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is for scammers, yea right! on: May 08, 2019, 06:27:17 PM
We regularly read FUD articles in the popular media about Bitcoin being used in scams and that it is a perfect tool for scammers to hide their activities and the movie industry already labelled Bitcoin as the Internet of Money for the DarkNet.  Roll Eyes

I am currently watching a series called, "Undercover: Nailing the Fraudsters" and most of the scams featured there are done within a regulated environment. Boiler room scammers are not requesting payment in Crypto currencies to hide their activities, they get the victims to deposit money via their Bank accounts into their Bank accounts. <obviously created with fake ID documents>  Roll Eyes

In business, the term boiler room refers to an outbound call center selling questionable investments by telephone. It usually refers to a room where salesmen work using unfair, dishonest sales tactics, sometimes selling penny stocks, private placements or committing outright stock fraud. - Source : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boiler_room_(business)

So, next time when someone tells you that Crypto currencies are used for scams, please highlight the fact that most scams are still being done under the nose of the regulated financial industry.  Wink
Governments are a huge scam with their banking systems.
All they want is to make image of bitcoin very bad, that's all. Everyone knows history of deutche bank and others, how well were millions laundered. But no, bitcoin is still main target.
Then logically linux is an operating system that supports scammers + VPN and proxies are automatically in list. But if we think like them, then it seems electricity is an huge supporter of scam/criminal. When it is at night, you can do bad things online, when it's not available at night, it's easier to steal/robe and etc. Very illogical.
2927  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Site that steal Bitcoin with positive youtube's comment, SCAM? on: May 08, 2019, 04:16:01 PM
Hi, I found this video on youtube about earn BTC:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=odLrunRkXUg

Comments on the video are all positive..

If I try to search on his website I find many problems.

Section "How it works" - Last Payouts: Payouts seems like fake

I tried to contact his website but mail doesn't exist..

Anyone have tried it?
They are positive but it's easy to understand fake positive coms. Let's see, these comments are very positive and try to promote his (youtuber's) service and this try is very hard, in reality it's not what user does. So it's a good indicator to understand fake comments.
Then, consider that youtube itself is a way of making money, they try to use title that has high demand and is popular among people interested in that specific niche. Usually titles are out of reality (how to get 1btc free and similars), it's easy for them to get views because users who are interested in such task are looking for a lot of videos to find working method but they don't aknowledge it's scam. Additionally, after views, you also get potential victims of your scam, you get revenue from video + additional revenue from your victims.
2928  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: People who gamble are degenerates, change my mind. on: May 07, 2019, 09:08:01 PM
I know my statement may sound pretty hostile on this part of the board, though I'm not talking about the person who will buy a superbowl box or makes a friendly bet with someone over one big game. I think the degenerates are the people sitting around gambling on every game they can possibly gamble on.

I have friends like this, people that will gamble on Mexican Womens Tennis if they can win (or most likely lose) some money on the game. It's a crushing addicition that we've normalized in our culture to make it seem like it's just apart of life. It shouldn't be, and children at a young age should be stopped from gambling until they know the horrible outcomes that gambling can cause. I support every effort by regulators to stem out the bad actors in the gambling field in order to stop children from being hooked on this.

I'd like one of you to change my mind, or at least make me think different about gambling. Because as of right now, I have a pretty negative view on it.
Not everyone, depends on gambler. Since we talk so loudly, the only persons I can call degenerate are those who are very poor and instead of trying to get job, spend all of their money (usually given by mother or father) in casino with hope that they are smart and some day they'll beat casino and want to make gambling their "job" because they are so lazy.
Otherwise what's wrong if I have good salary, feed family and etc but gamble with some bucks because I enjoy playing dice or poker or etc? Am I still stupid? Can deposit 1$ daily and never exceed that amount, just get 1 hour play of poker after stressful day.
2929  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin Boom to $100K Will Destroy Altcoins on: May 07, 2019, 08:14:35 PM
I would say he may die when price will reach 100k usd. It's easy to say anything you want but personally I can't see any valid argument that can protect his opinion. If we look in past, altcoins were always following bitcoin's price. Logically that has to happen in future, not only because it was like a habit but because bitcoin has huge influence on them. But at the same time there are coins that are independent at some point, for example ethereum. It may rise/fall without looking at bitcoin.
2930  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you need cash for everyday use? on: May 07, 2019, 07:07:26 PM
Although there are some countries that have ratified the cryptocurenncy currency as a legitimate currency even though it is not the main currency in the country but has been recognized as a legitimate payment instrument but in my country it is still prohibited to spread this cryptocurenncy currency and therefore we  still desperately needs cash for our daily activities in this country
Where is btc illegal? Where will you go in jail for using it? I think nowhere. Well, let's say bitcoin is "legal" in specific country, any idea here? You can't pay everything with it, you can't get job that will pay you in btc (don't mean online jobs), you can't pay bills in bitcoin. In any way, you need to convert your bitcoins in cash, this way you can live with btc everywhere but direct payments are far away.
2931  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Automated blocksize increases on: May 07, 2019, 12:41:23 PM
I said and repeat again, bitcoin wasn't consideted for high demand, but it got it and with problems (regulations, huge tx fees last year and etc).
Currently it's not a problem, demand/supply and lighting network (or even without it) keeps fast transaction with low fees. If you want bitcoin analogue with increased blockchain size, you can move on Bitcoin Cash.
That's all, I think problem is solved.
2932  Economy / Economics / Re: 2019 Crypto Budget Plan on: May 07, 2019, 11:31:30 AM
To my mind econony is something that you can't plan. Well, maybe you plan but pretty soon you'll have to change your plan because of some unwanted things. If you plan your budget, then need help from family members too (they have to earn their own salaries). When whole family is on your budget, you are in rent and etc, it becomes very hard. Btw your situation is different OP but that's pretty bad feeling when you have to move out of your comfort zone (have to turn from your budget plan).
I agree with you on saving some money in crypto, that's really great. At least you lose very small amount of money or otherwise you gain a solid profit.
2933  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥 BITSLER.com 🔥 CASHBACK 🌟 NEW LEVELS 🌟 NEW RANKS🌟 CHEST PRIZES OF $35,000 💰 on: May 07, 2019, 10:53:28 AM
Hey guys,

It was the first week of our new VIP program and most player already switch to it. Overall we are really happy to see that players seems to enjoy our new VIP program Smiley

Today is also the first time that some players will get their cashback ! Everything is new and we probably may have to make some adjustments and improvements, so feel free to leave us all your feedbacks (good or bad), it will help us to make Bitlser better !

Cheers,
Gab

Does newly created account qualify for the VIP program? or we still need to do some bet to qualify?

This is a good rewards program for gamblers and this surely adds more fun while playing.
Newly created accounts will automatically be part of the new VIP program so there will be no need to join it seeing as though it will be the default option.
As I see we can upgrade our accounts or stay on same level but I have one question. If I already have two account (according to rule it's prohibited to have more than two) but want both of them to stay on old condition, can I create new, third one which will automatically be upgraded? To make it more clear, I want keep both current account like they were before, don't want new levels on them, so for this reason can I create and keep third new account?
2934  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Suggest me?? on: May 07, 2019, 07:54:07 AM
Hey! guys, I am looking for a small investment on a trading platform. I am looking for 10$ investment, hope you guys can suggest a coin which I can trade and make a profit...
Can't promise you'll get serious profit with that amount of money but for newbie, that's a good shot to just understand trading.
Directly suggesting isn't a good idea and no one can suggest you guaranteed profitable coin. So better to look yourself: go on coinmarketcap and see altcoins, see their chart/history, read news around them because every hot news has big impact on coin's price. Learn trading strategies, how to analyze chart and etc but not always depend on them because luck plays a huge role in trading too.
2935  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Financial value of KYC verification on: May 06, 2019, 10:31:56 PM
Hello, I would like to ask:
1. For how many dollars could you give someone KYC verification?

2. Do you know what value our KYC has for companies (such as Coinbase), why do they pay for it? They sell them to someone?

Thanks
Not actually me buy almost for rest of the world it worths 25$, yeah, I mean blockchain.info
2. It was already answered by user above me. It's prohibited to sell your customers' info to someone but it doesn't except that someone from staff/it worker may sell it. If they are sold, that's all, you can do nothing but at the same time you have no other choise but to use services with KYC and that's normal if our informations are really secured.
Also for a lot of people their ID card is nothing but some random shit written on card, they don't care about it, a lot of people send KYC documents to scam casinos with hope of free no deposit bonus but in overall, these kind of people are meaningless, so is information about them.
2936  Economy / Economics / Re: Joseph Stiglitz: ‘We should shut down the cryptocurrencies’ on: May 06, 2019, 08:55:16 PM
Ah, seems soon that will be pain in ass for you? hmm, people don't want that much control from goverments and all you do is piece of shit. Printing money which causes inflation which we have to pay. But you have a great time while ruining things.
Now, this must be clear, the harder you try (ban btc and others), the stronger push will be because such actions always perform like hydra. You close one gait (bitcoin) for a while but there will be another attempt but this time it will be much powerful. Ban bitcoin and altcoins, this will last for a while but they'll return in anyway.
2937  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Just another gambling strategy! on: May 06, 2019, 08:16:38 PM
it's basically martingale with a twist.

Go to a dice site where it allows you under/over rolls. Start with any side, reset on win, multiply by 2 on loss and after 5 consecutive losses you change the side.

Most of time it works and you get good profit but it is not full proof.

Try it and let me know your experience!

ps: gamble with funds you can afford to lose!

More details
Most of the time means more than 50% in overall, am I wrong? Because most is what has a high possibility (more than 50%) and regular means 50/50. What I want to say is that if your strategy works most time, logically it must work for long term but in reality your strategy and overally any strategy sucks because logical thinking reduces luck, this last one absolutely happens without any logic, that's why it is called luck. Better to forget every strategy.
2938  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: bitcoinmixer.eu Legit? How do you get support? on: May 06, 2019, 06:45:42 PM
I give up...  I guess I need to learn a lot more about BTC before I do anything else.  $1,000 lost since April 16th is just too much for me.
That's bad but at least learn on mistake.
Before depositing btc to any website, check if they have ANN thread here (if yes, then check OP's trust rating too). Also check if there were scam accusation threads against them, what was causr and how was problem solved.
Also it's usually great if website you choose runs sig campaign here too because it means staff/manager is active and you can get in contact with owner alone or through manager.
Just consider this in future.
2939  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is blockchain a perfect solution? on: May 06, 2019, 10:28:55 AM
We live in a world where our online IDs are in the hands of the government and banks, and we rely on them to keep it secure. Blockchain IDs on the other hand, put you and you only in control. Therefore, you can store all your passwords and any other personal information on the blockchain, eliminating the need of passwords in everything. In the future, these ID services could be applied to government services, medicines and any other record keeping agency.

Blockchain system exist to combat greed and middlemen and to give individuals ultimate control of their identity and activity. In a blockchain future, we will see a world where our medical records are immediately available if we are in an accident; where online voting was possible; and where transparency was paramount and greed is disincentivized.
Firstly, what do you mean in Online ID? If you mean our private ID, then yeah, they are in hand on governments and banks and this is very logical. ID means identity document which is very neccesary for governments and for many service to make identification of you, it's another task how they secure it, btw you can't control what they do with your information like they can't control you at the moment.
Btw something that reduces government's control, won't be integrated, sorry but that's true.
2940  Bitcoin / Project Development / Haven't you thought about it? See for more on: May 05, 2019, 08:32:34 PM
Hi guys, as I see there is a lack of something new but at the same time maybe everything new is well forgotten old. Somehow I haven't seen any thread about bitcoin pawnshops. No one wants to work on this project or aren't pawnshops popular in where you live? All of you want ebay/amazon like service with bitcoin payment but what about to launch local pawnshop which will accept bitcoin payments?
I created this thread to discuss around this subject (if you had one without success or etc). Share your opinions and experience if available.
