I read many topics created last two weeks, on phishing, passwords, emails but I don't see anyone discussed or gave information on the available and important signals of very potential scammers. Password changed! I knew it by myself when I changed my password (directly after logging in my account), then mis-wrote it down and I have to changed it again through my emails. Different displayed signals of password change/ reset. (I did it in August this year). There are two types of signal for password change. The first one (first line, in Orange) is for: password changed through email. The second one (second line, in Black, and smaller fontsize) is for: password changed after logging in account. The first one is a stronger early signal of potential scammers because scammers or hackers can buy or use hacked accounts (with emails too) to reset passwords. There is another important signal: Woke up. If you see one account (in Trust page) shows both of: - "This user's password was reset recently."- This user recently woke up from a long period of inactivity (Thanks @SFR10). I warn you to be highly careful to deal with those types of accounts. You will rarely see accounts with two lines in the attached image. In contrast, you will usually see accounts with two lines above, in Red and in Orange.
They are very basic things but newbies don't know it and easily get scammed. They don't have to hack your accounts to steal your money if you blindly give them your money. Q & A:1. How to see Trust page?Click on the trust page, under the avatar of user or at the very bottom in profile page. You will see all of what I mentioned in OP.
2. What does woke-up mean?Woke up means a user is inactively (not logs in account) for at least 6 months, then suddenly woke up and logged in account.
My main question is, what is the criteria for this to show up?
It shows up if a user has logged in with their last login time being at least 6 months ago. 3. What are meanings of different things I see in Trust page (+ / = / - trusts; flags; feedback)? They are more addtional details so if you are curious to know more, please read that one: LoyceV's Beginners guide to correct use of the Trust system4. How long those warnings will be displayed?A reset will be shown for 30 days, while a password change will be shown for 3 days.
You're considered to have woken up if your last login time is 180+ days ago, and the message remains for 30 days.
I am thankful to all of the users who contributed valuable information and details; some of their contributions help me to improve OP.

I remember when the issue was brought up before, but I must say I've never had it affect me. I guess I've never been tempted to refresh the merit page for whatever reason. When the issue came up last time I thought that maybe theymos could add a script to close the tab right after hitting the send the button. I don't know how difficult that would be to implement, just a suggestion.
Closing merit tab manually is what I always do and I guess most of the others do it too. They only refresh their merit tab if there are connection problems with their Internet, that are rarely happen. Moreover, it seems nothing serious if a good post deserves merit receives one or two merits. It deserves merits. I know meriters likely feel regret a bit will missent merits but there is nothing bad because merits come and go. If both meriters and receivers are good posters, merits will do find them again. Is it helpful (lots of versions)? Enhanced merit UI [1.1]

Gaming is being added with more and more currencies which are listed on our exchange, what would you like to see next?
There are some crypto currencies listed on PlayRoyal (five main coins, TRX, BTC, ETH, USDT, and PLAY), and as a result of your request, I want to say "Why not give Dogecoin a spot in the casino?" Dogecoin is very popular, favorited, and widely accepted not only on casinos but also on crypto exchanges (from decentralized to centralized). I thought most of crypto investors have Dogecoin in their portfolios. So why not give it a spot? I strongly believe that Dogecoin will help the Play Royal casino increasing total bets, liquidity and income.

6. Merits received/sent in the last 120 days" script, v0.2, by TryNinjaI luckily saw the script built by TriNinja, that is helpful for managers who can use it to check that number of received merits in applications are correct or fake ones. I saw many applicants in campaigns try to apply with incorrect number of received merits.

Good luck on your goals. I'll just point out try not to focus on them so much in a timeframe. It can be tough but as soon as you set a date to it, when it's arguably out of your control you can find it stressful. That or you could doubt the quality of your posts or the value of your contributions. I would say having the goal of achieving a hero member rank is enough, it shows a desire to contribute and improve.
I think this is more of a reputation thread personally, as it's about your goals and opinions. Just my thoughts.
Exactly, Steamtyme. In fact, I have same problem as OP but I have been closer to the Hero member rank than OP, much closer. What you said is true that when one pay attention on how much merits left till the next rank, that user will naturally lose concentration on idea flows and quality of posts will definitely be affected adversely. Today, I received my two merits for the post I made weeks ago. It means the most important thing is focus on idea flows, quality, and proof-read your posts before and after releasing them. Then, if your posts are good, merits will find them, sooner or later when someone see your posts and like or agree with what you write.

I am not entirely sure how they decide which countries could play and which countries can't. I know the ones in the list bans that type of gambling but there are other nations that doesn't allow online crypto gambling as well yet it is not on the list.
Their reasons behind the scene why they restricted some nations are not matter with users. What users have to do is reading their rules and know that their nations are restricted to use Roobet.com casino or not. If not, they are fine to use the site. There are reasons of the site to restrict list of nations, internally or externally. Local regulations are some of reasons, AFAIK.

@Hhampuz maybe you can also do an art contest for roobet Im pretty sure many will produce good arts for roobet.
There is no consideration regarding subscriber if has many, few or none ? Or just purely a video promotions.
Videos have more effects and bring more traffics than Arts that can be used for banners, sites, and so on. I don't see odds of Art Contest from Roobet.com or any casino. If there are other contests, I guess Content contest, maybe.

I mean do you really believe that there is ZERO Americans here? Of course not but USA still tries to ban it.
Remember, we don't ban online gambling because it's ban. We ban it because if you win out of the USA we don't get our tax dollars. This helpful advice brought to you by the tax collectors of America. Welcome to the USA, now give me your wallet :-) -Dave Sounds like you are a big fan of the slogan from Mr. Trump "Make America great again!". The USA has shown its globally as a very strict nation on crypto regulations. I don't know the USA has plans to change this or not but in my vision, over time regulations on crypto currency, online gambling (with crypto payments) will become more difficult. Things might turn into much worse if more terrorist organizations born and actively operate globally.

Exchanges are businesses, so by definition they're "centralized." If you're concerned about KYC there are several exchanges that don't require it, but I don't trust any of them. You can try P2P like localbitcoins and similar sites. Or, post here on the forum in the Currency Exchange board, you might find someone willing to trade with you. If you do post for an exchange here I suggest you use escrow. I agreed with you. Centralized or decentralized exchanges, they are only different in ways they operate but they have a common thing, ownerships of exchanges is a kind of centralization and all sorts of exchanges have to follow laws of local governments. Decentralized exchanges don't mean that they are now owned by anyone, any founders. They actually owned by one founders or group of cofounders.

Like a down-payment for future services. Could be a new service by FortuneJack. Casino Loans. Your case is more likely a one-way loan. @Pmalek there’re very few users who’ll come forward and disclose this type of error, and I feel FJ should allow you to keep the funds as an advance payment because having you on board will increase their credibility.
I don't think it is difficult to make deal because @Pmalek has joined the FJ campaign for too long, but I am not a position to say which thing to do. Just want to say about the kindly behaviour of @Pmalek.

@FortuneJack @Hhampuz I think that whoever credited this week's signature campaign participants made a mistake when crediting my account. I got credited with 0.15 BTC instead of 0.015! You guys probably forgot the '0'. Just send me the address where I can send back the difference if you can't remove it on your end. Trying to figure out if the balance is now displayed in a different way but I don't think that's it. Probably just a human error on your error. Nice catch, @Pmalek. Furthermore, this behaviour reflects the truth that you are a trusted user, in my opinion. Not sure which solution for this: send rest of fund back or manager will allow you to keep it next 9 more weeks (get payments for next 9 weeks). Whatever solution is, I believe the FortuneJack and Hhampuz are very happy to have such a trusted participant like you.

Good stuff! Looking forward to seeing all the entries and who will wake away with the grand prize (runner up prizes not too bad either) . LOL, I hope that the Roobet creative competition won't result in massive submissions from community like what we saw with the 10th anniversary of the forum, which ended hours ago. Anyway, keep it up, Roobet, you made great initiatives!

I’ve given up trying to commit to memory all the different passwords for multiple sites. Lately I was finding myself having to use the "remind me my password" feature, which sometimes did, and often forced me to change the password. I still commit the important ones to memory, but for all others I’ve summited to Keepass.
What I have encountered lately is that many sites are not prepared for long passwords, and do not even announce the limit properly. What I then do is shorten the Keepass generated password (multiple options there) until I find one that meets the desired length, or tweak it with additional special characters at my will.
Keepass is a good to go but Bitwarden is a good alternative for one who don't want to use Keepass. Bitwarden: https://bitwarden.com/It is good to keep most important things in memory while still have backup for them because no one knows what will happen with us someday. Absent-minded, loss of partial memory as adverse effects from heart-strokes, anything can happen and to be safe, backups are vital. For most important things: - If we lose them in our memory, let use backups. - If we lose backups, let use our memory.

~ snip ~ Aruba, Austria, Bonaire, Curacao, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Germany, Guernsey, Gibraltar, Hungary, Isle of Man, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Martinique, Reunion, Mayotte, Netherlands, United States, United Kingdom, Denmark.
I apologize, I had the wrong information. Those countries listed in our TOS, the ones you put above, are the countries which we don't allow players from. Sorry for any confusion! What do you think to add this information and such question to the FAQs (the Roobet Help Center)? I think it is helpful for Roobet's users because most of them don't spend time to read ToS but most of them (if they want to quickly find out rules) probably take a look at FAQ. The current FAQ - The Help Center - has not yet provided most common questions from people; as I saw from FAQ of other casinos (I could be wrong).

Coinbase is not exception of USA-based crypto exchanges that strictly regulated by the USA. government. There are many reasons why USA-based exchanges have lost their leading positions in crypto but local governmental managements are one of the most important reasons.
I think it will take very long period for USA-based exchanges to come back at leading positions among exchanges globally. They will, I believe, but the waiting time is not shortly. In global scale, there will be more strictly managements on crypto then when it happens USA-based exchanges will come back and play as game-changers. But as I thought, it is a very distant journey to go for USA-based exchanges.
Coinbase, I think they have jumped in serious period like Poloniex and Bittrex did previously.

I prefer to place the image in a table (as needed) and put information in the next column. Although this is more complicated, at least my posts are neater (not making people bored and annoyed) and also more efficient. Like these posts : post 1, post 2. Excellent! I did not know this kind of table and sort of posting style with images. You made a great work and I help you to become a Full Member. I checked 2 given posts and saw that you used good resolution for your images. That's good. After spliting table into columns, you spent time to adjust images to smaller size, that always be a big issue with images posted in the forum. Keep up your good work.

So weeks ago I lost over 20k USD in Crypto.
I deeply regret for your big loss. I had all the private keys, passwords, etc saved in my email draft & I had 2 fa SMS verification didn't know that someone can break it easily. Ended up losing all my savings. Don't use sim verification ever it's pointless there are multiple ways to break it.
Can you tell us where you store your data, please? Did you store them online, on Cloud-storage services, ie.? If you can afford then buy a hardware wallet. and if you can't then don't store your important data online or anywhere connected to online.
Write down on paper secret codes & keys.
Use different passwords.
Using throw-away emails for new services when you want to try them. Using different emails and different passwords for different services. Don't store all your money on one account, on one service/exchange/ wallet. Decentralize your funds over wallets/services/ exchanges.
Above all, security is most important and "Prevention is always better than cure".

I think it could be useful if someone from Dash Core Group makes an official guide into verifying both the hash and GPG key of the Dash binaries and link to it on the download page.
What happened with Monero and the hack is terrible but it is just another lesson for crypto enthusiasts who store crypto in wallets they have full control of about the importance of verify, not trust. Even official websites of projects, exchanges can be hacked and compromised. I totally agree with your suggestion and hope that it will hit Dash developers to release their official guides very soon. It is good for DASH project, for DASH investors and yes very good for building up higher position and reputation in crypto for DASH. I have my guide thread for newbies, target at Bitcoin, not DASH, but they can read and learn key steps, then apply what you guided in your posts. Electrum wallet - Update safely and avoid phishing wallets?
