hihi you really must be mad at him Smiley

I wonder why not more people are dumping their giveaway on Novaexchange, while it can still be measured in LTC.  Grin

At the current price of 10 litoshi, that means everybody who got a giveaway of about 300 Mio. ESP got a giveaway of about $111, which is plain ridiculous. So thanks for the money, goodbye  Wink

when all the giveway users have dumped, the price will go up ;-)

Its very quiet in here today.

It is. We don'tlike it but everyone is working on the gpu miner

who are the programmers behind the gpu miner, are you working with the official programmer from ccminer and sgminer, or you ar emaking your own miner?

I'm working on sgminer, which doesn't have an "official" programmer any longer (unless you count nicehash in).

I can confirm I'm working on the opencl miner together with the dev team. Of course it'll be opensource. More on this tomorrow.

Great news! Hope there is possibility for cudaminer too.
Or if i have some old info that is so 2014 please advice me for miner that works great with nvidia cards.

That'll be the first step. Nvidia cards can use the opencl miner as well, even though it will hardly be optimal.

Gpu miner is good.

Not all GPU miners are created equal ;-)

I think the best way to break that wall is to do gamblers mining all of us take the risk and make martingale up to 22 loss we will see how yobit dictates billions of espers will be break after yobit loss to us.😀

The odds favor yobit. The more people play that game, the more yobit wins on average. Law of large numbers.

And yobit would be buying from LTC market for peanuts. BTC wall will only break when price reaches parity with ltc market

Or the ltc market close.  Cool

Seriously: can we take all non-btc markets off? It'll make the price, and market cap, rise fast. People will notice the coin and we'll have more people on board.

Groestl: just like the others.
Argon2: a little bit more than scrypt-Jane

Lets make it: those who can create own GPU miner, mine it away you deserve it.
 others: CPU only

That's how it always works ;-)
The only algorithms with fair cpu vs gpu are the "aes search" based ones, like cryptonight and hodlcoin.
2950  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: | ANN | Espers [ESP] | New Algo | New Features In Development | Reverse-ICO | on: April 29, 2016, 03:47:14 PM
Well. There goes CPU mining. GPU mining will be profitable for a few days.

I still get a few blocks a day solo CPU mining, but those GPU hashrates are literally 5 to 10 times my CPU hashrate. So with 5 GPUs, you get up to or more than 50 times the CPU hashrates of an 8 core CPU, or 100 times that of a typical Core i5.

difficulty hasn't raised yet, we'll be afraid when it does ;-)

Look's like a dual miner is possible on NVIDIA as well. I have 1GHASH  2GHASH of blakecoin for free while mining etherum. (980ti). Probobly higher rates with more tweaking.
interesting development!

I have 2.7GHASH poolside now, and still no decline in etherum.. I have a winner Smiley

I see a code marathon comming. Smiley

congrats! what kind of "license" do you plan to release it with?

Hi,

Gpu miner for espers:

Do you want this?  Roll Eyes

by implementing the branches right, you can get at least 5 times that hashrate.
did you make or buy it?

I disagree with almost everything you are saying.
I'm using both GUIs and CLIs for 30 years (20 professionally, as my main job), tens of different operating systems, programming languages and platforms.
I know what I'm saying. Now, stop this useless talk.
2955  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell kernels. on: April 29, 2016, 08:24:26 AM
again, you are on another wavelenght:

"Considering you don't need the CLI in Windows that doesn't account for anything? Time doesn't account for anything?"

not having the cli makes you waste time. once you learn the cli, you run a lot of tasks faster and better. invest your time learning, in order to do things on a higher level.
that's the part you don't understand, and what all this talk is about.

let's end this offtopic now, please.
2956  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: | ANN | Espers [ESP] | New Algo | New Features In Development | Reverse-ICO | on: April 28, 2016, 12:35:22 PM
even a 2 SAT pump would be huge: it's 3x the current price :-D
when trading on the satoshis, there is a lot of profit to be made.
2957  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell kernels. on: April 28, 2016, 08:54:48 AM
"Why would I take time to essentially gain a degree in a area when Windows works pretty much just as good only without the huge learning curve? Just saying 'something is better' isn't really a argument. In this case, its' not, which is why a lot of people use Windows instead of nix and why it'll never catch on for normal users... and why it's also not relevant at the current time."

windows doesn't work pretty much just as good as linux.
the reason you don't know that, is that you don't know the CLI.
"why people use windows"? you shouldn't ask that, but "what people use windows" :-D
the answers are all there, you just don't seem to want to find them.

Is it possible to use CCminer with AMD cards. if so, how do i go about doing it?
Thanks

No, you can't. It's for cards which support CUDA, not OPENCL.
2959  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]: cpuminer-opt, New v3.1.18 on: April 28, 2016, 07:36:37 AM
Wolf0 doesn't have an AMD cpu and it is indeed slower on that kind of processor.
Still, EVP can only be applied to algos which use plain AES, which are very few.
The others need specific code, like joblo is making.
2960  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]: cpuminer-opt, New v3.1.18 on: April 27, 2016, 09:05:55 PM
Evp, AFAIK, is an abstraction layer of openssl which automatically selects the best instruction set based on the current cpu. Not sure it applies to this project, maybe to hodlcoin or others with "standard" algos.
