Right, That is none of our business. The point is you have money in the bank to make good faith payments now. Why should believe that you won't have another excuse in the end of august?

For the record, I do not condone the threats and harassment. And a small claim is not a threat. It is a legal means to recover funds owed. However if you were transparent with the other members and made a genuine effort to remedy the situation you may find them to be more cordial.

Only 5 of the 10 people you owe have agreed to be part of the small claim. That means 5 people are willing to wait or don't care if they get paid back. Of those remaining five you should offer to make some form of payment now. You have 2k in your saving account now. Again, if you are so sure you are going to get money from your summer job in August then you can pay yourself back.

Here's the problem. You've been running around this forum for the past year buying and selling bitcoin under the name "THE BIT MAN" failing to tell anyone you are 16. Then you fuck up and have all your money frozen and everyone you traded with gets screwed. Now you essentially want us to LOAN you the money, interest free, until ( of if and when) paypal releases your funds. Meanwhile you have 2 grand sitting in your bank account. I suggest you start making some good faith payments with that two grand. That should not be so hard if you are certain that you are getting that money back in December.

So where does it say the funds will be released from limitation and where does it mention the time frame the funds will be released from limitation? It doesn't say it anywhere on my account but it does say my account was limited on July 1st, I also called paypal and they said the money can be released December 28th. So if the fund are frozen in your account and it equals the amount you owe to creditors and it says the funds will be released on December 28th why did two lenders turn you down for a loan? |
