what do you mean? verity it to paypal? Yes you paypal account is currently unverified correct? Yes, but that wouldn't help, I gave them my ssn and it didn't accept...I believe because I am under 18. I also don't know/have the bank info they want. Do you have a bank account. |

So where does it say the funds will be released from limitation and where does it mention the time frame the funds will be released from limitation? |

So if the fund are frozen in your account and it equals the amount you owe to creditors and it says the funds will be released on December 28th why did two lenders turn you down for a loan? |

It's risky..I can guarantee them all I want but it's hard to give a loan to someone you never met and I understand that. I don't see why you guys can't just wait it out. If the loaner would have to wait it out and they have a risk on top of it knowing that there are scammers out there why can't you guys?. Yes the money in my paypal account is entitled to whoever I owe but the money is in the paypal until December.. |

The Money is Locked until Dec 2012 OR June 2013.
Judgement will take maybe 2 months.
All the Money in your savings account(if there is any left in there) & 5-10% of your parents paycheck from Oct On sounds pretty fast to me.
