Those who continue to believe that Ginebra is still a good team, certainly lose a lot of money already as Ginebra keeps losing. Meralco is not really a bad team though, so they can give Ginebra a big problem and we saw it because when the Ginebra rally, they still gas out in the 4th quarter and loss.

Look at the minutes played by 3 of the starters, this is not reasonable anymore, they are too desperate.

2942  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Legalization. In Ukraine and now Laos on: September 22, 2021, 10:53:11 PM
Bitcoin in Laos isn't very much popular compared to other Southeast Asian countries. From what I can remember, only a small percentage of their population is engaged with the internet, and most of them are still relatively poor when compared to other citizens of the neighboring countries. Perhaps what they mean by legalize is drafting laws and creating a regulatory framework for future laws that they can pass re: bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. They can very well use it if adoption picks up pace in the country, that I am sure.
It is probably their people who are waiting for such legalization before their getting interested in cryptocurrency or in Bitcoin. I expect a huge engagement on the market once it was officially announced and there is a law that protects their people. If the government is serious about this development and market integration, this could create trust between their people and crypto.
Maybe we could say that internet connection is a big factor that will affect the adoption but I believe the government can find a way to solve the problem.
2943  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shitcoins as collectables in the future on: September 22, 2021, 04:09:02 PM
The term shitcoin is used in the world of cryptocurrencies. This word refers to cryptocurrencies that have very little value or even no value at all. The cryptocurrencies called shitcoins are basically worthless. For this reason, the word "shit" is used in shitcoins whose purpose is to devalue the currency. Generally, we get shitcoins from airdrops or from fraudulent projects, so they only have a name but do not have a definite market, obviously there is no price at all. , and shitcoin is also almost 90% you have in every crypto wallet, and makes our wallets full of them so that seeing the wallet becomes saturated
Indeed, right. Most of the airdrop coins are worthless and have no real case which obviously we can say that these coins will simply turn shit. That is why I don't encourage people to join this incentivize activity as later on, you only make yourself disappointed. I have some of them in my wallet and there is one thing I do is forget them. I'd never check them actually if they have a market value already as that was just a waste of time knowing that it can be impossible as for many years been stuck and seeing no changes happen.

Per rumor, I think it would CStand. Also, there are rumors that CStand's arrival on Ginebra is not welcome by most of his teammates, this might also be the one reason why they are losing games opposite to what we all have expected.
Then it's time for him to look for a team that will appreciate him, and I think he will be more valued in B League as C. Stand is used to playing in international competitions. I think C. Stand really has the talent, he just belongs to the wrong team which obviously affected his performance and his statistics.

Yeah that is if he have an offer on B.league better he grabs it since he's career will be at stake if he continue to playat ginebra where we know that he didn't fit on their current system. But I don't know why this happen to ginebra this season and I think they should re-evaluate more what the cost of their current struggle since if they stick on their current system they might lose more games and possibly they cannot reach to the finals.

Then it will be a big problem for Ginebra as they traded Greg for C. Stand thinking C. Stand will do better but look at what happened. Ginebra is a mess now, they better give up and find a new solution for next season. This is good for C. Stand and the team, they can't just continue to suffer from this struggle.
2945  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Terence Crawford vs Shawn Porter - Nov. 20 on: September 22, 2021, 01:21:26 PM

I agree with you, this is probably the toughest fight of Crawford and his undefeated record is at risk here. Porter does only have one plan, and that is to pressure his opponent until it gets tired, I hope Crawford is ready for that and he is strong enough to slow down Porter who will just continuously attack him.

He already has a lot of tough fights, he will not become one of the pounds for pound boxers if he is a weak champion, both are tough fighters and if Crawford Porter there's nothing to achieve anymore but a unification bout against Spence, he cannot go on fighting any boxer in the welterweight division he needs to scale up and a fight with Spence is the only way, this fight will open a possibility for a Crawford - Spence fight.

If Crawford will win, of course, he can challenge Spence but they should have fight a long time ago if they are willing to fight each other. They are the only 2 champions that remained undefeated in the same division, why not fight and give the fans real entertainment. Well, there's one thing to consider also as Spence is currently in the healing process on his eye operation, so let's wait if he is 100% ready.
2946  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happened to the crypto market now? on: September 21, 2021, 11:46:37 PM
It’s crashing now. Does anyone know what happened to the crypto market?
You are new to the market? Maybe it is a need for you to be aware of the situation where the market is volatile and you can expect and experience this all the time.
I'm uncertain as to what the reason causes of this dump as usually whales did this but to hear no info of such transactions that is why I could say this was just a normal market correction and we need not make a deal with this but to keep calm and easy. To have fun with the other stuff outside crypto will really give us ease.
2947  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Looking To Invest $50-$100 In New Projects Any Ideas? on: September 21, 2021, 10:13:45 PM
Hello everyone and hope everyone is doing well. I am currently looking to invest in some new projects in the sum of 50-100 dollars. If you have any new or exciting projects you would like to share with us here, please post and let us know. Until next time take care.
I'm not discouraging you to invest in crypto but for you to know first is that there are no such easy gains in here. If you wanted to make a decent profit, accept that you have to risk more money like $500 is good enough to start as the price is already high. Don't push yourselves if you can afford that but you also not to think about 1000% gains as it was just you are dreaming and truly out from reality. Please think that small capital, small gains.

Anyways, here is the place where you can make searches https://coinmarketexpert.com/new-coin-listings/
2948  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If not invested then do it now... on: September 20, 2021, 02:36:20 PM
We can see now that the market has been dumping a lot. Those who want to invest can invest now. That means the market has been dumping a lot. I think this is probably our last chance to invest. However, many expect the market to grow significantly by the end of 2021. So if you want to invest, you can invest right now.
Before I encourage people to invest, I encourage them first to understand the market very well so when the time they decided to invest they can't blame us. I'd notice that many new investors are rushing on the market and put a huge amount of money in crypto without knowing it. I don't think that was a good idea but to consider this not far from getting disappointed.
If they don't have any interest in learning about crypto, I'd never ask them to make an investment as well coz in the end, they will turn us back and ask for help or worse to blame us for their losses.
2949  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I want to invest in litecoin. What would be the right decision at the present ti on: September 20, 2021, 01:52:52 PM
I am going to invest in litecoin for a long-term hold. What would be right to invest in litecoin at the present time? What do you think?
Why not Bitcoin or ETH or BNB? Maybe you have the reason why choosing that coin and I believe it was reasonable as you think it was really a good investment. Well, Litecoin is one of the known and profitable coins in the market and so I could say that it was a good choice but I don't think just you need to keep it alone, it was better to invest in Bitcoin together.
But I think you have to wait for the moment when the price correction will come in order to make a buy at a cheaper price.
2950  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Lopez vs Kambosos ordered by IBF on: September 20, 2021, 11:58:43 AM
We will see what kind of preparations they made for each other, this two interesting fighters who really loves throwing heavy punches, with how camps watch all those previous fights that they've made, for sure it takes time to find good counter and execute which strategy may work when they already inside the ring.

It's nearing now and we will see which fighter will win after the last bell. Hopefully, they will bring entertaining actions,
by throwing more punches to attract their opponents to bring the counters.

Just hope that Lopez vs. Kambosos fight may push through now since this anticipated fight between the two good fighters postponed for a number of times but with the ordered came form IBF I doubt that this fight will going to be postponed again. I think the odds on favor of Lopez weights more than with 12 knockouts victories compared to the odds favor of Kambosos. The fight schedule is near coming and we could expect a heavy fight between the two fighter and this is gonna be a nice game to watch for.

It's the battle of an undefeated fighter, Lopez just looks better because he was coming from a huge win against Lomachenko, but for sure it's not an easy fight for Lopez though the odds do not say otherwise. This will be in a week from now, so the excitement is now building up, and hopefully the complete market of odds is going to be available soon in our favorite crypto betting sites.

Monster Gregzilla! Northport bounce back after an issue that results in their loss recently. Greg since the start of the conference doesn't show any signs that he is not comfortable with his team. He found the chemistry right away compare to Standhardinger in Ginebra.

But his monster performance should always be backed up by his teammates. Having a big man in the league is important and Northport is one of the team that has it. They need to utilized other player to support Greg.

Greg is a legit center and all he has to do is stand down low and impose his might and get that high percentage shot with little resistance from opponents bigs while CStand is a power forward which for me is a redundant position with Japeth Aguilar and it seems he is not fit with the triangle offense of coach Tim Cone.

If only Greg could stay longer in MorthPort then we could see this team competing with the SMC teams as Robert Bolick and the rest of the guys will gain some experience that is helpful in their championship campaign.

I guess it would not happen because Greg was Traded for C. Stand, and Northport is not a rich team, they can't keep more high-paid players at the same time. At least with what is happening, Ginenbra has realized that their decision is wrong, and they could be more competitive this season if they did not trade their Center.
2952  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Emotions should never be traded. on: September 20, 2021, 06:05:22 AM
Emotional is everyone's problem.  Even professional traders sometimes forget emotions.  must really maintain emotional stability in trading and maintain trading patterns correctly.  so that it can run well without a high risk of experiencing emotional losses.  for the market, this condition may have to be observed by looking at the conditions of the time, when to buy, sell and hold.  This can't be wrong
We can't rid of it as we are human beings but must have to control it otherwise, this could be the reason for our failure. This is really a big challenge for everyone but if you do this for a reason, I don't think it is really hard to change. We can do this for sure, nothing is impossible if we wanted to do so. But if you think NOT in the very beginning, that surely it never helps and better not to try trading as it certainly gives you a problem one day.
This is unavoidable because we are just humans and we do value that much our money which its understandable that whenever we do lost up money then reactions would be there.Even lets say that
we are already veterans or old traders but still we could really be affected on the times we do lost but somehow having experience could really give that advantage compared to those
who are just starting up.You should really be wise and be good to hold your emotions on different situations.
Emotions sometimes help us but in trading, that could be different.
Panic, worried, excited (rushing on the market), all of these things would lead us to losses. These are common to newbies, I can remember myself before but as we got some experience, we are also able to change it gradually until we are getting immune to such things. We do understand the situation but we don't let our emotions become the main reason why we suffer losses but instead use this to become stronger.

...

I wouldnt be surprised if we see a market for those in 20 years, at least that is how i cheer myself up when i see my wallets Cheesy
It is uncertain, people will just move on and forget that we hold shitcoins as these coins have no use at all. You may consider this as collectible but never think that it gains attraction 20 years from now as no one will be able to think it either (maybe just only you).
Well, to have these coins is a part of our crypto life. But having this experience thought us something that crypto investment is risky and that is why we should be careful in choosing a coin to buy and certainly, we never have to rush but it needs searches.
2954  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Do Young Investors Prefer Cryptocurrencies? on: September 19, 2021, 10:26:41 PM
Young people's uptake of technology will be faster.  Young people are active, have choice and simply some because of their passion and preference for the most advanced technology, which is already the technology of the future for them.  Adults usually don't have the habit of choosing too big of a risk, I think the bigger the young community, the more bitcoin and cryptocurrencies will grow.  Not only young investors, there will be countless young people who still choose to mine, trade,...
Indeed, they choose crypto over local investment as they think that this is easy for them and they can do most online which I think they are good at that. Having been exposed to the internet and advanced technology made them easy to adopt the system but I don't think when it comes to decision-making I'm not if they are good as well, they might not.
This could be a sort of market vision, people would surely choose those investments that seem more profiting and fit for them, and this crypto investment is actually the best for the young investors who are willing to take more risks.
2955  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: September 19, 2021, 01:26:29 PM
DYIP is looking good, they are not going anywhere, they are only down by 3 points after the first half.

Looking forward to how they'll play in the 2nd half as that's where mostly their game will collapse.
They are the underdog here, heavy underdog in fact, so let's see if they'll win or at least cover the handicap.

Terrafirma is competing very well in this game, they are maybe tired of losing and they will try to bounce back with a big win against the Alaska Aces. We are at the start of the 4th quarter now and TNT has a two-point lead, so this is good for them. I like the ball movement of the DYIP now as they are spreading the ball well, they are more unpredictable, so good luck to them.

I lose my parlay because I have ROS over NP. but it's okay because I won my single bets and I have like what DYIP did as they give me a profit. I am also a bit regretful as I did not check on the odds like DYIP winning by 11+ points because that one should give good odds. DYIP won by 14 points by the way.

I think sportsbet has that kind of market, but who would expect that DYIP will win a double digit when they are struggling in the past few games. This is a big win for them after a losing streak, and bad for Alaska as they got hype a little bit when they beat the Ginebra and now they lose against them.

This is what happened.

DYIP is the better team compared to Ginebra and Alaska as they beat the two teams.

2957  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs Caleb Plant on: September 19, 2021, 11:41:23 AM
I don't know, but for me, Caleb's chances might be 10% or less. Yes, Canelo is so much in focus of this fight and most probably grinding hard because it is for the record after all. Undisputed champion, and beat the hell out of everyone in this division, and the think it, many said that Billy Joe Saunders will have a good chance, but look at what he did, he totally destroyed Billy Joe and sent him to the hospital. So the chance of Canelo being upset here is near zero.
I tend to agree because Billy Joe was a good boxer but he still lose against Alvarez, so I feel it will be going a same result with this fight too. Both of boxer are training hard to win, Plant's need do more hard work twice or triple times than Alvarez if he want to win. As been said this is will be the biggest fight so far, I hope they're have fun on the ring.

Canela has been destroying anyone that comes in his ways. The perfect example of this is his fight against Billy. People thought that that might be an even soft fight and look what he has done to Billy. Caleb is clearly the underdog here and upsetting Canela right now is tougher than ever. Maybe 10 to 15% chance but no more than that.

For me the biggest test is GGG, it might be controversial on how both fight ends, but Canelo taking GGG's best shot and didn't even flitch, it's a sign that Canelo could destroy anyone in the 160-168 lbs. And he did, BJS is another classic example. The Brit is a natural super MW but Canelo beat him badly. So it's hard to think that Caleb Plant has a chance, highly unlikely that he can beat Canelo at his best weight class and this record of form and style of Alvarez.

As we can see on the betting odds, we know that the chance of Plant to upset Canelo is very low, I don't even see this going to distance if Plant is willing to engage and would try to KO Canelo. Plant being undefeated doesn't help him look good in this fight, in fact, people still think that this is an easy fight for Canelo.
2958  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bag holders of SOL? on: September 18, 2021, 09:24:08 PM
As long as you believe it's a great project, you don't have to worry about its future and its current price.

A market correction is normal, sometimes a huge dump will happen to strengthen more the market, but it will eventually bounce back.
If you are a short-term investor, then you should be aware that buying a coin when it's pumping is a bad idea, you gotta learn that.

My personal evaluation on SOL, I think at the moment it's overvalued.
Even that, we can't simply ignore the volatility of the market which gives no assurance that the future of this project is really good because as for me, I'll take the chance to sell them at a higher price and reinvest during its fallback. Many times that I'd miss some bigger opportunity as I keep holding looking for a bigger return but realize that it was not a good idea. May it depends on the project but we should consider every pump is an opportunity to sell as we are not sure as well that pumps come next unless if it is Bitcoin.
2959  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Dogecoin survive without Elon Musk? on: September 18, 2021, 08:41:57 PM

What do you think? Will Dogecoin be able to survive without Elon Musk? Or will it simply vanish like the rest of the other "shitcoins" on the market? Is the DOGE hype over? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Smiley
Dogecoin will still be able to survive without Elon Musk but never I think it will get into the hype. It is to understand the situation that only Elon Musk gives the reason why DOGE had its big name and get known to the community as for many years that it has been the market most of us just to ignore this thing until such the time that this person give a tweet and the price just rose unexpectedly.
2960  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [WARNING!] For gamblers using coins.ph on: September 18, 2021, 11:55:21 AM
There's a new update on coins.ph now.

A new requirement is added that you have to identify not only where you will send the coins but also the source of the coins you received.
It has even been brought out by one of the campaign participants of bestchange regarding this issue. you can see the full convo here. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5217201.1700

That wasn't new but maybe coins.ph is now asking the majority of their users about it.

Back in my Chipmixer Signature Campaign days, and I think I posted and shared this to coins.ph thread, on my second video interview, they pinpoint a transaction on my history to where it came from. I responded that it was a freelance payment but never did they ask the specific source. No follow-up questions were done. I was able to answer them about my financial status since I was employed and I even show them my Income Tax Return. The interview lasted for 15 minutes. The next yearly interview never mentioned any crypto-related stuffs but just an update to my submitted documents.

Just recently, I received another enhanced verification request on which I will ignore now because of inconvenience on my part. There are more alternatives now so will refrain from using coins.ph for now.

That's right, if we feel we cannot keep our privacy anymore and we might be questioned in the future regarding our transactions, then probably it's wise if we just stay away from using coins.ph, I think we have the same platform that is not so strict as coins.ph, let's use that as an alternative, like Binance p2p.
