2941  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Taking a break from gambling on: October 10, 2018, 10:41:42 AM
It is very important to take some rest from gambling and spend more time with your family. You will be mentally relaxed and your money will also be saved. Regular gambling will take you to the worst conditions and it is not good for you and for your family as well. There are many other activities in the world for entertainment and enjoyment. You can engage yourself there.

The family is the most reason for us to take a break or stop from gambling because they are our life. Spend more time with family can take our mind to stop thinking about gambling because we want to have fun with them. We need to balance our lives between family, activities or work, friends and even gambling so we can know which is important in our life.

Also taking break is a good sign because you yourself can judge that whether are you really got hooked up to ht e gambling or not and can you stay without it for some months or not. Priority must always come first and that one should be setting what is important to them.
2942  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto holds 980,000 Bitcoins.. does anyone know their addresses? on: October 10, 2018, 04:43:48 AM
No one know and I think this is no body ever know the addresses of Satoshi Nakamoto.
How you know if Sathosi Nakamoto hold 980,000 of bitcoin? because I think there is no body know for sure about HE/SHE.

Satoshi has kept his identity secret so this itself means that obviously how much btc even if held any would remain untraceable or cannot be known. Else who would not have like to come forward and say they invested this when he world is looking at Satoshi and still searching for them.
2943  Economy / Economics / Re: Now I believe cryptocurrency may change the financial condition on: October 10, 2018, 04:40:12 AM
I'm certainly glad that the cryptocurrency makes people rich but you need to be careful and understand the market trends as to earn treatment in the bull market and right now you need to enter the market as the reversal is very close.

It may or may not make everyone rich but yes to an extent it can help you to grow financially provided you had invested in right set of coins and at fallen prices and not when the market has risen . This needs to be taken care of and you would be their to make some money.
2944  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: October 09, 2018, 06:17:57 AM
Australia struck early on day 2 with a quick wicket but since then its been all Pakistan however they are scoring very slowly right now and if this remains this way through out the match then its highly likely that this match will end in a draw. Australia need to break this partnership or they could be chasing 450+ runs in the first innings.

Today, Haris Sohail and Asad Shafiq continued from where Imam-ul-Haq and Mohammad Hafeez left yesterday. Once again Pakistani cricket team's performance has taken a very sharp turn and now it'd be interesting to see if they're actually able to win this test match.

Overall, Pakistani batting scored 482 (for all out) in the first innings and now Aaron Finch and Usman Khawaja are out there to target a big partnership.

This test match is looking like it could be a draw as both teams are taking their time when it comes to batting on this pitch. Unless Pakistan can get a few quick wickets on day 3 then it could turn in their favour to win the match but if Australia can bat well and get close to Pakistan's 1st innings total then I think it will end in a draw. Later today is a vital day for both teams to see which team gets the upper hand in this test match.

2 days play is over and Oz are batting at 35 runs without loss. Either OZ will reach near about score of Pakistan or if it can make more than Pakistan then some interesting things can happen. Else as far the current situation is concerned we see it to be  a tie unless some play a match winner role.
2945  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling addiction becomes more popular with young people over time on: October 09, 2018, 01:20:31 AM
I see it as a bad effort to take an article about gambling addiction and put it here with clear asking for merits for that. I think that's the reason why nobody gives it to you.
Coming back to the main point of the thread I will tell that all kind of addictions have place to be the most at young generation. Everything is due to such period of search and hormones which move to new thing trying and addictions.

The addiction happens in gambling is because of the money involvement part comes in. Just consider if their was no money involved but some games or some sort of basic gifts would have given will the craze remains same? It will fall drastically and thus this is where the human behavior comes into picture.
2946  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Addiction Stories! on: October 09, 2018, 01:17:43 AM
Thee are many gambling stories out there, some good , some sad yet we still make new addicts every day. I don't think the sad stories alone will get future addicts to stop but rather the society must offer hope such that if I know I can earn say 50$ by washing plates for 48 hours I will rather make my 50$ that way and not through gambling.

In washing plates you are sure you will be getting 50$ but in gambling either you can make the same amount or lose out completely depending upon the luck and the game which you will bet on. People who have excess and lose out is fine but for needy it is quite bad.

2947  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the highest lost you have made as gambler? on: October 08, 2018, 02:58:00 PM
the highest lost that i've made as a gambler is 50$ , actually for me it's a big amount already so that was the biggest amount i lose in gambling and that time i was so frustrated but as days passed by i still go back to gamble.

Everyone has a different budget for gambling and as you said 50$ is big for you then only thing which I could recommend you is that going forward do not gamble or else only for fun when you have excess amount play with it and do not try to recover the lost amount as it could be the biggest mistake you could make it.
2948  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it true that a whale moved 8k BTC? on: October 08, 2018, 02:55:37 PM
Hello,
I heard that there is a whale that moved 8k BTC to an exchange and that what caused the price to go down in addition of Stop-Losses being triggered. Is that true? What do you think? If it's true I consider it to be a big problem as we clearly see that whales manipulate the market easily which is harmful.

I can't be done, but I know that whale made a way to make the price of Bitcoin to 8k. It has to do with manipulation in order for them to make people buy and buy so for that the price went that way.

It could be quite possible because the big whales can make or break the price as they have huge quantity of coins and due to buy/sell of their coin the market can get hugely effected and thus we need to also be stay cautious as it can effect our portfolio as well.
2949  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where and which part of day do you gamble? on: October 08, 2018, 11:46:46 AM
I usually gamble late at night, never have enough time for it during the day. I've hooked on bgaming casino lately and now spend a couple of hours on it after grey routine days. That's funny, but it's truly a great way to relax.

Just ensure that you only getting relaxed and not getting hooked to money because now you are on the verge of getting addicted as you daily spend couple of hours and see if you can stay away from it for couple of days just to test yourself.
2950  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling addiction. on: October 08, 2018, 11:44:34 AM
Why are they addicted to gambling? various reasons why they are addicted to gambling, one of which can make large amounts of money quickly without the need to work hard.
Yes but there is also risk of losing large amounts of money that you've earned in the long.

It is the money factor that drives people else their should not be any such reason where addiction becomes so bad that they can even lose out everything they own like house, saving etc. So it is important when people say that stay away if you cannot control your emotions.
2951  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do whales really control the market, or is that a myth on: October 08, 2018, 05:05:09 AM
All types of investments, the rule is: whales always manipulate the markets and it is a true in the crypto market too

Big investors do have a larger control in the market because of the volume . If some one has say 10k btc and started to sell then it is expected that market will come down and not rise suddenly. Just if group of large investors come together and started to dump it then price and demand will get effected
2952  Economy / Marketplace / Re: What kind of growth would last? Quick growth or slow and steady growth? on: October 08, 2018, 05:03:25 AM
I think it will break through $20,000 at the end of 2018 and should stay above $50,000 in 2019.

That grows is phenomenal if it can reach 20k and stay above it entirely in 2019 then we would really have the best of the times considering at present situation. though we have enter the last quarter of the year and expected to pick up some of the movement now and hopefully will be near 20k by 2018 end.

2953  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Taking a break from gambling on: October 07, 2018, 05:05:24 PM
Taking a break from gambling is good. Maybe you won't even feel the impulse to gamble and then who knows perhaps you won't be a gambler? Its worth a try
Once in a while you just have to take a break from all gambling activities so that you don’t continue losing money or when you feel that you have been too consistent in gambling and that you might run the risk of even becoming an addict.

Also important that you detach yourself from all unwanted stuff and especially where money is involved you better be staying away because it can take away your money as you lose the bets rather  than wining the amount from it.
2954  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crime Effect of Gambling - Your thoughts! on: October 07, 2018, 05:03:40 PM
I agree with most replies. Gambling doesn’t cause an increase in crime. It can be linked to crime in some areas but the other way around. Crime tries to get into the gambling industry to launder money.

Also think about nowadays. Do you think online gambling from home causes an increase in crimes? Not at all.

Yes,online games nothing related to crimes unless gambling is fully banned in your country.Even the gambling is not related to crimes in most places other than the casinos run but the criminals which also the place where drugs are available. But it maybe causes some crimes because of the people who needs money for gambling due to their addiction level when they get into some stage they do anything for the money which is needed for their gambling activities.
Mostly criminal are also gamblers and gamblers are also criminals. When a gambler loses money in gambling he will do some illegal to get some money to continue his gambling. I think that gambling is the mother of crimes. Gamblers gradually become professional criminals and even commit murder for their money. Snatching, looting is their normal routine.

Gambler are not criminals but out of them hardly a few % of people may turn into the criminals depending upon the money they would have lose in gambling and require more money to either repay some debt taken or they have lost everything of theirs and to run their future life require some money etc.
2955  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Gambling addiction a disease? on: October 07, 2018, 11:50:08 AM
As I love to say 'hundreds of people - hundreds opinions'. I suppose my point if view is already clear after those words. I think that there are people which look at gambling as on a disease and there are those who do not see anything dangerous in that.

It will always differ and for those who have made some money or just casually use for their entertainment purpose will reflect that it is not a disease but if you know anybody who has got addicted and eventually losing a lot of money you will obviously think it is a disease.
2956  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How many bounties are you currently participating on: October 07, 2018, 11:43:10 AM
I can participate in 7-8 bounty activities at the same time, of course, there is only one signature, and most of the others are Twitter missions! I think this is very simple!

Participating in many bounties may not be the big issue , the big issue will be when those coins actually firstly needs to get listed and secondly it should not happen that within few days only it become a worthless coin and all your efforts go in vain.
2957  Other / Archival / Re: Have you ever won a Jackpot? on: October 07, 2018, 06:23:31 AM
I can't recall that I've won a jackpot before but there are times that I've won not really much. If ever I win more than $100 I'm already satisfied with it and treat it as a jackpot.
I wish I could but I've never experienced it. Unfortunately I am not a lucky person.
It's not the point of being unlucky but its about on how you gamble.
Gambling isn't only about luck though there's a big factor for it.

The only big factor is knowing when to stop and when to change strategy based on your experience.
That's what determines your so called "luck"

I would not call that to be luck but would say it a strategy or smartness and not driven by greed. As people in gambling gets carried away easily as they only see is money and want to make the most of it forgetting that not even one can win else their would not be owners who run such casinos without they making profits.
2958  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: India to legalize gambling and sports betting on: October 07, 2018, 06:21:10 AM
maybe this will bring good things for Indian people but I hope that the government can think about the possibility their citizen become addicting in gambling. but I wonder what will happen later if there are many Indian people playing gambling and they use a big money to playing gambling and I hope that there will be no problem in that country as I know that their country has big populations that have strong religion.

Does not seems that this is even in the talks as India has currently many other things to look for and elections are on the way so everybody would be busy as no one knows what will happen and also the economy is take the financial toll as all markets are falling badly. So do not think they would in between want to do something like this.
2959  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we still early adopters? on: October 06, 2018, 05:18:39 PM
So what do you think, do you think we are still early adopters or that the train already left the station? I think that we are, I think so few people actually use crypto in their everyday life and that in the future a massive influx of people will be introduced to crypto is some way, I think the market cap will be in trillions to be honest, it is stated that in the Netherlands 3% of the population hold cryptocurrency in some way, 75% under 250€, now think about it, the Netherlands is one of the most advanced countries and yet only 3% hold crypto, think about the other unfortunate 3rd World countries that probably never even heard of crypto, I think in the future the crypto market will boom because of the influx of people, that is to say in some years from now and that will drastically improve the market cap, as I said, I think it will be in trillions, I think the 10 top coins will 100x in the next years( I don't mean in the next 2 years, much longer). So accumulate as much as you can of good valuable coins I think, the future seems bright as even Facebook thinks about creating a cryptocurrency now, as I said, mass adoption will make the market cap boom. So what are your opinions about it? Do you agree with me or not?

You are sure spot on. We are early adopters and the crypto space is still in its infancy stage. Little by little, people are beginning to see how much crypto will be able to change their lives. So as you shared, invest in projects that are solving issues.

Even at this point of time I also feel it is early adoption considering the price this year has fallen by more than half and even if you get the multiple time return during the next year you would  have made huge money provided you stay invested and have some good amount to invest in the market
2960  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: should i invest in ETH or Ripple? on: October 06, 2018, 05:16:58 PM
Do not trust Ripple, the centralized currency used mostly by banks. Pick Ethereum, wait a bit, and finally, in several months, you will earn the money that you need so very much.

ETH should always be part of you and if you have some extra money than can think of XRP as only some days back XRP suddenly rose and even started to fall back again. Rest of the year it was just not at all worth it and ETH has being the only coin which was always on the investors zone.
