Earning in this kind of investments takes months or even years to feel the profit as other investors said and I agree with it.
Can you share here too some gambling sites where you can invest on their site too aside from Yolodice Smiley. Thanks.

Matagal ko na to nakikita pero wala pumapansin so I think it would be better to sell your painting to a different section ng forum. Try to make a thread sa Goods section ng Economy board, baka meron nagkainteres sa painting mo.

Anyways, it's nice to a fellow artist here  Cheesy

wala akong masyadong alam sa painting pano ba malalaman yung authenticity ng painting?
Dapat manggagaling sa mismong artist yung authentication. How? The creator must include Certicate of Authenticity inside the packaging either worldwide or local shipping. That certificate include the medium used and other stuff like title or stories behind the artwork.  Cheesy

What? Relax, he is just reminding everyone else to be careful on these kinds of phenomena. There are still some cases in which people who are unaware of this became a victim of clipboard hijacking  Undecided

Dude may I know how fraudsters able to force their victims to download it? Are bitcoin clippers disguised as not a harmful software or can be just hidden within the softwares which can be founded anywhere in the internet?
The most common examples of acquiring these malware are from downloading email attachment, hacked or modded or unofficial distibution of application (cracked application), clicking internet ads etc.. If you are not keen and careful enough to notice these red flags crawling on the internet, your computer will obviously become a reservoir of malicious software.

Moreover, here are some of the known classification of malicious files that may be infecting your computer if you are not cautious enough.

The doubling feature of a giveaway that ask an X amount of money and will be given back 2X from the base amount is obviously a huge red flag. This type of modus crawling around the internet has the same process to some of the so called "crypto investment" where they promise 2x or 5x return after months or years of waiting until your balls become rotten.

Anyways, mass reporting can help eradicate this deceptive projects.

Because that was the way it was before? Some sort of culture when applying as a signature campaign participant? Or maybe, it is the most ubiquitous process when applying as a campaign participant.

I agree with you though since bpip.org is also a good alternative to discern every intricate details that pertains to a particular account such as seclog, forum recognition, and other specific merit stats. Maybe, it'll change when the new forum have been published.

Well it depends I think? If it is something technical query that needs technical support and application on your end then it is fine to give words of affirmation and confirmation that the problems is now fixed in order to avoid meaningless and repeated suggestion.

If it's a query regarding a particular concept, then it would be fine to ask another question if the ideas and explanations given does not give sense on your behalf, otherwise locking and giving them a merit as an appreciative gesture is enough rather than simply replying a "Thank you" message which I think is not needed to an extent that it looks a low valued content.
2967  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Books Reseller on: June 18, 2020, 05:50:44 AM
Maybe I'm a bit late here to make an suggestion, but how do you think about using Kindle to read them? Have you used a Kindle to read a book? I think you should try it, unlike using a Smart phone or PC to read books, Kindle does not cause any discomfort.
Are you talking about Kindle hardware or an e-book reader? If so, then I haven't tried it yet, I tried searching on the internet and I think that it is quite cool to have one of these e-book reader. Large screen size, adjustable light for a more comfortable reading than using mobile phone, 4GB storage capacity intended only for audio books and e-publication are pretty good factors to consider when someone is an avid reader of books.  Shocked

@ChuckBuck, you have got me confused on this one. Anyways, thank for your recommendation.
2968  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why we should never trust anyone for being the real Satoshi. on: June 18, 2020, 05:14:03 AM
Let me quote what I always say with regards to the real satoshi topic.

There are lots of rumors and conspiracy who Satoshi really is but none of the proves their claim. Talking about the real identity of satoshi is truly a great entertainment but it doesn't mean that we need to force ourselves in disclosing an identity of a person who doesn't even want a spotlight  Wink.

In fact, satoshi can be an alien, man, woman, a company or a non-binary. Again, it is entertaining but it will never shed some light.

More info here:
[1] Who is Satoshi Nakamoto ? Suspects, frauds and conspiracies on bitcointalk

It will always serve as an entertainment for everyone because of too much conspiracies involved to the real identity of satoshi. The only thing we can for now is to educate ourselves rather than making spotflight to a person called "faketoshi" who doesn't even contribute for the betterment of the bitcoin community. Though, at least, he's making a free advertisement for bitcoin itself.

2969  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Poll - How did you obtain your first BTC / satoshis? on: June 17, 2020, 12:41:59 PM
I voted for "Others"

Back in the days, shitposting and replying to any thread that is related to any "Airdrop" activities is my primary motive why I join this community. Fortunately, after signing and shitposting to hundreds of ICO and Scam threads, I manage to find and received a legit airdrop worth @200 USD equivalent to bitcoins. After receiving that amount I was happy but then I realized that this kinds of acts ain't helping me to progress and learn.
2970  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Suggestions about the best ways to backup seed phrase on: June 17, 2020, 12:32:22 PM
[color]Methods of seed phrase backup[/color]
Code:
[color=navy][b]Methods of seed phrase backup[/b][/color]

2. Paper back up
Seed phrase can be written on a sheet of paper with pencil, but this method is poor as it can be affected by liquid, but still good if you can save it in a place that no liquid can contact or touch it.
Seed phrase written on a sheet of paper is the most convenient and less risky way of saving your seed phrases. Personally, laminating the paper you have used on writing your seed is enough to protect those phrase from common physical threats such as flood, tear and being crampled.

If you have some bucks to spare, try purchasing a metal bitcoin seed storage: https://jlopp.github.io/metal-bitcoin-storage-reviews/

3. USB plain text or on memory card[/b
A USB method is good such as the idea of flash drive or the use of memory card but making sure the computer used during this process has no malware, it is one of the good method also.
No, this is not the recommended way of storing your seed phrase because it is more likely to be vulnerable from an online vector attack especially if you accidentally used it for online purposes or connected it to an infected computer. It is also important to keep in mind that the files saved on a USB stick or memory can be corrupted anytime if the USB stic was not properly disconnected.

Furthermore, saving your seed phrase by simply typing it on a plain text will greatly reduce your security. Even if it is stored encrypted it is still not advisable to save it on any digital form.

2971  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: The dream of Cypherpunks, libertarians and crypto-anarchists on: June 17, 2020, 11:55:35 AM
This is the only time that I have realized the importance of liberty from the creation of these cryptocurrency made before the implementation of the bitcoin network and bitcoin itself.

I don't know if it's just me who is thinking that bitcoin was being used to evade taxes that is being imposed on people who are having an online businesses to make a living on their own. Because if the use of bitcoin promotes freedom from being oppressed by the government in terms of monetary policies -- then it is our job to persuade and educate the masses why the use of bitcoin really matters.

Won't the economy be affected?

I am trying to but I don't have the right tools.
Also, I am not that good at making tabular sheets.  Grin
I will try to consult my wife for help, I think she is good at it.
Using Excel with formulas on it will do or just create a table in MS Word and manually calculate your Starting BTC to END BTC on weekly basis. This may help you a bit if you struggle putting some formulas on the spreadsheet.

1. Cancel the investment then add more.
Unfortunately YOLODice still does not accept a top-up option from your open investment and the only thing you can do is to close the investment, add, and then reopen again. The downside of doing this kind of technique is that users will not be able to withdrew only their profit gained in the long run (dividend gain) and maybe the duration of their investment in which they have gained advantage on the house edge will be forfeited.

2. Just open another line since you can make 20 of them.
I think this is much better solution rather than closing your investment. You just still need to be patient enough to make your investment grew in the long run.

Feel free to correct me since I still a newbie on this one.
2976  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Selling bitcoin for paypal. Do I need a license to do this/ need tax advice. on: June 16, 2020, 11:50:51 AM
You wont have any problems with taxation but the real problem lies either on the user you are transacting and on that paypal account you do have.
I don't think so. OP is dealing with a large amount of money that is traded on a day to day basis. Receiving $ 5,000 each day is not a joke and could be subjected to an illegal transfer of money in the eyes of law especially if you are US based citizen. I also have the same sentiment with regards to OP but I didn't notice that the amount of money he is transferring can be against the Federal Law.

I am asking only for what to do with taxes and do I need licenses and things like that
I am not a US based citizen but I have done my research to help and give you a bit of information what are the steps on what are you going to do with your taxes based on the information given by @gentlemand.

The links below can be tiresome to follow but I would rather deal with those papers and requirements to avoid such problematic events in the long run.

It's a surprise to know that these kinds of services exist. I've checked "MyShoppingBox" reviews from different social media platform and fortunately most of the reviews are good and people are recommending it if you are planning to buy a product from US AND EU.

$ 5.00 is pretty cheap compare to a $ 23.00 shipping fee directly from Philippines.  Shocked Thank you so much!

Is your service available?

Please hit me up a pm Smiley  Thanks!

2979  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Snipie's gambling investment test on: June 15, 2020, 09:07:40 AM
I did not keep my statistics, and every week or 2 weeks I have a very bad habit. When I see my investment is down, I divest and gamble till it is back to original deposit, then reinvest again.
I never thought this kind of investing technique but will it not affect your investment because the duration of your shares in bankroll will go back to zero? thus, your ROI will also reset as compared when you let your investment opened though you are taking a loss?  Huh
2980  Local / Pamilihan / Looking for Bitcoin Book Reseller on: June 15, 2020, 05:22:33 AM
Is there anyone here who knows a local bookstore that sells bitcoin related books or anyone here whos into bitcoin book reselling?

I am having a hard time to compensate the shipping fee from EU that I planned to order from Amazon kaya hindi ko tinuloy yung pag checkout ng book ni Andreas Antonopolous na three volume ng "The Internet of Money". I am looking for a paperback and not an ebook.

Nag request na din ako ng book sa NBS. Unfortunately, isang bitcoin book lang yung available sa kanila LOL.
