What are you left with then?
It is easy. It is called class action lawsuit on behalf of all their customers that do not get full BTC refunds!

You want more back from them as you send them. Not at all. I want back EXACTLY what I send them up to the last Satoshi!

As discussed in the bASIC thread, the products were clearly priced in USD Obviously you failed to read that thread and see the screenshot I've provided.

BFL quoted their prices in US Dollars, so refunds will be in dollars as well. Everybody that paid BTC was quoted in BTC as well. There is no way you know how many BTC you have to send BFL if the price is not quoted in BTC!

they would be stupid to continue the scam (if it was one) and continue to give refunds. They give only partial refunds! My pre-order is paid in BTC and now they do not honor full BTC refunds! If you believe that anyone with "reasonable intelligence" could conclude BFL is some kind of scam, please do tell why they haven't run yet.
Because they think they can have perfectly legal profit without doing anything!

it was sourced from a reputable mint in the business of making custom silver coins on a daily basis.
If coins are sourced from reputable mint doing business on a daily basis, the extra cost incurred must be more than modest? The certificate as a printout can be part of the package. I agree that real value is the bitcoin but once you use precious metal purity measurement there must be a proof of origin. Somebody with a solid reputation standing behind such a claim.

Slab-a-dab-dab: Absolutely beautiful. I would love to get one of the gold BTC 10 BTC coins once I have the money for it. It is not enough to put a notice that it is a .999 silver or .9999 gold. You have to attach a certificate from the refinery and assayer's signature to every coin!

Argumentation for BFL Lawyer will be simple:
This Address is certainly not ours..... sue Bitpay for your BTC?
Wrong. I do not have anything in common with BitPay. I was refered there by BFL as part of the check out process! BitPay is just a payment gateway used by BFL that can be setup in accordance with all merchant preferences. What does BFL lawyer actually say is - "Don't ask our customers for the refund. Go to the credit card processor"... Laughable!
|
|
|
And you used a service to transfer BTC to $..... they received USD.... NO!!! I did not use a service to transfer USD to BTC. BFL did use it! BitPay is doing currency conversion on behalf of BFL, not me! I don't have any contract with BitPay! BFL have! BFL have the FULL control what % of the BTC they want converted in USD!

BFL didn't ask me to pay US dollar
Sorry, they actually did. Their website shows US dollars on the home page. The order page doesn't even show a BTC amount immediately when you click BTC...there is no BTC sales price. The conversion is automatic and after you've picked what you want to order and agreed to the USD price. Sorry, they don't. You wanted a screenshot that there is a BTC price on the ivoice I was presented during check out. I gave it to you. You wanted an explanation how paying in BTC is different to paying for instance with GBP. I have explained it to you. I don't see what else can I do for you? BFL cheerleaders have their own agenda and no arguments matter! I do not care what BFL will do with the BTC after I've sent them. I've no control on that and certainly this is BFL's choice what % of the BTC they want converted in USD and what % of currency exchange risk they want to bear?

They're refunding anyone who asks...
No, they don't. They do not honor full BTC refunds. If you mean that you paid 100btc 6 months ago and intend to receive 100btc today ... go astray, do not be a hustler. No, I do not intend. I WANT! Because I've the right to receive the refund in the currency and amount I had originally paid!!! BFL didn't ask me to pay US dollar, they asked me to pay BTC. I did what they ask me to do. I've send the EXACT amount BTC to the EXACT BTC address they specified. SCAMER Who says that? A thief shouting "stop the thief"?

How many days can you do chargebacks on credit cards for ? 3 Months! There is a reason why it is 3 months. Paying money in advance for pre-orders if extended beyond the 3rd month, you are not a customer anymore. You are an investor or a creditor!

Another user PM'ed me he submitted another request, as Josh refused full BTC refund. Refusing full refunds already sucks. Do they really think they can get away with that?
|
|
|
I guess there will be lots of refund requests in the following days once BFL customers read the new 'update'?

In this example you will need an Amazon 19.99% CC advertisement when processing payment for items in the cart.
Here is a great example issued by the Government of Canada.
!?... As I have expected, you can NOT find an example of an INVOICE that has 2 currencies! Dude welcome to my ignore list. lol P.S when you get your cc statement foreign currency will show two currencys on it. Purchases and refunds. Dude, I get my cc statements from my bank. Those statements have a lot more than just 2 currencies. But they are just that - statement on a bank account, not an invoice for a purchased product. I hope some day you'll learn what is the difference between bank statements and invoices?

So, you all saw this right? I have seen it already a month ago, 2 months ago, 3 months ago, 4 months ago... How many times should I watch this movies again and again? Tis certainly entirely up to you. Get a refund if you're tired of it. I can not get a refund. BFL refuse full refunds in BTC! What they do is only partial BTC refunds.
