2961  Economy / Economics / Re: Your opinion on side jobs on: February 15, 2022, 07:44:34 PM
General opinion is that a side job is one that supports the main income of an individual, often times perceived as something that brings little money to add to what you make from your day job. If Mr X earns better from a side job when compared to the income from his career option, does the side job still qualify to be called a side job?
Haha, good one op! The main job will always be the main job if you want it to be. It depends entirely on the person or on the perspective of another. Some may see main jobs as main income provider while others may think main jobs are jobs that consume the most time and effort from a person. Whatever the case, as long as it keeps a roof over your head and food on the table, it doesn't really matter that much what it is called.
That is the type of thing that my friends are all doing and I do not understand. They have their main job that makes them money, and they see that as their job. I would say that have your own job that you want to do in the world, you could have a "main job" that gives you money, but then for the rest of your hours, focus on doing what you want to do. Let that consume every single hour of your life.

I work nearly 12-13 hours a day, all for the "main" job that I have because I found the job that I love the most, it is the most magnificent job for me, it is content writing and many people may not like it and hate it but the reality is that I still love it and it is perfect for me.

If you can't let your favourite thing in the world consume every single minute you have, then you are not going to turn that into your main job and will hate your whatever main job you have that brings only income and no fun for the rest of your life.
Well, its good to have a main job that perfectly fit your interest and goal. But for some, as long as its giving a passive income that lets your family survive, even if its not on your line or field, that does not matter at all. However, side job can be considered nowadays as main job as long as its giving the most of the income, and main job can be a side job too since its income is only additional or supplement the main income.
It could interchange but this would be on personal point of view, it doesnt matter which one would really give out big income neither the side or the main ones. The important thing is that you could able

to earn which would really be enough or sufficient for you to live since you could definitely support yourself and your own family which is the main priority that we do have in the first place.

About taking out yourself into other passion or things then it wouldnt matter the most as long you could able to make profits then preference would be just a second option.
2962  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Keep calm and buy the dip! Told yah. on: February 14, 2022, 04:46:22 AM
Always be Patience. I am also invest much money on it and still waiting for my profit. Because, there are many times, we see the price btc or alt are very low. But once time, it will back in solid and strong position. So, keep wait and be Patience.
When it comes to regrets then i have missed out on accumulating while its still playing around $200+ as far as i remember which it is really just a waste of opportunity for me to accumulate into those times and now the price had already risen up that high.

When it comes to short term investment  then it would really be depending on your own choice because not all would really be having the same mindset
on buying on the dip.The question is, how you would consider if its already the bottom or dip price?

Hello! i did my EOS deposit on Bitdice February 12, 2022 at 04:10 AM (GMT -5h) tx It's been over 20 hours and I still haven't received my funds. The EOS blockchain works as usual, the network is not overloaded (transactios to other addresses cames fast maximum for 5 min). Wrote more than ten messages in support without changes.I joined bitdice on 10/30/2018 and until now I liked this casino but after these events I will never make deposits and play here again
Have you tried to contact them on their Support chat box which they usually reply on few minutes time?

Could either send them message https://www.bitdice.me/contacts
or emails  elon@bitdice.me
2964  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to my bitcoin if I die today? on: February 13, 2022, 01:45:49 AM
-snip
Decentralized is very easy for the family to have access to their late husband bitcoin wallet without going to court to collect death certificate before they can have access to their father bitcoin wallet.

Cheesy it seems very funny to me,
Yes, I agreed, It reminded me of how corrupt society we are.
When the main breadwinner of the family dies, if he does a DPS for the family, only the aggrieved family can understand how much suffering it takes to withdraw it.
Bitcoin can relieve us of all these problems. No Death Certificate will be required to withdraw the funds if someone handover the wallet files to his family before the death.
But the only problem you would really be having is to teach them on how to access those coins on the time you pass away which would really require out some basic
teaching about those needed information but the question is, how many people would tend to do so? Explaining or telling them about your wallet keys when you are still
alive? For sure you would really be hesitated on doing so thats why some people do end up on locked funds because they didnt to do so earlier.

this is the disadvantage of cryptocurrencies, being able to create a system that allows the person to die and those who are alive to benefit is something extremely difficult in the crypto world, I would not be surprised if in the future there are banks that play this role of holding cryptocurrencies and freeing up the beneficiaries in someone's death case

A bit contradictory because that crypto owner wouldnt tend to make use of these services if ever it would really be available because they would really be having that access to your crypto or neither they would have access on your wallet or totally they would require you do deposit into their bank address on crypto which is totally bullshit to consider out.

If you do die today then be sure that you had prepared out something that your loved ones could able to benefit out once you do die.No one really knows on when it would happen
but its better to be prepared than on wasting those coins that you do have.

Hi, it's been over a month what's keeping you from not getting a copper account and not making a good design to your announcement you are losing the competitiveness of your project, those casino administrators who are serious about promoting their casino here are wearing copper so they can post images and no restriction on their account, you should do the same, I hope the one that will help you is knowledgeable on how to promote casino in this forum.

Copper member is a small effort to register, but the op may not know how to arrange this. If you are serious and take a copper membership, you can make a nice introduction and attract a lot of players that way. We have read few experiences. Site looks nice, I haven't tried it myself yet. First impression is good.
Having an attractive ANN thread is much more appealing rather than on having a plain text kind of introduction which it would really be adding up on the interest of people
whom ever do really able to read which would poke up their interest on dealing or playing with the site. They might have that view or impression that it might
be not that important but in overall marketing aspect then it would really be that effective.
2966  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin has become a lifeline for sex workers on: February 12, 2022, 09:13:05 PM
Not really surprising, bitcoin has a lot of utilities so I wasn't surprised, in my opinion, this is inevitable as sex work is getting more mainstream than usual. Pretty sure that these people have been familiar with online payments for awhile now but it's a good thing, much better if all the industry is reached by bitcoin.
Nothing surprises me and its true that bitcoin has a lot of utilities and it isnt only limited on a few applications and as a payment system then it wouldnt really be surprising that it could really reach into

this point which it would really be that beneficial into those people who had been using it on that particular purpose or motive which it still considerable.

It is really just there are people who do have bad impressions about this industry but lets take up some consideration that it is just a payment system.
2967  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The market is confusing on: February 12, 2022, 08:14:30 PM
I suggest, focus on your own and continue on gaining new experiences and widen your knowledge. That way, it will make you a smart and wise investor that knows how to take advantage on the market flaws.
Yeah, when relying on our own things, then we will get confused at possible lesser amount. Moreover, people who are following multiple different technical analysis are getting confused but at the same time traders who are following only one technical analysis and firmly sticking to it are never getting confused and they are simply exiting at target or stoploss levels without giving room to their emotions.

For traders all the price changes in the market that are not really based on fundamental data or no information is called noise. It adds nothing new to the market that confusion.
This is because, market price changes are influenced by different aspects but primarily due to emotions and traders psychological things never get into any mathematics hence you will find market volatility as a different one on every day which always strange and confusing to all beginners.
Know that once you entered the crypto market, you're in for a wild ride. Lot of investors have different says on the market and if you tolerate yourself to believe them, that's when you start seeing that the market is so confusing. And market volatility is always the top reason. However, if you know you the main reason why you invested in the first place, then you should not be confused. Focus on your own market analysis based on how you understand the market, and not how other people perceived about the market.
The market will always be confusing especially on part of the newbies. And as long as volatility stays, it will always give us reasons to be more dynamic than to be static. However, one should know all of these before entering the market. This is the reason why crypto investors should be more mentally prepared because the crypto market is full of challenges and risk and if you can't bear riding in them, you will always end up losing.
As long this market runs or works then volatility would really be always been part and talking other markets as well then these movements would be still present since this is the primary reason on why

people do really make out profits out of those price movements thats why its an important factor to consider out.Its true that this market is always been confusing and unpredictable and that what make

things more harder for us to deal with but doesnt mean that it would be impossible.Due to enough knowledge and skills we could somewhat able to bare that kind of problem.
2968  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: GGG vs Murata - Reschedule on: February 11, 2022, 11:12:28 PM
Any fresh update about the fight? Since we are now entering the 2nd month of 1st Quarter, at least we should now see any update on this fight.

Based on my own research, Japan is still restricting boxing event. I like to see Murata fighting GGG at his homecourt. Hope the situation will get better as GGG is now aging and needs to fight now. His time is running out for more possible good fight in the future.

I guess if there is any publication it would be updated here as well, seeing that many chooses GGG over murata to win the the fight. I think Murata is really getting ready to the win as from GGG. The fight will be a great one and I will be active to witness.

Nothing still, and for sure update will be available in case that there's any news regarding to this fight.

Like what you have said, GGG is the favorite to win here, not an easy fight for Murata knowing how GGG takes this division before

Canelo take him down, we don't know what kind of preparation Murata's camp is doing to be more prepare once the fight takes place

and how he will executes when they met inside the ring..
Nothing could be said until it would be shown inside the ring and of course they would really be making out preparations for this fight which it is really just normal for an upcoming fight.
GGG might a little bit getting older but doesnt mean that he's already sluggish even though Murata is strong one but speaking with experience then GGG couldnt be easily be beaten up.
I dont think any possible upsets for this one and not to underestimate on which the gap is too wide to consider out.
The truth is that this fight has me on edge, because I know that for many it is an ideal fight to demonstrate the power of both boxers, and so much preparation to not have an exact date, I wonder one thing, is it that both fighters are preparing a lot in these moments? If I were either of those two, I would be preparing myself to the maximum every day as if the fight were tomorrow, if there is something I know about boxing, it is that the more hard preparation you have, the more chances of winning there are since your resistance increases.

It quite normal for the both boxers to prepare themselves to extreme conditions and conditions but not just as if tomorrow is the fight, No, there's nothing like that. But I got your point, yes as of now, both fighters are already matured from the trainings since their fight was postponed. Aside from that, the benefit of the fight being postponed is that they can study their opponents moves more often until they can create such techniques on how to overcome it.
As time progress and these delays would really be utilize on which they could really have that ample time for them to make out preparations and they wouldnt really let these times comes to waste

when it comes to experience just like on what others been pointing out then there's no doubt that GGG is on the edge but he shouldnt really be that confident because anytime the table could turn
upside down.

If he won then he might have some trilogy with Canelo but of course if he would able to make out some interest but i do have feels that he would really be nearly retiring.
2969  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: That is why play to earn concept is a massive failure on: February 11, 2022, 09:55:26 PM
Quote
The play-to-earn model on its own is unsustainable. By its very nature, it creates an unsustainable pyramid scheme-like system where new players buy in only to create and sell digital goods to those who buy in after them. Above and beyond that, it creates a culture of virtual indentured servitude where individuals are dragged forward by the threat of a lost investment to play a video game at the cost of their own mental and physical health.

All the games build upon this same structure and there is nothing new other than skin color and weapon design. High entry fees in the game and high challenge for new users is demotivating new users to join the system. Only early adopters are earning massively because of those unique teams they got. Unique users registration is decreasing day by day which shows the hype is going down with flame.
Its expected on a certain trend on which if the hype goes down then expect that people would be flocking out into something new.People would really tend to get in as early as they can thats why you

could really see rushing up on making investment on something new on which it do really leads on losing money considering that there were lots of rug pulls that do happen in the market.

This is why there's no other way but to make yourself that aware of the risks and only invest on the amount which you could afford to lose.
2970  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I was finally able to purchase an iPhone 13 pro max using my Bitcoin on: February 11, 2022, 08:59:33 PM
I went to buy a phone with my friend today. Going there, Iphone 13 pro max became my favorite phone.  And arouses interest in buying. But I did not have enough money to buy that phone in my pocket. I laugh and talk about Bitcoin to the owner of that showroom. I was surprised to that the owner of that showroom want to sell his phone to me  for Bitcoin. And I asked him again, "Are you kidding me?"then He immediately gave me a bitcoin wallet to pay him. I paid him bitcoin and bought the Iphone 13 pro max.
It is not bad, at least you were able to buy something you like using Bitcoin. As long as you still have the money you can still invest back into Bitcoin before the price starts to go up again, so it’s not too late, because the opportunity is still there for you to buy back. I also do the same thing, and quite a few times I have been able to use Bitcoin to spend on things on like and also use it to make payments to people.

I don’t regret doing it, it’s part of the reasons why I decided to make use of bitcoin, because I would like to do things like this and have no limit. After doing it I also invest back again into Bitcoin. So it’s not bad, the opportunity is still there.
Spending bitcoin will never be a loss as long as you used it for your own good. And it would be unlikely if we will just be holding bitcoin for the rest of our lives, we should use it more often as a currency because that will help to promote wider adoption in the future. Hopefully, i can also make use of bitcoin to pay in my own country, but for now i am still earning more bitcoin while the market is still giving us opportunity to buy.
As long it would be on purpose then it would really be worth rather than losing those coins in scams or hack then it would be much better if you do have used it on other way even though some people

would say that it is such a waste on using that then it wouldnt matter as long it makes you happy which is something that cant be bought by money. We do have our own needs and wants so live

up with it and if you do see that spending  those coins for an Iphone makes you happy then it is just the right call.

If you have anymore questions please let us know, we are working really hard to get a no deposit bonus up and ready in the next few weeks to get everyone to try out our awesome casino!

Nice one, a few days ago I got a notification that the promotion has ended due to many cheating attempts, you have to find a way to prevent it in the next  promotions
Some of the banners on the main page don't work either when I want to read more details about what is shown. Lastly, adding a new provider will attract attention especially providers that are popularly being played Relax Gaming , HackSaw.
On running of a business then you should really consider these probabilities even though it might not be perfected on the first time but at least they do able to spot out those problems which it couldnt

really happen on next time.It is just part of the business and it would be normal that they would really be just simply fix it up to avoid future problems.About adding up providers then we know that

having lots is much better rather than having a few but lets take consideration since they are still just new.
2972  Economy / Speculation / Re: ₿ not going below 40.000 (probably) on: February 10, 2022, 10:56:31 PM
40K is once again relevant, if we can keep that as support now it'd be quite bullish but overall its reasonable to expect a greater test then this.   We are above the general trend up from the bottom and the momentum of the weekly average but I would not assume we remain so without a test.   After we test down we should then be more able to resume upwards.
Ideally its 43k we keep but 42k also would quite positive still.
There's no such thing about strong support but speaking with technical analysis then we could able to point out on what are the probable points that we could see out and now the price had risen

back to 44k+ and moving sideways then its really hard  to determine on what would be its next move whether it would break 50k resistance or would go back below on 40k support.

It all matters with the demand and this is something we do always look and making out speculations until this very moment from the moment this market had started.
2973  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy low, Sell high? on: February 10, 2022, 09:56:37 PM

I keep seeing a lot of people who are fearing the price right now, many people who are getting out, and plenty that thinks it will crash even harder.

Why does everyone think the same? I mean it shouldn't be like this right? I have been long enough to hear "buy low, sell high" a million times so far, and it has always been said when the market is low, but for some reason, people still do not feel hopeful when the price is low.

I am not going to make your investments for you, it is not my decision to sell or buy for you, if you want to get out right now and feel scared then you should do that, it is your money and only you can decide that.

However, if tomorrow the price starts to go up, and if the price reaches 70k in 2022, then you should remind yourself this day when the price was under 40k, and you felt fear instead of hope. Because prices always go down before it starts to go up. I can't promise that it will right away, but I am not selling, in fact, I am buying more. Focus on what can happen, and not what has happened, that way you can have some hope for the future.

It is logical that in order to make money on trading you have to sell at a higher price than you bought. However, it is not easy because, as we know, most people investing on exchanges is losing. I agree with you that it is better to buy now than wait for bigger price drops. The history of Bitcoin's price shows us that it will continue to grow, so if we buy now, sooner or later we will earn from it anyway.

This is only applicable with bitcoin but for other coins or alts on which most people do really engage on then you would really need to wait up for sometime to have a good entry price point on which you

could really utilize the possible profits that you could able to attain in shortest time as possible but as mentioned  that this wont really be that easy considering that buy high sell low would be always the

case but for those people who do able to at least been profitable on this one then they are the ones who do make last on this market.
2974  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the most important features of an online crypto casino? on: February 10, 2022, 08:53:49 PM
Outside Bitcointalk, it's no doubt that 1XBit is having a good positive rating and lots of partnerships.

Actually that's not true. I have seen lots of bad reviews, complaints about 1xBit on other platforms. Their reputation isn't really great everywhere. Maybe you think like that because they spend lots of money on their ad campaigns. Sadly for them, the DT members here see right through them and no matter how much 1xBit pays per/post, it is not going to change a thing.

I don't know for what reason he writes something that is clearly not true. Maybe he is completely unaware of this casino, which has a long history of bad reputation behind it? But it's hard to believe - a couple of minutes of searching will reveal enough information to bypass them. Unfortunately, apparently their advertising works and attracts people who do not do their own (at least minimal) research.
Sad to say but there are still people who do really fall to believe that they are actually legit and good ones and considering on how long they've been existing on the market then we can presume out that

their marketing does really work.It is really just they do selectively scamming out people and trying out to patch it and making out reasons and continue the process which is really sad
specially into those people who had experienced problems with this site which we've been continuing to give out warning.
2975  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Government Really Ban Crypto? on: February 09, 2022, 11:14:59 PM
The government can only ban Bitcoin in a way that people wouldn’t be able to transact to banks. But they won’t be able to stop p2p usage of Bitcoin. That is why in countries where Bitcoin has been banned, you will still see people who are making use of Bitcoin for transactions, and the government is unable to stop them.

So, in a situation whereby the government has banned cryptocurrency in a country, it is only the exchanges that are centralized who face the consequences, due to the fact that they are centralized and are being controlled by the government, the government can stop them from working at anytime. But the exchanges that are decentralized cannot be harmed by the government policies. So, whenever there is such a situation where the government bans Bitcoin, people moves over to making use of decentralized exchanges.
This is why bitcoin is unstoppable, no one really knows if bitcoin will in fact become as successful as its potential indicates, but one thing that governments cannot do no matter how hard they try is to completely stop bitcoin, after all as long as there are two people willing to send coins to each other bitcoin will still exist, so a complete ban is impossible, however governments are never going to give up either so it is going to be interesting to see how things evolve from now on.
Government wouldnt let this thing to happen, bitcoin might become mainstream but it wouldnt really come into a point that it would replace banks nor able to phased out government or centralized system

Government could ban out as much as they could even though not directly but they could really make out some movements which would really be a big or serious hassle for us crypto supporters or
enthusiast. It would be more better if they would reconsider it out and wont be focusing on the negatives and would rather see its benefits.
2976  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Remember Bitfinex Exchange Hack of 2016 ? The stolen bitcoins are moving! on: February 09, 2022, 10:19:06 PM
Where ever fund moving this wallet have detected by all exchange market and when this fund arriving on exchange account for depositing will get lock or account get trouble for withdrawing later. Still fund hacked from bitfinex not moving to other exchange just hold on hard ware wallet, the hacker not really brave moving his fund have announcement by Bitfinex team will banned and looking this hacker with bounty amount $400k. I think after last weeks with this issues not any impact with bitcoin and altcoin price keep stable pump because they can't move fund from wallet to exchange account for selling.
If I were the exchange I will accept the deposit and then surprise the hacker by rejecting his withdrawal. I will also not allow trades from this address and for the main event I will ask him to do a KYC but of course he is not dumb enough to do it.

Using different ID's for KYC will make the attempt unsuccessful. I think news like this could still create an impact to the market because some will get scared. Anyway i found this news interesting because of how good or planned this hacker as it took them almost 6 years before they decided to make a move. They know that they stole an incredible amount of BTC and the world is watching the next step there going to make.
About market impacts then we couldnt tell if it would happen or not but knowing that this market is highly reactive to fundamentals then it wouldnt be surprising that we would able to see these stuffs.

Speaking of close monitored addresses then its dumb that those couples hadnt realized that and on the time they had made their move on selling those hacked coins then it is really just

easy to traced up once you do sent out those coins on centralized exchange.
2977  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet in probelms for unwanted gambling advertising on: February 09, 2022, 09:15:51 PM
if this is true, then It is an extremely irresponsible thing to do. they are professionals(at least I'd like to think so) and have been running their gambling site for a while now and they should know that sending advertisement emails to people who tried to unsubscribe to them can/will have consequences. I have nothing against sportsbet but I am glad they are going to be held accountable. I hope they'll take this incident as a lesson and be better next time.

anyway, you should fix the link. the link redirects me to an image instead of the article.
Wondering if Stake would be the next one to have this kind of problem on which they would be penalized as i have seen some similar issues on them.

I wasnt expecting that Sportsbet do make the same thing on sending out promotional or advertising emails to those who unsubscribe which i could say that it is very unethical for
a platform to do so.

They are really not following into  those features on the first place and doesnt really let go to those gamblers who do tend to get out on gambling addiction.
2978  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin in Rocket 🚀 mood. on: February 08, 2022, 11:22:10 PM
Well there we go, today we hit the first resistance, $45k. The next one
after passing $45k and building support at that will be the $50k mark.

Traders like to set their sell orders just short of these $5k intervals, I used
to do it myself, something like $44,750 or $48,825.
Resistances would be most likely on $5k+ increments which it isnt always the case though but preferably we are seeing support and resistances within these levels.

Speaking with short sells then setting it below those lines would be ideal and the next thing will really be a test out of your patience because we wouldnt know on when Bitcoin would make out some

significant price movement neither it would take weeks or several months basing off with some market fundamentals which we know that its always been unpredictable.
2979  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto Trading Bots on: February 08, 2022, 10:19:09 PM

We all know how volatile the crypto market is especially now. I have heard so much about crypto trading bots and their possibilities of automating the trading process and turning folks into crypto millionaires. For some of these bots, the user can program them to buy at predefined low and sell at a predefined high. I’m pretty skeptical about this maybe out of ignorance or just sheer human skepticism for stuff like this. Have you ever used a bot to automate your trading? Do you trust it enough to make the right decisions? If trading bots are as good as they claim, why are folks not using them as much as they should?

I've heard about it but never tried it, sounds like using a script to automate your trade but I highly doubt that it's gonna make people millionaires, sounds too good to be true for me. The answer on your questions are already given when you doubt it why you don't see it using by the majority, simply because it's not working. Trading needs to be hands on, because you need to monitor the market as much as possible, you'll need that for your technical analysis to make it profitable as much as possible if you could.
Everything that sounds too good to be true isnt really something you should really be dealing off with and dont easily fall yourself to believe that it could really make you rich just like on what others been

claiming.Bots are for automation nothingless but people do really have those kind of impression that you would make out guaranteed profits on using these.

The only thing that you could rely is only into yourself on which you would really be depending on your own skills and knowledge and nothing beats out when you do
make manual trades.

It can be also a fixed match if there is someone who will negotiate with players, they fight and have a match because of entertainment and probably they will not give their full strength because this is only an exhibition match. It seems like I have seen many exhibitions matches this year and I think it would be better they had something to compete, fighting for a built, and the title could be more aggressive and becomes a clever fight.

This show match is worth watching, I think it will be fun. I'm very curious what kind of strategy Mike tyson will show. Will he continue to be as aggressive as before or is he not physically fit for it anymore? Regardless, Paul Logan is an amateur and hasn't had a single win. If Mike Tyson has financial problems, this exhibition match should be held as soon as possible remember he is a living legend.
I dont think that Tyson is broke now.Just see on that Roy Jones exhibition fight and said he doesnt care about on what he would earn on fighting him.

Speaking of being aggressive then he's not already on his prime but still capable on giving knock out or solid punch which
i dont believe that Logan could handle it out.
