2961  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 49 days till the halving, time is flying now on: July 16, 2016, 06:46:36 AM
a week after halving the price of bitcoin occur and there is absolutely no change. This is one of the scariest things. all the dreams and expectations ever dreamed would not seem to happen.
Most times speculation is the other of the day leaving out the reality which is the forces of demand and supply (the market forces) which goes a long way in determining whether price will increase or decrease as things Dont just go white and black... Its a lesson for everyone though... My 2 cents
2962  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The best way to quit gambling for good on: July 16, 2016, 05:33:40 AM
I saw many people suggesting to gambler that bet huge amount and need help to stop gambling, what they suggest is limit his own bankroll and reduce the amount over period of times, this method will not work seriously. Because of human mentality, casino win on human mentality vs players. Reason is when player win, they feel money is so easy to get and they want to win more, and when they start to lose, they start to bet more and want to recover back their losses.

I will explain below:

once you deposit and loses money, you will have the mentality to deposit more and think of recovering your losses, at this point of time, you already don't want to win profit anymore. you target is just to recover your losses, and you tell yourself too when if I recover all my losses back, I will stop.

But at this point of time, you start to lose more and more, the more you deposit, the more you lose. At this point, devil already control you, you will see nothing beside anger and desperation.

Just ask yourself honestly, how many times have you met with the scenario I describe above, I cannot change human mind, every person have their own thinking, but I wish if anyone read my post, go think of it calmly and if you get what I mean, just quit gambling for good, life is not all about gambling, stop sitting in front of the PC and thinking money will drop from the sky. There is no free lunch in the world, get a stable job, lead a normal and happy life, enjoying good food or even holiday with your hard earn money is even better.

To quit gambling for good is don't deposit even $1 at all, just play with free faucet for fun and and find something else to do other than gambling. Maybe meet up your friends for dinner or movies or playing PC games is another good way.
Quitting is not easy at all, I must confess but its a thing of the mind of ready to make a decision and stand by it. It might not be outright stop but a gradual withdrawal will work for a lot of people willing and ready to quit. Thinking of stopping at once will nd most times proven not to have worked... My 2 cents
2963  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitcoinDiceSimulator.com - free to play Bitcoin Dice Simulator website on: July 16, 2016, 05:12:33 AM
....
Nicely done, this way, some players can test out there strategies and study it.
agreed we can test our strategy by using this simulator, but i'm disagree we can study it. I believe there's just a pure luck in gambling, maybe your strategy will works while you using this simulator, but who knows maybe when you're using real money with same strategy, you'll lose.
In as much I want to commend op for this idea, I want to comment that its merely an illusion of reality which could only be far from studying and implementing as example is way more simpler than classwork. I tried but lost after the dummy deposit won then I went to reality I lost woefully... My 2 cents...
2964  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Worst mistake in gambling on: July 16, 2016, 04:51:18 AM
The worst mistake anyone can make is to have the believe that I will continue winning or I might win the next one or if I don't play, I will lose more forgetting its chance... Then start putting emotions into the games. This I have fallen victim several times
My worst mistake was deposited all my btc(.5btc only) and go all-in then lost. Well, its kinda low compare to others but to go all-in all btc that you have is worst.

I know what that feel man, because i also bet like that way, deposited all my bitcoins and go all in on sports betting and ended with lose. It's really sucks because our prediction was wrong.
that's the worse mistake really mate thinking that your prediction is correct and betting all in trusting your fate then turn the other side of results i was able to feel that when i bet for france risking all my week earnings from my faucets and campaign trun out to lose with portugal even france defeat stronger opponents like germany and portugal only win once in the real scoring sense i feel so bad maybe that's the worse mistake also judging and going all in.
.. My 2 cents
2965  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Happen If Gambling was not introduced? on: July 16, 2016, 04:36:32 AM
If it was not introduced then I believe something much worse would have happened because people naturally are selfish and always look for their own interest alone nd as well lazy ready to make quick money with little effort obviously a way would be found to make any of the above achieved which some won't stop at anything to make happen. Even with the existence of gambling various social vices still exist... What if there is no gambling?...
If gambling is not introduced then life is going to be bored and we certainly do not know how to eliminate boredom if it does not know gambling.

2966  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Everyone looses in the long run on: July 16, 2016, 04:26:00 AM
I agree with op because anybody gambling can never take it as a hobby because you lose and you win which serve as an inspiration to move on till it becomes addiction which eventually might either make or mar you nd in most cases will mar you nd thats how it has been and will continue to be but the few who made it from there were quick to know their exit time or else they are back to square one...
2967  Economy / Securities / Re: Need someone who want to invest! on: July 15, 2016, 10:45:30 PM
I believe credibility goes along with transparency which means @op if you want to add credibility to what you intend to offer then there must be element of transparency in it not thatyou rely on pm to sell your service. Next time give credibility y being transparent to intended user.
2968  Economy / Securities / Re: New trading signal service is looking for promoters. High payout. on: July 15, 2016, 10:36:01 PM
As much as possible I want to believe this campaign I think the people behind it are not truthfully representing the facts and this could be linked to ponzi schemes. But I wil advise the promoters to do a better job in convincing otherwise. My 2 cents...
2969  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: DHL shipping issues, who is at fault? need advice on: July 15, 2016, 10:02:53 PM
Lawyers and people experienced in matters like this over to you... @op I think this matter is something that can be resolved if you have your documents for shipping in the first place and I believed when you quote it to the right party hope it gets resolved...
2970  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Legalization of Bitcoins on: July 15, 2016, 09:54:49 PM
I believe the issue affecting Bitcoin is the threat its going to pose to the country's legal tender as this will go a long way in even the legality of being subjected to tax in the first place... My 2 cents
2971  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can u lose with gambling? on: July 15, 2016, 09:26:04 PM

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/men/active/mens-health/10976770/Online-gambling-how-I-lost-my-wife-children-and-750000.html
And this guy started  with almost nothing and made almost $500,000 gambling with Bitcoin, then he lost it all in about 60 seconds. https://www.reddit.com/r/IAmA/comments/1ch7wb/

So pretty simple question, how much can YOU lose with gambling?
Any one going into gambling knows that its a 50/50 chance which means its either a win all or lose all me personally on the average I have lost as much as I have won. Win all or lose all, die trying that's the code
2972  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To Gamble or To Invest? on: July 15, 2016, 09:18:17 PM
hi guys, i bought 1BTC today and i am wondering to gamble or to invest the 1btc?

if to gamble

best site to gamble with a really nice provably fair..

and if to invest.

best investment program wherein no scam.

thank you for your opinions guys

cheers
My humble opinion goes thus even the btc in your hand is an investment and it could grow but remember the higher the risk the higher the returns if you are a risk taker go for the gambling but if you're a risk averter I say keep your btc or find a slow and steady source of increment in the bitcoin

2979  Other / Off-topic / Re: Poll: Which religion is the best religion? on: July 14, 2016, 04:20:43 PM
What most of you know as the best religion is probably what you were indoctrinated to believe is the best until you find reasons not too any longer. In my opinion what you claim to be the best religion today, you might change if born or indoctrinated into the other religion...
