2961  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Why Ban Cryptocurrency with Zero Research or Consultation? on: June 14, 2018, 06:46:33 PM
We cannot blame the whole government of India as we can only blame people who are given a high position in their Government without them knowing what they will properly do with cryptocurrencies. In this instance we see that their Central Bank is the root cause of the Government of India's lack of support with the cryptocurrencies. Seeing their Central Bank ordering banks and financial institutions to prohibit any accounts related to cryptocurrencies is an example of a dumb order given by their central bank, a dumb order because their reason is that cryptocurrencies are related to criminal activities. This is an example of a wrong man given a authoritative power. He/She only thinks that what is running on his mind is also what is good for their country which is the wrong move for any man with a authoritative power.
2962  Other / Meta / Re: Ponzi Schemes are illegal right? on: June 14, 2018, 05:05:33 PM
Nope. Bitcointalk does not have any kind of liability whatsover as they are not the ones providing the scams. Let us make this an easier example, We all know by now that Facebook is the number one Social Media site being used by a lot of people everyday in FB and through its messenger you will see a lot of scams happening from Facebook groups and  through its chatting service. But even though scams are openly happening to FB it doesn't make them liable for the user's losses as first of all the transaction only involves two parties which is the victim and the scammer, FB on the otherhand provides as means of communication for both, it doesn't even make their site as an accessory to the crime. Secondly it is in the user's discretion on transacting with another party online, FB does have the power to monitor everything but by doing so they will violate our privacy. The same can be said to BCT as they are simply not part of any liability.
2963  Economy / Speculation / Re: TRIPLE BOTTOM CONFIRMED??? on: June 14, 2018, 01:01:31 PM
Nope nothing is confirmed not until Bitcoin goes back above 6,500$ and that is with a large green candle with a increasing volume to go with. It also has to maintain a price above 6,500$ in a considerable amount of time, the longer the better. Even though Bitcoin is floating around this level it doesn't confirm anything as there is still a chance that it will still fall as there are still no confirmation of the formation.
2964  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-06-13] Factors That Will Push Bitcoin’s Price Higher Are Gathering Steam on: June 14, 2018, 07:37:25 AM
Hopefully Bitcoin's time will come. We are still experiencing the consequences of the unbelievable price rally Bitcoin has made but I see it as a double edged sword as this what made the entire crypto market be notice to the majority of the people using the internet and even local news media have created news because of the last price rally. Also some financial analysts have previously said that Bitcoin will fail because of its high network fees and transaction speed. But now we all know Bitcoin has improved on both we may now see Bitcoin on a price rally again as soon as the whales starts buying back.
2965  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Help the newbies: TOP CRYPTO PEOPLE on: June 13, 2018, 05:34:02 PM
Great List!!! But I don't think that this is a great advice for newbies. Yes I know that their words can influence the market at a point but I don't think relying on them always is  a good idea for the. One thing is following a lot of people means a lot of contradicting opinions on one topic. Second is that there is no assurance that what they say is what will really happen. After all the market is really the one who decides on where it will go. Trading is more than influencial people talking, trading is more focused on technical analysis or the study of charts and its price movements.
2966  Economy / Economics / Re: What i believe will come on: June 13, 2018, 04:35:32 PM
We don't have the same views on the future regarding banks. Banks existed for a long time now and even if there interest is almost nothing for us we still use their services. Even with the existence of early types of investments such as stocks and real estate a lot of people are not taking advantage of it, some even don't know how to invest in stocks, people just tend to see banks as a way for them to have cash via loans, unfortunately majority of them don't have an investor's mindset. So even if we provide them new kinds of investment by way of cryptocurrencies I don't think that all of the people will take advantage of it. Thus making the banks' business safe from what we consider threat to their business.
2967  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcointalk's FIFA World Cup and Premier League Predictor Football Pool on: June 13, 2018, 03:08:42 PM
Check both league tables for the Bracket Challenge and Predictor Round and I counted (not counting hilariousand since I think hilandco is the one hilarious is using) that there only 19 Members in the Predictor Round and 18 Members in the Bracket Challenge, and looking at it one by one the one named leea1334 didn't join the bracket challenge. He/She must be still under the impression of only joining just one league based on the earlier rule given by hilarious.
2968  Other / Meta / Re: How to Become Signature Master in 12 Hours. I did it, so can you. on: June 13, 2018, 01:59:56 PM
That is far from being a master. You need to see Jayce's design to get an idea what a master looks like. I'm not saying you did bad in those 12 hours but perfection of course comes with practice.I know Jayce uses some advanced patterns from Photoshop and stuff so might as well want to get yourself acquainted with that.
He is far from being a master but we must also agree that he is maybe better than 95% of the forum members here now given that only a few select members have knowledge on BBcodes. If you really put your time and dedication with designing signatures we might be a master like Jayce someday and VenusianLion providing a brief introduction to Signature Designs together with what roslinpl's guide to BBcodes I think it can serve as a guide for a lot of members. Who knows they can even make this their talent for freelance work in Bitcointalk in the future.
2969  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [12-06-2018] Apple Bans Cryptocurrency Mining on iPhone on: June 13, 2018, 08:18:48 AM
I think we all know by now that Apple is doing this because they are just protecting the longevity of their device. We have seen the Bend Gate and now the Battery Gate which Apple confirmed that they are limiting the speeds of their older models in order to protect the battery life of the phone. I have tried mining with my phone but just like any Benchmark Application it is pushing the phone to its limits the only difference is Benchmark Test only stress your phone for a couple of minutes, mining with the phone is different as you are the one who has control and it will take more time then a benchmark test, and it really makes the phone so hot during the time it is mining and heat really depletes the health of the phone.
2970  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: June 13, 2018, 06:45:17 AM
Before the only problems I am experiencing when I am withdrawing is like what leowonderful is experiencing which is withdrawal requests made over the weekend. So if you made a withdrawal even at Friday (I don't know the exact time as we are on different time zones) it will be processed at Monday. But what I noticed with the latest update is that withdrawals that I made over the weekend are now being processed instantly even if you tried withdrawing your balance on a Saturday.
2971  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC WILL GO UNDER 1K$ on: June 12, 2018, 07:50:01 PM
You maybe have a wrong mindset in trading right now. "Buy the Dip" is still working even in this Bearrish Trend and I do think you are angry as you forgot to sell in the minor price rallies. Remember that before it has reached this price point BTC didn't go straight down. We have seen it have some very bullish moments and that moments is where we sell. In my opinion their comments are not to be taken seriously as you are obviously losing your mood because of it.
2972  Economy / Reputation / Re: digaran is an alt of... ... on: June 12, 2018, 05:23:01 PM
I also think that he is an alt of someone given that he is still active in trolling the forum and he never gets tired from it his other account/s are still here being active and is making fun that a lot of users are still debating with his troll account. Because if not digaran won't be here anymore as he lost all credibility at this point being tagged by several DT members is enough to silence a member but it is not evident on digaran.
2973  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Can we 100% trust hardware wallets? on: June 11, 2018, 04:07:59 PM
100%? Not even hardware wallets guarantee safe storage for your Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies, some wallets are not even safe to be bought especially the ones that are 2nd hand and the ones that don't directly come from retailers. The attack is called the "Evil Maid Attack" the attack has the ability to retrieve your pin, recovery seed, and passphrases, this is common to tampered hardware wallets, the malware can also be put unknowingly to users even after they bought the hardware wallet, the hackers just needs to know where your hardware wallet is and they could easily put the malware. All the user has to do is to insert their hardware wallet to a pc with internet connection and the hacker will just strike at the right moment.
2974  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is global regulation of cryptocurrencies possible? on: June 11, 2018, 02:12:57 PM
The simple answer is no, with some countries doing a first move on having their own local regulation as well as setting up their own laws regarding cryptocurrencies having a global regulation which will set to be a standard seems to be impossible. The only way this will happen is if all these countries are willing to adjust in favor of the global standard over their local laws, which I think is nearly impossible to happen given the fact that our world leaders have their own mind and can't simply go on a agreement on something. If there will be a global regulation it won't be a detailed one. Want proof? Just check our UN treaties particularly the "Paris Climate Agreement" which only sets guidelines but doesn't tell how we will actually help improve our environment.
2975  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcointalk's FIFA World Cup and Premier League Predictor Football Pool on: June 11, 2018, 11:45:39 AM
Accepted the invite links of both the WC Bracket and Predictor Leagues. I also have already submitted my predictions on group stage as well as the match predictions. Can't wait for the opening kickoff of the World Cup to start, Russia vs. Saudi Arabia will be a good one and I hope I am right with my match prediction. To all league participants I wish you all Good Luck. Smiley
2976  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-06-10] Bitcoin Plunges Below $7,000 After Korean Exchange Hack on: June 11, 2018, 09:36:12 AM
I just read another news source that the hacker stolen over 40 million dollars in cryptocurrencies particularly ERC20 tokens. I don't know about you but 40 million dollars is not enough to bring down the multi-hundred billion dollar crypto market. Also we all know by now that Korean exchanges are isolated from the international market. The only way it will affect the global market is if the thief has transferred it to an international exchange which the report didn't say that it happened. Clearly the hack of a not known Crypto Exchange is not the reason for this correction.
2977  Other / Meta / Re: [TUTORIALS] Bitcointalk night mode on: June 11, 2018, 07:53:55 AM
Honestly I am not experiencing any eye strain when I am in the pages of Bitcointalk. The bluish tint to their site's design does help a lot compared to the pages of Facebook or Youtube. Also if you don't want some extensions on your desktop, try playing around with your computer's monitor sometimes they have some presets on different modes, one of them is a blue light filter mode which I am sure that all new pc monitors have. It will give a brownish hue to your monitor.

For mobile phone users sadly only a few phones have blue light filter modes and rarely some phone manufacturers have some sort of negative color modes which will turn whites into blacks and black text colors into whites, so far the only phone I know to do that are Iphone 8 and X models. You do always have the option to lower the brightness of your screens which thus help on reducing the strain in your eyes.

2979  Economy / Economics / Re: Financial Crisis Will Come on: June 10, 2018, 03:29:04 PM
This system also punishes prudent people who put the most trust in its promises and its official narratives.  But we have a long-term defense: buy gold, silver, and Bitcoin!

I like how your post ended up by convincing us to invest our money on assets and you are right to do so. If you are right that another recession is coming then the best way to battle it is with assets outside of our fiat currency and that is including stocks. And if you really want to take advantage of the situation be like Warren Buffet where he bought most of his assets during the recession. Buying assets when the prices are down are like buying things at a discount, although the main problem here is do you have enough money for your daily expenses and for you your investments? That is why you always need to have Fiat currency savings as you never know when you will need it.
2980  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE - 🎲🎲🎲 Treasure Chest Is Back! 🎰🎰🎰 on: June 10, 2018, 12:08:57 PM
Phew, don't know whether I should feel excited or scared when I see those bets. Even just seeing screenshots is making me feel nauseautic (OK I don't know how to spell) a little. I guess some whales made their Bitcoins a long time ago so they don't feel the pain of losing 8 BTC in a split second. Where else other than with crypto can we see people splash that kind of money around yeah?

Oh and where else can anyone actually win 8 BTC in a single bet? Most casinos right now don't have a max win of more than a few BTC.
Let see 8 BTC roughly equals to 58,000$ right now and I couldn't consider that big money on real casinos, you know the ones you see in Las Vegas and Macau. There are really big spenders in real casinos and you might not see screenshots of their bets but if you actually observe their tables in action you will see the real definition of big gamblers as there bets go way more than 58,000$.
