We are issuing refunds, but refund with bank transfers are delayed. To combat this delay we are now offering BTC refunds to all customers, regardless of their original payment method.

2982  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: ARE YOU A COINTERRA BURN VICTIM ? on: May 05, 2014, 10:46:41 PM
the people above saying cointerra isn't a scam are not entirly correct....

I have ordered from them and place my order in early December, i requested a refund when they announced performance issues and the cost to run these machines.

They told me my refund request has been submitted..... and now continue to ignore every message that i have sent them since.

So as a result i have no miner and no refund.

If this means ive not been scammed then can somebody please explain what has happened. Because i certainly feel at this moment in time i have been SCAMMED out of my hard earned savings.

They don't even have the decency to respond to my pleas for my refund.

i'm now left penniless with no miner, how can you lot claim this is a legit company?

in my eyes legit companies reply to their customers messages.

All i want is a refund, it's not much to ask since their misrepresented sales tatics are illegal.

If my advice counts for anything, STAY AWAY FROM COINTERRA

cxz - you're a newbie account, freshly created.  forgive us for thinking you might be a competitor or troll.

can you demonstrate that you're a genuine cointerra customer and that they've ignored your posts?

Well he joined my GB so we can rule troll out.

You guys are making a hell of a noise, but still RoadStress received his BTC-refund within 2 days.

So what's the problem ? Just ask a BTC refund, double your investment and hodl Tongue

But I will still tip RealMalatesta if he gets a written document from any "Enforcement Authority" Smiley

hmm, that sounds like a good idea to add pressure... but where does that go legally? It would just give them a poor credit rating here, and they don't need credit anymore, as they are rich already, and have no need for credit.

Sam will need credit credit as a private person.

The plan was to take delivery as follows. To be fair it was stated divs would be paid 27 May and we haven't posed any further questions. Additionally we lost our ability to see what was happening in the boiler room when erpao.info went offline a couple weeks ago.

Submitted Questions:
1) What is the status, size, and expected delivery of the next batch of chips? What about the one after that?
re 1) This month: 850k, next month: 3.35m (order size), June: 6.7m (order size), assuming each chip is 10G.

"This month "was April.

So now will people agree with the fact that i was right and we will not see 109PH in the wild in the next 2 months?

Something's happening. ROCKMINER really seems to make progress. I wonder when they'll be ready to enter mass production!

That seems to be a big radiator for just a few chips.

Early March Huh

Why don't you call KNC and ask for a BTC-refund ?

Never mind if you ask for a cash- or BTC-refund: They write you back that they are "extremely busy" and will not give you a refund or a date when they will refund you.

RoadStress received his BTC-refund within 2 days after waiting weeks for $$-refund.

Sam confirmed that BTC refunds are faster.

After spamming their e-mail/support system with more than 20 e-mail and after letting everyone know that they should stay away from KnC. So yes i am inclined to think that Greedy Sam is reading the forums.

STAY AWAY FROM KNC AND NEVER BUY STUFF FROM THEM!
Must not have worked, I never got the spam you speak of... ?
or you were just repeatedly emailing them warning who?

2 separate things. I just sent them a lot of e-mails asking them for a clear date for my refund. Between 20 and 50.
Letting everyone know that they should stay away from KnC was done here on the forums.

It is not necessary to upgrade any offline computers just to check wallet consistency.

How do we do that from the Armory menus? Or just restart Armory?

I have upgraded to 0.91.1 and it checked for my wallet consistency when i started it. Guess i don't have to do anything else.

Notice it says not necessary Smiley  If all your hot wallets and watching-only wallets have been loaded on 0.91 or 0.91.1 before, and no notification popped up, no further action is required.  I would guess that 99%+ users will pass this check without issue.  And of those cases with consistency issues, the recovery tool can fix most of them.

Will post more information about this soon.   Working on getting an announcement page up and distributing notifications to older versions.

Somehow I understood that an upgrade isn't necessary, but we still needed to check the wallet consistency. I got it now. Thank you.

Thank you all for your paticipation! I really enjoyed organizing this. I think that Spondoolies Tech have shown their commitment of helping the community and I think that it is important to support honest and dedicated manufacturers.
I will try to bring miners more promotions from Spondoolies (and also from any other honest manufacturer) and I hope to see you all participating because your requests didn't go unheard and by doing this I am also making sure that scammers and liars will have less and less customers and that makes my heart warm and fuzzy Smiley
Happy August mining to all participants!

P.S. I will be offline for the next couple of days to take a break from everything. It was a bit exhausting but it was a fun ride. If you have any issues please contact directly Spondoolies-Tech or just wait until I return. When I will be back I will sort things out. Donations, refunds and everything else will also go out next week.

You were told you could post in the thread if you removed the ads from your Sig and stopped trying to damage the company. This you ignored and you have reposted the same deleted messages over and over. That is Trolling.

Ignoring the fact that this is not the definition of trolling, now I have removed my Sig. Guess I am allowed to post here now.

So what's the status of the current chip project?

When will the reservation fees be distributed (for example to Sean's outpost)? The timing is right now: https://litecointalk.org/index.php?topic=19283.0

I was planning to send them after ~1 week after GB ends in order to give time for everyone to settle payments and other issue that might arise. I will be offline a few days starting tomorrow and i will re-evaluate the situation when i'm back.
2997  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Special Group Buy - Spondoolies-Tech SP30 pre-order] Specs: 0.69$/GH + 0.46W/GH on: May 01, 2014, 08:45:37 PM

So the rigs sold after the deadline are competition to you but those sold before aren't?

Dude you don't belong in a community.
Hahaha  - what is the matter with you?

Sure, the machines sold before the deadline are also in competition.  But they got there fair and square by meeting the rules.  So I am happy to compete with them.  What I don't want, is more competition from guys who squeezed in after the real deadline.  This deal is WAY too good and I don't want my competitors enjoying awesome hashing power, high efficiency, low prices.  I want this deal closed.  It was FAR too good of a deal and now I want it stopped.  I want everyone else to go buy antminers.

Don't worry. In ~1 hour this will be closed.

Edit: There were just a few units that were reserved after the deadline so no need to worry.
