Agreed but the days of investors willingly handing over thousands of BTCs to anonymous developers based on nothing more than a rough outline of the project and a bunch of promises are long gone. This project could crawl to a permanent halt if at any moment the developers decide, fuck this, let's just take our million dollars and abandon the project with zero repercussions.
In general I agree with all what you say but there is one reason I'll watch closely and maybe invest... It's Stoner19 himself. I don't know him well enough to know his real identity but well enough that I'm completely sure that he is reputable, serious and professional. And Non-Anonymous Devs are absolutely no guarantee that a project is not a planned Scam. I think the most known example is Paycoin and there are some others. I think it's doubtable to raise that much BTC in a short timeframe but if it should start... I absolutely believe the BTC will be used for the best of the project and that it will be under full-time-development of professionals. |

I have a good feeling that everything is OK with audit.  If it was good news they would have dropped it right away. Maybe I am wrong but dick teasing that it is in hand just reminds me of POSA3 being "in hand" and the git about the be setup because the source for the new system was "in hand". People should stop losing things in their hands. In my eyes it would be the other way around if it would be a bad result... Than they would've dropped it right away when most people are sleeping and hoping it would've too much negative impact on the price. I saw it several times in other projects, that good news hadn't much positive impact, because there was not enough attention on it. What I want to say with thats: If they want positive impact on the market they will try to raise as much attention as they can with an update like today and a good timing and a good presentation for the real announcement of the audit. |

There is nothing left to expect here even with the ultimatum from TheMage isnt enough to make him answer the question which has been submitted. This seems to be another indicator that he has no intention to straighten this whole mess up. There is no point for him to keep on stalling with all of this since everyone will either wait for the "magical" hardware or leave it as it is ( it is unlikely that people will pay the fee and even if they did it will be for a small account )
I would think the other way around. In my opinion it's not that much the question what his intention is. The question is what does he fear? Why do I say that: I'm not affected by this but some guys I know are. That's why I watch it since March. And I always asked myself why that much updates and fixed dates and delays, all the broken promises? Why? I believe that he is stuck between two points: 1. If he would be totally silent, no updates and so on, the risk that some of you would take legal (or illegal) actions increases. 2. If he would be open, honestly saying what has happened and what's the situation now, regarding your money it would most likely be the same. The risk that some of you would take legal (or illegal) actions would increase. That's why he tried to balance it with promises and updates but never did the Q&A. The first time he announced the Q&A I said to somebody I know that it will be a good sign if he does it and a very bad sign if not. That was in May I believe, maybe End of April (?) What I want to say with that: In my opinion there won't happen anything without pressure. The hardware-conversion was another very bad sign and nobody should believe that he will act reliable. But it's perfect to divide his victims as a community. Some will get hardware, some will get a "soon" and some won't but wait, because... some other got it. He can do this for a very long time. It's really not on me to say anybody what to do, but if I would be affected I would do anything to form a group, as many people as possible, and take legal actions. I would announce it and than it should happen... It would be a legal threat to him to take him his business. Some other little points... not facts, but I believe I'm right: I don't believe that he has a great plan. I believe he plays on time and day by day. He doesn't seem to be very strategic but chaotic. Also he is most likely scared and uncertain. How he communicates is not straight... Example: The answers for Q&A are not ready yet, most likely part of answers will be sent for publishing during or right after the weekend. Those phrases like "most likely"..."part of"...."during or" shows uncertainty. He knows that he loses control and his fight is to get the time on his side and not against him. Also he learned, because he set not a fixed date. If you read it now it could mean this weekend and not the past weekend. And all the speculating what could have happened doesn't help. He "lives" from that. What he fears is really that some guys say "whatever he announces, whatever could have happened, we take legal actions". That would mean losing control out of his perspective. And maybe that would make enough pressure on him that he would do all he can to prevent it... could be that he would openly say what has happened and if there is hope to get money back and show clear intentions and facts, could be that he would try to hide completely. But he would not be able to run his business and it wouldn't be easy to start another one in Crypto. |

I don't think they will reopen this week. It's all about the ECB and if they will give higher Emergency Liquidity Assistance or not and they use it to make pressure on Greece. With other words: They (presumably) give as much as needed that the banks won't go into complete bankruptcy but not enough to open the banks and/or to remove capital controls. So, the Greek government is under much pressure. It's like poker... and it will be a blame game. It's possible that there is already a decision for the Greek-bankruptcy. In that case other states will say "no" to any suggestion of the Greeks, the ECB won't give more ELA and time would do the rest. Than they would say: The Greek-government is to blame, because their suggestions were not acceptable and they didn't accept the austerity-plans. That's just a theoretical scenario but it's possible I think. But either way, there won't be a solution the next days. The german government needs two votings. One for new negotiations and the second to agree or disagree if there should be an arrangement between Greece and the other states and institutes (like IMF). The other scenario is that Merkel is bluffing but would and will agree the Greek-suggestions... but her problem is that many representatives of her own party won't agree. She would get a majority in any way, but she always wants a "own-majority". Under the line: The End-result is unpredictable I think, but that they'll make much pressure on greece is predictable and the ELA is a useful tool to hold the pressure. And furthermore: It's not so easy for the ECB to raise it, because it's already against their own law. Regarding Bitcoin: I don't believe that the Greeks will have much influence on the price in a direct way. I'll tell you the reality of LXC, the true story, the reality that everyone can see is that LXC has almost 45% of coins staking, that's more than 500 addresses staking, then LXC has an excellent distribution, just look at block explorer, beyond what LXC has no premine, IPO or ICO, so this coin is legit, and it only needs a spark to explode.  Wow, 45% of Coins staking. What does that say? Nothing about distribution, right? Adresses means nothing and I hope you know that. ;-) And by the way: The large Amounts on Bittrex were withdrawn and spread over many adresses and not sold. So yes, they stake. PS. LXC is having a natural growth, so a pump wont happen without good resources, for me price is fine and stable, if you want to invest some money, this seems like a good moment, but if you want a pump this is not a place to be. Looking great! Just wish coins had more volume.
For a coin at this marketcap (and sure, it should have a much higher MC) the volume is not that bad. We're between releases, for the public it seems more like a quiet time. And the current price seems to establish a new base. I'm very optimistic the future releases and news will have more impact on the market than in the past. And the great thing about Neos: Not just Syntaks and his guys are always working and delivering, also some skilled Community-Members are highly active behind the curtain. I don't know any project with such a progress. Needed is "just" more attention on this pearl, but it's also increasing. |
