[snip]
Just like most of us here, we are all hoping that success will happen to this intention to help more people to learn more
about the risk of engaging with gambling.
Well it seems you are right --take a look at us here, we are fully educated in gambling, the pros, and cons that we know, the possible negative consequences waiting ahead that we should avoid. All of that because we are educated in gambling, the same in this country that was implemented that kind of campaign, it will surely boost knowledge by their people and be responsible gamblers. Gambling is really helpful to the country, it will produce too much revenue that could help to boost the country's economy so banning instead is totally useless.

It will if the government is not corrupt and they will use the taxes for the betterment of their people.

We all might agree that having the right knowledge about gambling helps people understand both pro and con of this business,
most of us see the value in terms of economic help that gambling industry provides to the government.
Giving enough idea or information will allow citizens of the country to balance everything for those who are capable of setting limitation
they can continue playing and enjoying, while for people who can't this campaign will lead them to a much better outlook of possible
turnaround and the risk that gambling brings to their lives..
2982  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Challenge with small investment in bitcoin on: September 28, 2021, 05:57:28 PM
I am talking about the reality and of course nothing comes risk free in this world! Cheesy

Trading cryptos is not a rocket science and from my experience most people can get the knowledge of crypto trading in very few days and start making money on their own with very less capital and there are many people started trading with $100 and multiplied them into very big capital with compounding strategy.

How have you linked cryptocurrency trading and compound interest? Trading is a very difficult profession and according to statistics, 9 out of 10 people lose money in trading. That is, you understand, only a few and real professionals in their field earn real money in this area. Therefore, advice to beginners, to start trading with the last money, most likely this will lead to the loss of all their funds...

Coming from that statistic. It's difficult to trade because if it does just easy then there are more successful traders than those who losses their money right?

I don't know if how good the post above you really does and how he manage to learn things in a short span of time,
while many other traders spend long time before fulfilling their success.

A case to case basis maybe, but still better not to proceed with trading if your knowledge ain't enough, keep
buying and holding is more better my personal thoughts.
2983  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: September 28, 2021, 11:45:05 AM
They will be introducing the NFT to the forum if they have planned any sort of event related to it as already Rollbit is giving away NFT dedicated for the wagering and players are claiming them. But yes if any information is to provided officially then we will have a word about it.
It will be another promotion of Rollbit on the forum. Without NFT promotion, Rollbit already runs multiple ones here and they get succeeded with their strategy, budget and management with support from Hhampuz.

The NFT industry branch is very young and has potential to grow more. If it can survive and be a solid industry branch in crypto industry, Rollbit will be one of very first casino integrates it. They will certainly make their name in casino NFT marketplace.

That's the very reason why we are seeing Rollbit being serious about it.

They'll be the first casino who integrates with NFT and for sure they have deeper knowledge about the potential success of this integrations that's why
they are keen in succeeding and promoting it inside their platform.

We should wait for further updates and surely it will be more on the positive side..
2984  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers - How do you use your signature campaign earnings? on: September 27, 2021, 09:08:18 PM
I've already responded to this question, but I'd want to provide an update on how I'm using the money I earned through my signature campaign. So, right now, I'm investing that money in various NFT games so that it can increase even more by playing games, which is one of my passions. I occasionally use it to invest in other altcoins that are likely to go up in value, allowing me to quickly grow my funds.

We have the same actions. Before since no purpose but to gamble, I always bet my campaign earnings thru sports betting. But now with lots of NFT games where it's worth risking money, my campaign earnings are mostly used on adding investment on my current activity on NFT games. Right now, I'm involved at around 5 NFT games and my earnings here at the forum is a big help to sustain my NFT investment.

But totally not betting on the real gambling now. Sports betting is my passion. It's just that my whole budget for gambling is now diversified.

Establishing your future is a good way using your campaign earnings,

though gambling is gambling and there's time that it will call your attention no matter what.

I also using my campaign earning but not with NFT but mostly with short term trading, with this current situation it's a good

opportunities to collect known coins and try to trade either short or mid as long as their some growth, better than nothing.

2985  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: September 27, 2021, 08:53:23 PM

The best thing to do so both can move on, the longer they keep Simmons, they are the ones who are losing here as their season chances to win might suffer. The decision is easy, they should not wait to get the best offer based on their expectation as they have waited too long and Simmons is not doing anything to contribute to the team.

Simmons is no longer interested and Sixers needs to work on it and accept it,
trading him to any team who can offer decently instead of keeping him and lose his value.

There's nothing left for this kid. He is no longer interested in playing alongside with his current squad.

Much easier to call everyone just like what wheelz1200 said, better to call everyone who shows there
desire with Simmons and study all the offer the best one, win and move on.
2986  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bet Responsibly Campaign on: September 27, 2021, 08:19:06 PM
This is very nice educating people about gambling  ,it will teach one how to go about gambling and how to manage fund
If they are really serious with their campaign, they will try to educate as many people as possible and will not stop from that. I think the authority can see that this program can really help people solve their gambling problems and for other people to know how to treat gambling. Hopefully, the authority will support that program and help their people recover their lives from gambling. The government can also make another campaign to help to educate people about the danger of playing gambling.
A great idea and hopefully it will really help.
Educating people from gambling addiction will save how many lives and possibly down wealth. If this campaign will successfully be effected, I guess many countries will follow and do the same on this campaign, we know how our government protective their people not to become addicted in gambling, rather than banning gambling instead, educating people is the best option.

There are countries that will rather choose to educate their people than banning this business,

they still hopeful that by means of informational campaigns it lessens the people who got engaged with this activity,
they are aware of how gambling addictions affect their citizens, but due to implement taxes, they are not willing to give up.

Just like most of us here, we are all hoping that success will happen to this intention to help more people to learn more
about the risk of engaging with gambling.
2987  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: September 27, 2021, 07:47:35 PM
Quote
Perez, the two-time scoring champ from Terrafirma, averaged 17.0 points on 44 percent clip from three-range, 6.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 2.0 steals in the Beermen's last two wins which ended dramatically behind the game-winners of veterans of Marcio Lassiter and Alex Cabagnot.
Not an impressive average but the impact on the floor is very impressive, and it's understandable since SMB has a lot of scorers who is willing to drop huge points every game. They have Romeo who is very consistent (might make more when he comes back from injury), and now they also have Cabagnot who just returned from injury, this SMB is a scary team, they are undoubtedly the best team now.

You said right! I'm just waiting for Junemar to produce this kind of stats, seems he already got the movement and just a little more push and he's also back in shape, if this will take place SMB with the complete sets of stars will have the big edge over any teams inside the league.

I'm just waiting for CJ and Romeo to jive and blend good chemistry, remember way back when Romeo still playing with Pringle they are both scorers but
they do managed to carry the team together.

If that spark also happened with SMB young guns it's really difficult to guard whoever handling the ball.
2988  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: holding is not an easy thing on: September 27, 2021, 07:28:55 PM
It’s not easy to keep patience for a long time. We will want to see market conditions all the time. We will always pay attention to the price of the coins we have purchased. The best way to hold it is to uninstall the APP after purchase and not pay attention to any software.
Yes long term hold is difficult if we are monitoring the market from time to time. Continuous dump for a week will surely make us worry. But if we ignore the market and believe on the coin that we are holding, we can make the long term hold easy. My friend did it. Her small amount of bitcoin left from her earning in 2017 was still on her wallet right now. I don't know until when she will hold it but knowing the difference of btc price in 2017 and 2018, she already gained a lot.

Good traders knows how to deal with the market cycles, before taking any decision they already created sets of plans,

Making sure that they will not be affected of anything that happened around the market, they are just minding their own business waiting to how they

will execute their trading position. If you have this kind of plan, you'll not going to panic since you know and understand that it will going to your favor if

you know how to deal with it the right way.
2989  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should you take loan(s) to invest in crypto? on: September 27, 2021, 07:14:12 PM
What we should know is that investing in cryptocurrencies is high risk, and even with our own capital, we have to think about the risks we will face, let alone do so with a loan.
Making a loan is not the best way and even if you do, you must really have the ability and a good plan and also the trust to get the benefits and pay off the loan according to the agreement.
I personally do not recommend that you borrow to invest in crypto, and my advice is better to sacrifice something of value to sell and for investment capital and if everything is beyond your expectations, you have no burden to replace your loan.
and I think there must be many who do things like that and if the results are profitable you can buy back what you have sacrificed and enjoy the benefits as you like.

I agree with your point about how you should handled this business, taking loan is not recommended due to high volatility nature of crypto.

Unless you really have established skills that you can use to work with lesser risk, there are people who dedicated their time to understand the deeper side of this industry, they are capable of anticipating the next run and most of the time they managed to earn decently.

Though still not an assurance but with such knowledge the chance to repay your loan is possible if you have sets of skills and good money managements.
2990  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: September 26, 2021, 02:45:15 PM
What a ballgame.

I thought that Northport would win the game after Bollick a long 3 point shot, da*mn, Cabagnot was there to save the SMB, and take note, it's the first game of Cabagnot after suffering from an injury, that guy was clutch, he is born in that kind of situation.

Last game it was Marcio that hit the game winner, now it's Cabagnot.

That's the strength of the SMB, they can make a decision right away because of their experience and it's a big mistake by the Northport of not putting pressure on Cabagnot who is a clutch player and was hot all night. Now, they are eliminated and SMB advances to the semi-finals.

Not over yet bro, it's a series best of 3 NP still have a chance if they can win the next game and force this series with a do or die game.

We have seen their capabilities to almost snatched this game away from SMB, they made a good rally and keep their presence not giving up,

it's just so happened that SMB veterans are really superior experienced wise., that clutched shot by Cabagnot is no longer new to him..  Roll Eyes
2991  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs Caleb Plant on: September 26, 2021, 02:30:56 PM
That was really shocking, just imagine, Canelo just bully Callum Smith in their fight and he bounced back with a very big win. You can also tell that Canelo is just too superior that he can make a good boxer look bad when they are in the ring.

Castillon is fine now by the way https://www.badlefthook.com/2021/9/25/22693564/update-lenin-castillo-hospital-fine-after-frightening-knockout-callum-smith-dazn-boxing-news-2021

The writing on the wall is clear.. Canelo is just dominating his weight class, similar to what Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield, Wladimir Klitschko and GGG did during their peak years. He is just 31 years old and I don't foresee any significant competition for him in the next 2-3 years at least. And I am really getting worried about Caleb. He made a few statements (probably being told to do so by the organizers), and it might have got Canelo really irritated. I am afraid that Caleb will be beaten to pulp on November 6th.

With what happened during the press-con that aggressiveness shown from how Canelo react will bring impact when this two already inside the ring.

Caleb needs to carefully observe how Canelo bring him the fight, once Alvarez start to attack and Caleb don't have
any counter we might expect a KO knowing the skillsets of Canelo he's very good beating up his opponent with ugly outcome.

Just like what both of you observe, Canelo is too superior and he can add that superiority against Plant.
2992  Economy / Economics / Re: A way to make money online? on: September 26, 2021, 02:18:30 PM
Agreed, before the pandemic even if you were working hard from home people assumed that if you were working online then you were this lazy person when in fact it is the opposite, if you can work from your home there are no distractions and you can work at a very high efficiency, but they never listened, but now due to the pandemic people are finally understanding that working from the comfort of your own home has many merits, but yet there are many managers that want people to go back to the office even if their efficiency has not dropped at all.
My biggest problem when I work from home and make money online is when people around me ask what my job is. i make money from bounty and airdrop, so i am confused how to explain this work to them. even though I explain this work I'm sure they won't understand and won't believe it.

It depend from how you explain things out, if the person you are talking with have the interest to know deeper,

it won't be hard to describe and explained how things work. But also, following your statement,
for those people who don't have any interest, it's really tough to explain and how to project how possible things has been done.

Working at home with other sources of extra income, it's hard but very possible if you are keen in learning the right process
and you are capable in adjusting from one venue to another.
2993  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are NFT games also another way to gamble your money? on: September 26, 2021, 12:54:06 PM
This is also a very serious gamble, you are still spending money, taking risks, and waiting to see if your money will grow or not. The type of gambling that you mean in playing this NFT game can be compared to investing in certain coins. You spend money, take risks and wait whether the value of the coin will appreciate and you will make a profit or not and you will incur a loss. It's basically the same as the NFT games you mentioned.

More on investing since you are buying something in hope that the value will pump up.

Unlike gambling in which the outcome mostly negative, you play and try to win if luck is not there for you expect to lose your money,

with NFT if you enjoy the game and you managed to understand the whole concept your chance to earn decently is very possible.

A combination of luck and skills to grow your money.

2994  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING: Skill-based vs. Chance-based on: September 25, 2021, 12:01:39 AM
If they are not disciplined enough to limit the funds, then they probably end with huge losses.

This is the reality, some of us do not see the risk in gambling and that made up being irresponsible gambling which is willing to risk everything instead of gambling only what we can afford to lose. Yes, they lose a lot of money and most of them learn it a hard way, and for me, I think it's better than ending up in the street because we lose our job and home because of gambling.
Much better if you still able to wake up with this bad vice and recover before you get attached and addicted.

There are many gamblers who have that situations. They think that they are still in control and this money that they are using is okay to lose and let go.

Not being aware that with repeated gambling activities, the amount already boomed up to the point that they already exceed and use the money from their savings account.

In the previous game of the Ginebra Hypnosis00 won on the specials.

How about this time?

https://www.bitsler.com/en/sports/basketball/philippines/pba-philippine-cup/29419372-barangay-ginebra-vs-phoenix-fuel-masters

Any takers here?

I see the odds are very attractive especially if you believe that Ginebra will tank again.

Risk takers may take one or more from those available odds for Phoenix, who knows Ginebra gave it up and let things go end without a fight,

the never say die is no longer their for this team after acquiring CStan.
The chemistry after those many games didn't materialize for them. This might be the end of their journey to defend the title.

Again, it's just speculation, we don't know what's waiting when the game start maybe Pringle will spark and lead or CStan will bring
something surprising..

If there's still some gas to use, Ginebra needs it all for this game!
2996  Economy / Economics / Re: If you can get paid through cryptocurrency, do you still choose fiat currency? on: September 24, 2021, 03:31:32 PM
It depends on the cryptocurrency. If it is Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency that is volatile, then I would certainly like to continue with fiat currencies. Because it wouldn't be very ideal for me to keep all my money in a volatile cryptocurrency. It is a really silly risk to take in my opinion. When Bitcoin price drops sharply, I would be in a big trouble in that case.

Crypto volatility really affects if you usually use your salaries. the market movement always have the chance to turned against you.

The chance to see the value of your money slowly fallen and you can't quickly exchange it to your local fiat since it's still in the process of transferring to your wallet. Situation that make you think twice to accept full payment using crypto.

Different users have their own opinions and some seen opportunities and some may not.
2997  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: September 24, 2021, 02:36:23 PM
I have a feeling that Luka will win the season MVP, Durant will still play like he usually does, but having Harden and Irving in the same roster, that will divide the production while on the other hand, Luka could easily make a triple-double every game.
Great analysis, sorry I forgot that fact. Division of production. But it was the same thing at Olympics and he was with offensive players but they are still depending on him.
So, it could be Joker again or Luka stepping up his game one more notch. He is the third in my list after Jokic and I didn't even consider Giannis as Jrue is also getting better and there's Middleton.
Jokic @15.20
Giannis @7.45
It looks like there's still a lot of doubts about Joker's skill set.  Grin

Joker will have Jamal back so the production will also be divided between him and Jamal.

While with Luka, if KP will play the same way he's production is more likely an MVP contender,
but I am also looking for KD to win one for himself while playing with the Nets.

Also, Curry, LeBron and Giannis and all the rest of stars have the same goals trying to add
this title to their resume.

Still, far to conclude but bookies already have their odds and if you have your early pick, placing
your bet now will give you better amount to win.
2998  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin going to $53k or down to $48k? (Bullish Scenario) on: September 23, 2021, 06:34:58 PM
Bitcoin is currently fighting its major resistance at $50k, although some of my friends want to start short, I forbid it because bitcoin in the minor Elliot wave allows it to pass through the major resistance.

Well, even then it could be that bitcoin has just finished its wave 1 and will be on the way to its wave 2 where we will find bitcoin at $48k again.

What do you think about bitcoin price predictions?

Thank you for taking the time to discuss this bitcoin price prediction. I understand that you are a busy person and I appreciate any advice you can give.
It is already recovering, it passed over 43k and eth went above 3k once again. I do not understand why people panic the moment they see crypto prices go down. You should be used to seeing bitcoin prices going up and down all the time, it is a very common thing. Look at the last 6 months, we have seen it go up to 64k, down to 28k up to 52k down to 42k and you are still shocked to see it go up and down? I mean shouldn't we all be used to seeing it like this? Calm down, the worst case would be the price going down a bit more before it starts to go up, or it will go up from here, in both cases it ends up going up anyway so nothing to worry about.

The importance of having better understanding to stay calm if there's dumped like this to happen,

And before and foremost, investors should understand that the market has this kind of cycle. If you have spare money and you experienced this downfall, the best mindset to have is to buy more instead of rushing out and be shaken.

All those holders who failed to wait do suffer from these huge losses. If you don't anticipate things out to happen, you are easily
being manipulated by those experienced traders who love playing inside.
2999  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: September 23, 2021, 05:57:35 PM
Honestly when he has his head on his shoulders kyrie is as dangerous as anyone in the league.  Dude can score from any angle and creates all his own shots.  Very twitchy and hard to defend.  Problem is dude is a monster head case.  He can leave the team for 2 weeks at a time for some unknown reason.  Can't rely on a guy like that. Then there are the injuries.
Yes, I can't imagine how bad the Nets position will be if suddenly one of the trio stars gets injured and Kyrie will be in his emotional breakdown again.
With Harden left or Durant it will still be difficult just being a 1 headed monster. Having two or three will still be better than one shouldering all the offensive need of the team.
Last year was Harden's injury, what caused it maybe also from fatigue because he does it all. I am rooting for Mills to increase the energy of these guys and share what he learned from Spurs with Pops.

Mills experienced if being used by Coach Nash may bring good impact,
this dude can act as role player who takes good care of the ball and keeps the rotation for the trio,
while if given a chance, he can also shoot with high percentage accuracy.

Forgetting all this drama and move forward to start the season. KD needs to become the leader that he should be,
now that he has the Nets, who will mostly depend on him to take over.

Kyrie and James, together with all the role players, need to acknowledge their alpha to have better run this season.

Those who continue to believe that Ginebra is still a good team, certainly lose a lot of money already as Ginebra keeps losing. Meralco is not really a bad team though, so they can give Ginebra a big problem and we saw it because when the Ginebra rally, they still gas out in the 4th quarter and loss.

Look at the minutes played by 3 of the starters, this is not reasonable anymore, they are too desperate.

https://pba.ph/recap?match=1902622

Tenorio - 44:27
Pringle - 42:07
C. Stand - 40:45

They are trying to win, but even starters have that number of mins without the chemistry they still unable to complete the chase.

The last chance against Phoenix will let them to try to make the final blow. If they will play the same way, then it's done with them. Remember that
last time they've met it was the last quarter snatch and Phoenix almost have it.

I'll be siding with them and bet, will try some luck. Who knows, there's some pride that remains being the defending champ.
