Where is FreeTrade? Does he want to save hodl coin?

There are two issues I'm looking at currently - one is the bug with matured deposits, the other is getting the optimized miner working in the wallet. Generally the coin is holding its value quite well, even with high interest payments. I think it's best to enjoy the high interest rates at low cost now, while fixing the two issues mentioned. Then switch into more promotion when the bonus interest period comes to an end.

But we can't do anything about the matured deposits bug unless we fork, right? Also, the coin is holding it value but in a few months large amounts of HODL will be traded.. So probably the price will drop significantly

The price won't drop because there won't be a place when you will be able to trade.. (delisting due to low volume)

SingularDTV is presently not engaged in efforts to list SNGLS on Poloniex or anywhere else.  It may not be a popular thing to say on this channel, but the short term price of SNGLS is not of a concern to us.  At present SNGLS are listed on Gatecoin and Bittrex.  100% of our efforts right now are focused on building real value to the SingularDTV ecosystem for long term utility.   This means we are hiring the right team that enables us to expand as well as transitioning from our "launch phase" into "development phase" for our rights management system, and becoming "production ready" for our film/tv projects.  So we're leaving it up to the market.  Again, for the record, SingularDTV is not concerned with or engaged in any activity that has to do with the short term price or movement of SNGLS.  We are only concerned with the building of what we believe will become a multi-billion dollar entertainment platform in the longterm.

hold on to your SNGLS guys. it may take a long long time to realize profits but HODL if you can.

what i dont understand is that if people were so eager to buy off 500Mil tokens in 14 mins then why can't they wait and hold? however, i don't mind the dumps because i missed the ICO and im happy that i did. Smiley

maybe quick people don't have enough patience to hold Cheesy
one of my friends said that technicaly price could drop to 1500satoshi..
2983  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v7.2 (Windows/Linux) on: October 13, 2016, 08:48:53 PM
@Claymore, few questions:

1) -cclock: you wrote "you can overclock only", but it seems not to be true for, at least, Windows and Polaris. My 470x can be underclocked (GPU set to 1150 for all states).
2) Any chance to support -cclock and -mclock on Linux for amdgpu-pro drivers (for Polaris)? It is not said "unsupported on Linux", but does not work for me (mem can't be set to 1950 using this).
3) Any chance to support -cvddc and -mvddc on Linux for amdgpu-pro drivers?
4) Are older cards like 7950/7970 supported using amdgpu-pro drivers on Linux?
5) There is an issue on Windows when used -*clock commands: they are applied at some init stage, but for my 470x it instantly changes hashrates only for the card with monitor connected. I can stop and resume other cards for changes to take effect (and show correct/new hashrate), but probably makes sense to fix it somehow, so miner shows correct hashrates after applying values. Of course, if you run it for 2+ time, drivers keep settings and there is no that effect. Still, it is surprising when you run minr with some value and it is not reflected in hashrates.

1. AMD disabled underclocking in theri drivers in past. May be it enabled it again in recent drivers, I did not check it.
2. Linux requires root access for it, I remember someone said that even sudo is not working.
3. Did not check if it is possible.
4. I did not check it.
5. So if I take two 4xx cards, start miner with -*clock option and it will change clocks only for one card?

5. No. In short: changing memory clock using any tool does not change displayed hashrate until miner restarted or card stopped/resumed. Except a card with monitor connected: for it new hashrate is shown instantly.

When I change memory freq using any tool (WattTool) for a single card while miner is running, it instantly changes displayed hashrate only if the card has connected monitor (tested on Rx470). For headless cards the hashrate shown is not changed until miner restarted or card stopped/resumed. That seems to be a feature (@All: please confirm, but I saw someone complained for the same issue).
When you change freq using miner cmdline, and previous freq was not the same, miner sets freq but shows hashrate for old freq until restarted.

5. Some cards I have, wattman doesn't allow changing clocks/voltages unless I pause miner.  I didn't think of if monitor was connected.  I have some display emulators I got for $15 that helps with VNC, but not sure it would be worth it for more than that...

It is very strange for me because sometimes displayed hashrate changing when I change ram frequency,
sometimes it doesn't react sometimes it react for gpu frequency though Cheesy

So, I have been using CDM 7.2 for about 5 days now on my W7 system. I was finally able to reduce my wattage pull through Wattman setting (and disabling dual mining), but am still stuck on a paltry 20.75 Mh/s on ETH per each of my MSI RX 470's.  I have tried everything on the CDM side, such as setting ETH intensity to the max of 16 in my command line, adding in all 5 of the recommended setx lines, set my virtual memory to 24GB, etc. None of this moved the needle at all.

So, I am now trying the overclocking route before getting into modding the bios on these.  A few things are perplexing though. In my Wattman, each of the 4 GPU's can only be increased from 1650 default to 1700.  These seems like a very low limit to me and setting all 4 to 1700 had zero impact.

So, using Afterburner, it actually gave me the option to raise Memory Clock all the way to 2100.  I only tried 1850 and applied to all 4 GPUs but yet again, absolutely NO impact... all 4 still mining at exactly 20.75. So, my question is, am I doing something wrong?  Shouldn't raising the the clock speed on these yield at least a 5-10% bump in mining hash-rate?  Or am I completely off base here?

I know of many people using these cards that have achieved 23+ right out of the box, so still trying to figure out why I cannot get close to that mark.
Please update your driver version..
I have same issue with my rx 480 before update drivers I was able only to increase RAM frequency from 2000 to 2100Mhz, after update I can set 2250Mhz in Wattman Smiley

With it your etc or eth wallet will start to sync again.
It sync a bit slow but sync.
Thank you very much by share the solution to,

 Smiley

Could someone show what it should be set, preferably in English version ? Fixed amount or so?
Why does no-one who posts on this ANN ever use youtube Grin

Download latest Geth and Mist wallet from the Ethereum link to Github.

Open up CMD program on Windows 10 or whatever Windows OS you are using Grin

And, follow the instructions in this youtube clip, but change the names to latest Geth and Mist version you downloaded:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e7d2WqX97EA
Good method with command line
Code:
 geth removedb
instead of looking for database folder manualy, however I'd personally preffer not to sync eth till resolve will be found.. because I should resync from scratch every day or more often with this  continuous attacks and problems...

WATCHDOG: GPU 2 hangs in OpenCL call, exit
WATCHDOG: GPU 2 hangs in OpenCL call, exit
Restarting OK, exit...

And after that I have to restart the PC, I cannot close the miner or start it again.
Please provide us more  info like your system motherboard PSU etc. Please run miner with
-dbg 1 option set and give us log

Are there any other exchanges where we could apply to add HODL? Or maybe its better to wait until the beginning of next year when more HODL will be in circulation?

It seems to hodl will be delisted than listed at other exchanges.. if we won't do anything to hodl stay at c-cex.io this coin will probably die Sad

Wallet been down in Polo for 3 days...

It's back up. I successfully withdrew some 12 hours ago. Polo's wallet issue.

Anyway 1.03RC is being tested right now. The actual 1.03 version should be out in the next few days.
What improvements in this version?
I wonder how long we are till one click "rent a space/ host your files"...

To sync your ether wallet fast you should
1. Use newest version of software (geth/parity) available
2. Sync from 0 because there is often database version/structure  migration which lasts more than sync from 0 even if you have only few blocks left..
3 . Look for the further details at Ethereum media as blog twitter etc.. sometimes giving special flag can help

SAPPHIRE NITRO+ 470 OC--

The Sapphire 4XX series cards have a big following.  BIOS mods are available for them, and the 470 8GB OC model looks like the best bang for the buck.  The cards have metal, heat-conducting shells, not plastic.  They are really well made.

There are reports of 29-31MH/s with a BIOS modded Sapphire Nitro RX 470 8GB cards when mining ETH.  The Saphire RX 480 8GB OC cards will do slightly better, but cost more, and consume more power.       --scryptr

@29mhs rx 480 consume more power than rx 470?
I can have 480 very cheap.. only few % more than 470 but if rx 4
70 consume less power I'd prefer to buy rx 470..

And anyone  here can help me with my friends Ati radeon hd 5xxx Cypress series (2gb RAM)?

I'm totally new to Ethereum wallet and would like to know if there is a video tutorial how to install and use ethereum wallet including how to maintain the private key.
If there is such a video tutorial please let me know, I need it to use with ICN.
If you are using Ethereum Wallet Electron/Mist your private key are encrypted by the password you should set.
You can find it in folder keystore in appdata/roaming/ethereum (Win7) or so
As I and many of previous users posted here sync lasts about few hours.. Although if network problem will occur it could take more time.. but I hope you will be able to sync your wallet fast

Is it possible to mine using Claymore on HD 5xxx series "Cypress" card?
Genoil gives about 4mhs, and Claymore has -38 error reported...

Hi i am new in amd mining , i got 6 x 280x and using this miner , but i get only 16mh on Eth on 1030/1500mhz with 1070watt at the wall! Is there a way to improve performance i saw people were getting 20-22 mh from one such card?

People were,  because in the past DAG size was smaller, now you can get higher hashrate on another coins like Expanse..

2998  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v7.2 (Windows/Linux) on: October 09, 2016, 07:10:07 AM
Hello all!  So, I just got Claymore 7.2 up and running on my first mining rig. I am dual mining ETH & DCR.  I am not quite getting the hash rate i was hoping for on ETH, so wanted to reach out for some expert advice here.  This is my setup:

- Windows 7 Pro x64
- ASRock x99 Extreme4 Mobo
- i7-6800k CPU (I know it's not needed for most mining but it was free so I used it;)
- 3 MSI RX 470 4GB GPUs  (1 on Mobo and 2 connected via powered USB risers/connectors)
- AMD driver v16.30
- ETH Pool:  ethermine.org

I was running this on Minergate the last ~2 weeks and was getting about 19.4 Mh/s per card on ETH.

Since starting to run Claymore about 2 hours ago, each GPU is getting 20.7, so just over 62 for all 3.  While I am still very new at this, I was hoping/expecting to get 23-24 per card before messing with anything like modding bios, rom, overclocking, etc.

So, my question is, what settings can I work with within Claymore to try to increase this speed?  I do understand that mining DCR simultaneously may have a  very slight impact on ETH hash-rate but I doubt it's accounting for the 3-4 gap that I am seeing. Note that I have not tweaked any settings in Claymore, aside of course from replacing the default info in the .bat file with my personal info.

Any suggestions would be welcomed... but please keep in mind that I am completely new to this type of "programming", so no level of dumbing down can be too much for me  Wink

The MSI 4GB card has 6.7GHz memory.  I use the Sapphire 4GB cards, 7 GHz memory, it does 22MH, so yours theoretically should do 21MH, you aren't far off.  The 8GB cards have 8GHz memory, and do ~24.3MH.  Basically, its all about memory speed.  Some cards have 6.6GHz memory, ugh.  When getting cards, check memory specification.

Dual mining DCR or SIA has 0 impact on eth at default -dcri, LBRY slows it down 1-2MH default.  You can press + and - to adjust on the fly for testing.
My friend has saphire rx 470 and he gets 29mhs.
I personally noticed that dual mining SIA on 480 decrease Eth hashrate on oc cards about 0.5mhs

Hello, guys.

Could someone please share the entire blockchain up-to-date (chaindata folder) ?
It's taking too long for my pc to sync.
Thank you.
that's not the method.
If you're sync takes to long please update geth to newest or use parity, if it cannot help please delete old chain..
Yesterday I have tested and parity sync from 0 in about 2hours..
Geth is updated. I tried to use "geth --fast" but it's also slow.
What is Parity ? Is it some 3d-party wallet ? I need official ethereum wallet.
please run parity (you can download it from: https://ethcore.io/parity.html ) with --geth flag
then start Ethereum Wallet

It took me more than 5 hours to sync.
Then I started Ethereum Wallet as you told me and... And it started to download blockchain again!
And that Parity thing is just command-line black interface, it's just importing blocks, nothing else.. It's not a wallet or browser. Useless soft.
So I just spent 5 hours for nothing.
No no, you shouldn't close parity before turning ethereum wallet on . Or maybe you have another directory than default in your Ethereum Wallet..
