Make sure you have really the latest wallet 0.14.05. installed. If you still have the problem, close the wallet, delete the folder with the blockchain (but not the wallet.dat file) and download the blockchain again. Well the dogecoin price already fall since the bitcoin price reach $15,000 and i think this time is the time for dogecoin to go up.
