As a holder since pre-sale I can say this is definitely exactly what I was expecting to happen before the end of the year. The global invoice factoring market is over 3 TRILLION annually. PPT will easily be able to get a few billion I think. Blockchain will revolutionize this industry, and PPT has serious first mover advantage. I agree with alot of the price predictions that are posted. My personal forecast is $25 by June 2018, but if it is alot sooner then that is great  $25 in june 2018 will mean PPT has lost value. Bitcoin alone will more then double by that time, ethereum as well. So if the satoshi/ethsat value increases 2-fold, as well as a doubling of eth/btc, the price prediction should be around 40/50 dollars by june 2018. I don't think that the bitcoin price will be double ($15K) as will as ethereum ($600). maybe they will be bitcoin price $10K and ethereum $400. regarding PPT value it will determine to the PPT development process. You will be very surprised I think. Most people are not aware of the blockchain but they will be getting much more friendly with it. This is because the lie machine called msm and central banking is crumbling as the void expands in the bond market. True. We're just scratching the surface in terms of awareness. |

They have contacted several exchanges including Bittrex long time ago. All this delay in listing on more exchanges is due to their own inefficiencies because we know these days exchanges are overloaded with requests and running markets. I still think before the release of major updates PPT will succeed to be on more bigger liquidated exchanges to see its real value.
So this is clear for us that the problem why this coin not hit in big exchange because exchangee are overloaded. So we must be patient, i think if the progress of this project really good i believe big exchange will consider to accepted PPT coin It also has to do with the fact that most of the major exchanges require code to be public. Populous had an issue early on with a competitor copying some of their work, so they made their code private until after Beta launches. There won't be any progress on exchanges until at least that time. |

Can you confirm if my understanding is correct?
If I hold Realisto tokens, I will automatically receive real estate dividends and a percentage of platform profits without having to do anything.
However, if I want to participate in the Opportunistic investments, I have to actively choose which ones I want to invest in. I presume those assets will have "property tokens" that I would buy into using my Rialisto tokens.
If that's correct (please confirm), I'm assuming I wouldn't also receive Core investment dividends. Is that right? Would I still earn a percentage of platform profits if I've used my tokens to invest in Opportunistic investments?

Communication is absolutely necessary which is why weekly updates keep the investors interested. REAL has to understand that people invested real money and no news about exchanges and inadequate communication can hurt the trust level.
I invested in ICO and feels left out as an investor seeing the price down by 75% even if i consider it highly undervalued given the potential BUT again its a potential without any concrete market activity and dev in stealth mode.
That is what we have been saying a lot in this thread. Hopefully the team has learnt from these numerous remarks. They should have, because as you already stated, we are the voice of an active community that invested in the project because we believe it had and will have great potential. Since REAL especially hired Communications director, miss Sapmaz, I hope that she pays attention to this thread, since it was used to get people involved in the ICO in the first place... I'm not sure if they follow this thread anymore, but they definitely keep track of the Telegram group, so that's the best place to get updated info. I only know of the official telegram announcement group, but you can't post anything in there. Is there another group where they are actually communicating with the members? If yes, could you share the link? It doesn't seem possible to find the link to a Telegram group from your phone. Maybe someone else knows the link. |

I've only become aware of your ICO this morning, so I'm just starting to get familiar with the project. However, from what I've read so far, it's exactly the type of real estate project that I think was needed.
I looked into both Atlant and REAL pretty closely, but they were both flawed in different ways. Your approach is much better than both of them (in my opinion).
Can you point me to where I can find out more about bounty opportunities?

I really like the design examples, and waiting for the roadmap. Platform looks cool, now let's see next week the next roadmap, I hope they will launch beta on december. I know that they're waiting for eth to rise but with BTC playing with the market it won't be easy to see at least $400 ETH While you are waiting the new beta of REAL project, why do you not buy more REAL token  ? Current price of this token is really good for anyone missed ICO, it below the ICO price. It's really undervalued at this price, but the team has to do a better job of providing important information if they want to attract new investors. Now that the ICO hype is over, people interested in actuality investing in the real estate are the most likely buyers. However, the team hasn't provided enough information to actually attract investors like this, so it'll get passed over until then. |

For such a high-profile and seemingly professional team, the fact that there is no counter for the sale (at least yet) is a bit poor. The price of populous is still doing great, even in the case that Bitcoin is rising very strong. It seem that ppt is very stable and worth to hold for long term. I still think we can reach 20 dollar per coin until the beta release. I think the price can over $20 if the team can deliver to us more a good news. If someone interested and want to buy PPT coin better to wait until the price down. When PPT price down that's the best oportunity to buy this coin as much as possible $20 or more at end of the year should be possibe: A lot of investors have not recognized this is a "STACKING" Token, it will be stacked on the platform and will generate passive income. I think we are still far away of the real price of populous. After the release of the beta version we will be around 20 dollar per coin. And isf we can start trading invoices the supply on the exchanges will be very low, so there is much room to grow.
I agree. I think there are still a lot of people on the sidelines waiting to see how invoice trading actually works and how much volume there will be. |
