301  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buying BTC below 10,000 USD? on: March 08, 2018, 01:39:51 PM
Im starting to trade and i want your opinion:

Do you think that if i buy "x" amount of BTC for any price below $10,000 USD will get me a profit on a long term (>1 year)?

I know is unpredictable but i want to know what you guys think.

Thanks in advance.

If you are talking about the bitcoins and you are buying bitcoins when their price in the market are below $10k is it is safe to buy. I am gonna say yes and that is the most right time for me to buy a lot of bitcoins because they bitcoins value are always gonna rise up in the market because there are a lot of people who are using them and investors who are buying them so if tou buy them in a lower price the chances of having profits and larger than it falls. Bitcpins will rise double that price before the year ends.
302  Economy / Economics / Re: Is this the end for bitcoins ? on: March 07, 2018, 02:22:38 PM
Very recently I read an article , which assumed bitcoins to be exactly like the Dutch tulip mania , the Mississippi bubble and the south sea bubble.

The author of that article (which was published in the economic times ) said it's now time to move away from bitcoins , the market has ended and the sooner you forfeit the lesser will be your loss.

What do you guys think about it ?

No it is not the ened of bitcoins because they will rise and i am noticing that the bitcpins are somehow rising but they are also falling but at least they are not falling below $10k anymore in the market because they are improving again so what are you saying that the bitcoins are dead if they are rising and there are a lot of people whonare using them maybe you are just a bandwagon that have a low patience one who loses moeny in the bitcoins because of not really knowing what bitcoins are. Bitcoins are still the most successful and on top.
303  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest or bounty? on: March 07, 2018, 12:56:33 PM
Hello!

How do you prefer to get crypto? Do you invest or you prefer to join bounty?

Also, check out bounty and token sale campaign of this project https://ico.kickcity.io/
Interesting to know your opinion  Smiley

The fact that i dont have much money because i do not have a job i am still a student this period of time them i will go to bounty i am just working for them in order to gain cryptocurrency in exchange i will endorse their campaign. And if ever that i have spare money i will still going to do some bounty campaign because it is muchh more profitable than investment but i will do investment to because the more spurces of income the better it will be the more money you will save and can help you financially. So do them both if there are a chance.
304  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Ethereum Replace Bitcoin? on: March 06, 2018, 01:05:32 PM
Is there any chance(s)for Ethereum to be the next biggest cryptocurrency throughout the world?

There are chances that they can beat the bitcoins but lets just know the bitcoins are still having the tops spot and having a lot of inevst6prs and that thing is hard to beat so for me there are a slight chance that the ethereum can beat the bitcoins because if the bitcoins continue that kind of behavior and the ethereum starts to rise up them what will happen is theybare the one that will be recognized and the peoplw will switch into them in order to gain more money
305  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What coin do you HOLD in 2018? on: March 05, 2018, 06:37:28 AM
Hi,
I created this topic to probe: What coin do you HOLD in 2018?
HOLD from early 2018 to end of 2018.
I HOLD: BTG, ETH and BNB (Each coin about 3k USD), i hope it will be up to 9k each coin ^^

The coin that i will hold is those coins that are successfully existing and of course those coins that i know i can gain money in long term. Like bitcoins ethereum litecoins and ripple. I am hoping that they can reall give me much more profit befpre the year ends and i am willing to hold them for a year just to have a huge profit and i have the patience to do that because i do not only rely on my investment i also do some signature campaign that makes me more profitable.
306  Economy / Economics / Re: let us promote BITCOIN on: March 04, 2018, 04:41:46 AM
hi peepz, we all know the declining price of bitcoin today since the start of this year, so i have made this thread for you to post ONLY positive things about bitcoin on how it affects your daily lives, please do sights some of your personal encounter using bitcoin in buying online or on a physical store if there's one. you can also post how you earn bitcoin using this forum.

if you are to post negative things about bitcoin, i believe you should not be here in this thread, there are other threads that tackles the disadvantages of bitcoin so please spare this one.

i believe that this should be helpful for people who have no idea about bitcoin. including newbies in this forum. who knows, maybe some smerit giver will read your post if it deserves to be merited depending on how helpful and informative your post is. so good luck to us all guys.

EDITED: please do not post statements that you agree on why i created this thread, what we need is the practical use of bitcoin today, just to avoid spamming posts that are already posted above yours.

Yes let us promote bitcoins especially to our friends and family becausebthey are the one that can trust us. Butblets just not force them to be involve because if they lose money they will going to blame us just introduce bitcoins into them and if they get interested them that is the time we will teach them because bitcoins need some investors in order to grow their value that fats and that will benefit all of us bitcoins holders.
307  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: In this down market how your doing? on: March 04, 2018, 04:07:11 AM
I know we all can make a good profit when markets are going up but since last, one-month markets are down. So how is your portfolio is doing and are you selling or holding?

When the price in the market are falling i just calm myself because panicking is not gonna help me on being successful. Ao i do not monotor my hpkdings that much i focused myself into different things like my friends my family or i do gaming so that i do not think anything about cryptocurrency and after weeks i can now see the difference i see some light that is shining into my holding because seeing them grow again makes me motivated and i will start working hard again.
308  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How Much Should You Invest in Bitcoin? on: March 01, 2018, 12:51:13 PM
I often get asked privately if Bitcoin is worth an investment. My answer is a whopping yes….invest your time.
The price fluctuation of Bitcoin is certainly fascinating, but how cryptocurrencies (and blockchain, more on that soon) will affect you, your job, your business, and humans collectively is far more lucrative.
The financial (and in turn, geopolitical) institutions are about to go through what the media (music, books, TV, newspapers, cinema) industry went through since the rise of social media during the past decade.
Your investment in time learning about blockchain uses will far outweigh the investing of your $ € ¥ £ etc..

It depends to you on how much money do.you have there and how nuch money do you wanted to invest just know that if you invest that money is you will have a hard time on getting it back immediately because the bitcoins are not stable and they can either rise or fall. But i suggest that just invest a small amount and then everytime you have spare money buy bitcoins dont buy in one sitting. It is kinda risky for you.
309  Economy / Economics / Re: Why did you choose bitcoin? on: February 28, 2018, 11:28:29 PM
Hey all,

I’m conducting a research on cryptocurrencies and I’m especially interested in why people choose Bitcoin. And since you are bitcoin users/experts, I thought you would be the best people to ask. It would be great if you could take the time to answer my questions (anonymously), I promise it will take no more than 10 minutes.

Click on the following link to go to the survey - https://uvacommscience.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3lzs2sI13cKH1m5?source=bitcointalk

If you are interested, I could post my main findings here.

Thank you.

I choose bitcoins because they have the capability to come back again to their down fall and they are the top cryptocurrency that are existing for almost 10 years so theybare actually and obviously tried and tested so they have a lot of loyal users that is why even if they are falling people still trust in them that they can rise back up again. I choose them because they are easy to.use and to access.rather than other coins. So conveniency is also plus.
310  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Drugs with Bitcoin ? on: February 28, 2018, 01:47:18 PM
Anyone bought drugs with bitcoin and what are you thought on the subject ?

i know i have used bitcoin to buy psilocybe cubensis thank you bitcoin i cold have not done this without you now i can trip watching corry & eastenders in the evening its such a sight.

That is only possible in the black market and yes they are accepting cyrpto and particularly the bitcoins in exchange into the product the drugs tp be exact and the bitcoins is lnown to be decentralized which means the government will have a hard time to find who took that transaction and that womt even be notice by the fbi because they do not even know how bitcoins work. But please if you want bitcoins to last longer dont do such thing like this that took attention to the government.
311  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do with the rewards you received? on: February 27, 2018, 11:19:40 AM
I am familiar with people who also participate in generosity companies. Some of them do not rush to sell received Tokines, others on the contrary, immediately after the issue of tokens the exchange is sold. My friend advised me to send them to EtherDelta. When receiving tokens, place orders for the sale of x2 - x10 (depending on the project) and just wait until they are purchased.
What do you do with the received tokens?

I also participated in that icos that are called sigbature bounty which theybwill gave you bounty rewards after the campaign ends. And when there are an exchabger in the market that those coins are available that is they time that you will sell them into that market and it works the same as what the tradung does and it is much more safer that trading because you are not lending money into that thing but in those selling process sometimes the fees are pricy
312  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin the best Long-term Hold? on: February 27, 2018, 09:20:39 AM
I have been in the market for awhile, and always hear the same mantra about trading to hold more Bitcoin and not Fiat.  I bought into the same mentality for a long time, but I'm changing my tune.  In almost every industry, first generation leaders are replaced by competition.  From Sears, Kmart, Nokia, Motorola, Yahoo, MySpace, etc.  Although Bitcoin is the current crypto reserve currency, I think that its dominance is threatened by ALT coins with faster, cheaper transactions and greater scalability.  What do you think?  Is it smart to hold Bitcoin as a long-term investment, or are there better choices among the ALT coins like Ethereum or Litecoin?

Today bitcoins is great in a long term investment because the price always falls and it hard for the bitcoins to rise above. $10k in the market so for now you cannot sell bitcoins in short period of time because ypu will just gain a small amount and you can missed the chance that the bitcoins will hit $40k before that year ends that is the thing that is why bitcoins is being a long term people are waiting that thing to happen.
313  Economy / Economics / Re: Easiest way to make BTC? on: February 26, 2018, 11:02:46 AM
Yeah, what's the easiest way to make the most BTC? I remember a pal how he made some currency to 1 BTC in an evening, something with Amazon. But I guess such things are gone.

Daytrading right now but I am not that good at it. Bots? Do I have to make my own?

The easiest way of course is minig bitcoisnbut the device will cost you a lot of money before having a bitcoins nad that consumes also a lot of energy like electricity so i am suggesting thst if you do no have the capital of buying a mining rug i recommend you to just join in a bounty or signature campaign and work for them and then you will going to received bitcoins and other coins that you will sell into bitcoins and that is whrre you will get you bitcoins
314  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is holding bitcoin Greedy? on: February 26, 2018, 10:41:39 AM
Most people now with the rise of bitcoin value, just want to hold bitcoin for as long as they can so that they can maximize their worth. But isn't it a little too greedy to just keep holding bitcoin?
We've all read that story in the school with the moral "Greed is a Curse".
So what if too much greed in bitcoin may backfire? What if, the hodlers end up with nothing?

For me holding too much knowing that the bitcoins have rises almost the hslf of their price meaning they have doubled their price that is the time that you will be sp greedy and that keads into nothing for me because everytime that the bitcoins are rising their value in the market in almost double the price they will now suddenly fall bsck a huge drop in the market so if youbare expecting more expect to have nothing because you do not know how far bitcoins can go before they fall again.
315  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IS CRYPTO TRADING ADDICTION? on: February 26, 2018, 12:50:50 AM
I heard about a guy in Moscow, who jumped out of the window, because he lost all his money in crypto investments and trading. So, do we have a new free heroin here? Is it possible to get addicted to crypto?

That scenario is because of him being fully engage all of his momey imto trading and suddenly he loses all of it and that is somehow an addiction because maybe before he do that and he win a pot of money and the pleasure that the money gives are the one that are addictive because you can buy all the things that you ever wanted and when the time that he did mot meet that expectation and he posses all his funds he didnt kmow what to do.
316  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't look at btc every five minutes on: February 25, 2018, 04:47:50 AM
This is a mistake a lot of us make. If you track btc every minute you are more prone to panic selling. Btc has a lot of ups and downs, if you are in it long term the short price has little meaning

Yes if you do not want to feel the pain on seeing that the bitcoins are still continues to fall do not check every minute because thats not gonna help the bitcoins to rise if you panic sell just like any other people. If you buy bitcoins and you are not gonna expect on selling it after a week because bitcoins today are for a long term investment not like before because they are falling and the right time to sell is when the go bacl to the moon again.
317  Economy / Speculation / Re: Its too late to invest in Bitcoin! on: February 25, 2018, 03:46:09 AM
With the high price of Bitcoin, I think its unwise to invest your money in bitcoin at this point in time. Maybe it's better to look for other Altcoins being offered in the Market. What do you think?

It is not too late to invest in bitcpins especially now that the bitcoins are on their lowest the fact that they can be $40k in the market before the year ends ao it is really not too late to invest in bitcoins. Just be positive and trust the process that the bitcpins are doing they are having a hard time on coping up with those people who sell their bitcoins those affect the over all price so they key is invest more and sell less.
318  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin still exist in your country? on: February 23, 2018, 01:18:31 PM
I wonder, that the other country didnt accept bitcoin.

Yes bitcoins still exist in our country and and there are banks that are accepting bitcoins in exchange to cash that is why a lot of people now are being involve in bitcoins and especially in this forum with them joining the signature campaigns because those bountry rewarsa was being sold in exchange to bitcoins and those bitcoins will be converted into cash. And that is how i gain money in bitcoins and it is part of my life.
319  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why almost everybody suggest to hold? on: February 23, 2018, 12:53:32 PM
Hi all,
I have a really simple question or so seems to me cause i am a crypto noob.
I really do not understand why almost everybody suggest to hold when there is a dip or correction.

With my simple noob logic i think that when there is a dip someone could sell at the start of the dip or do something else (e.g. buy tether y i know the rumors or something similar anyway) and then buy again later when the correction has stop or decrease.

Obviously no one knows when there is a many days dip and when it will end in order to buy but even so one can save much money just for sell and buy in between even without predict the absolute start and end of a dip.

I hold as everyone suggests but i now realise that if i had sell even a couple days before even yesterday-and not right after the start of the dip and buy lets say now i would have save a bunch of money relatively with what i am doing now which is hold.

I really must be missing something since i am crypto noob orelse i cannot explain why everyone suggest hold while i fear that real pros are doing the oppossite.

I would like to ask only experienced people who know what they are talking about to give their opinions cause i am fed up reading pseudo crypto pros everywhere around. I bet many of you understand what i mean. Everybody has become a crypto pro . Well i am a crypto noob and i need your heads up.

Thank you for your time reading this and excuse my lame English.

Regards.

Because not selling your bitcoins will avoid the bitcoins tp futhermore go to a huge dpenfall because everytime the people sell their bitcoins that affects the pverall price of the bitcoin and with the people selling the bitcoins means that the demand of the bitcoins are going down which makes them more low. So if you wanted the bitcois to get up again buy a lot of it and tell to other people hpdling is just making money here in bitcoins it just nwed a ppt of patience.
320  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin $20k by July according to Tom Lee on: February 23, 2018, 12:14:19 PM
Do you agree? I think it seems pretty realistic, considering how well it's doing right now.

http://tkcryptos.com/bitcoin-20-000-july-says-tom-lee/

I.dont even know who tom lee is but it is the bitcoins and i already say the link so i hope that thos things are true because the bitcoins will be much better to the public that they are today if that thing happen and a lot of poeple will be attracted again in bitcoins because they are incrwasing and the more people will invest the higher the price it will be again. Just repeating the history way more better.
