I stand by the opinion that it is dangerous to buy from alcheminer now. They don't have any chips left for production and seems to me they gather money to their "farewell fund" ie they leave silently with the cash. The price is too low for such production cost! And what's the point of selling cheap if there is demand?

is there any chance to get my money back from these scammers?

Dr Charles, my two cents are: the company is reputable, as well as it exists and delivers.

It's interesting that you've got hundreds of posts, mostly spam in the off topic/other sections, up until the point that 100% of your posts are supporting/defending hashcoins. I'm not saying you're definitely a shill, but most likely. I am a loyal customer and I have their miners. 'shill' I can say the same thing about you

Firstly, we are not obliged to prove absolutely anything to you personally. Secondly, you devalue our name and image. And thirdly, if you deem you have superior privileges and rights to disgrase our company publicly, then you should firstly get an official response from us about your claims. Our company does not involve itself in betting - it is immoral. Please, MrTeal, jimmothy and IYFTech, publish your real names (yes, the same ones that are written in your passports) in this thread and send a scan or photocopy of you ID to info@hashcoins.com, and I am the one who is personally going to show you how our board works, in the court of law. And it may be too late to feel bitter whilst looking at the amount of the claim that you will be charged for defamation, false information and insinuation, which discredited the name of my company. If this request is not followed, then I will no longer respond to any of your claims. Regards, Sergei Potapenko. PS! I'm not going to send boards or prove something to any user at his/her request. Especially when put in conditions including, but not limited to, blackmailing, frightening and putting negative trust in advance and just because. The fact that your status reads "hero" or "legendary" - to me just says that you have a lot of free time and you sit on the forum for a long time and write a lot. But in fact - I do not even know who each of you are! I understand... The Internet, anonymity, etc. But you defame the real name of a real company, and my name in particular. So I repeat: putting forward these claims, insulting, and already having discredited our name in advance, I did not think it necessary to prove you anything. We do not negotiate with blackmailing instigators. +1 to this. Totally agree. In the US, to sue someone for defamation/libel there are two very clear requirements:
1. You must prove the statements being made were false (you can probably do this by just providing one of your magical zues boards)
2. You must prove actual malice (good luck with this one)
You've basically just admitted that there's no way for us to know whether our statements are false until you're already in court suing us.
And no, I won't be handing over any personal info to likely scammers.

Your post is addressed to me or anybody here other?
To you. On this forum (but not only in this topic) a lot of people seem to have been in this situation with different manufacturers (doesn't really matter whether it is a scam or not). It really seems to me that every second of the members is so sore and thinks everyone owes him now. You DID get your miner now didn't you? I think you were offered, as me, as maybe some other people, have been offered AND delivered the promised equipment. This is the difference between scamming and real manufacturers. Since you already started writing, tell me, what were you offered as compensation? We will then decide who is right and who is wrong. What Is the difference between you and me? Why did I receive the equipment and, additionally, cloud? How many companies can boast the fact they can accept you to visit their office, show the equipment, deliver it and offer COMPENSATION? The latter being a nonsense in this world (for example, take HashFast or BFL - got f****d and made an exit! HashCoins is still here and trying and kicking! I wanted to mine bitcoins, I mine them, on HC's equipment.

I can't really comprehend even what the hell is going on here. The fact that HF didn't manage to reach some heights doesn't automatically exclude everyone else! Hashcoins have delivered my order partially and connected me to the cloud for the remainder. And note - on November 30th just like promised. What are the claims that you have? They are open for communication on the phone and email, you can visit their office even. So from my point of view they do what they promise to do.

I ordered from Bitmine - received nothing, ordered from KNC - nothing. Ordered from HashCoins - waited for a long period, but finally received my order in full. And ordered again and more! From my point of view - they had delays because of their ASIC supplier (all we know who it is), but they are shipping and people are receiving their orders. I've talked at least to 10 people who ordered from HashCoins and who has really received their equipment, so wtf you are talking about??! ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) Guys, I think that every your negative post here makes me and others very risky to get anything more! As you all know the situation with 28-nm chips on the market (Bankruptcy, delays etc. even BatteryflyLabs and KNC, who not answering my emails)....Be polite and gentle and you'll get yours instead of nothing! They are the only company who has support and still sending quality made miners. In comparing to other ASIC suppliers they do really care about their clients: when I've got serious problem it was pleasant for me to talk to CEO personally who solved my problem. My opinion - you can trust them!

bcmine,
I ordered from Hashcoins and got my hardware. As i read here your miner was delivered, if it's broken you can ask for warranty repair/replacement or insurance from a courier. It's difficult to believe, that hashcoins is not doing what they are promising. I think you are doing something wrong, because support and communication always at high level.
Hashcoins is definitly not a Scamm.

from my experience with them, i would say buy elsewhere. the shipping queue is at least 3 months behind, all their estimated delivery times are completely bogus, it doesn't "SEEM" like a scam because people appear to be receiving but still... ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) i find its difficult to get a reply from them more then not. Not true. They are shipping. Some orders with delays, but mostly they are carrying out their obligations. By now I received my order in full.
