Honestly I don't think there will be much volumne until fiat support is there. When that is up and running, you can expect it to grow rapedly. Just think how bad some of the big exchanges like kraken etc. function these days. Making tons of money, providing a terrible experince.

På nuværende tidspunkt bruger jeg kraken.com, men de er super ustabile. Så i det øjeblik at coss.io får inkluderet fiat (USD, EUR) i deres børs. Så skifter jeg til dem.

Det er meget svært at spå noget om, men flertallet af brugerne herinde, tror nok på at krypoto valuta kommer til at spille en stor rolle i fremtiden og deraf vil vi se stigninger. Men selvom bitcoin er den største i dag, er det ikke sikkert den vil være det i al evighed.

Is there not a limit to how much it can increase with difficulty in mining still staying at this currently low level. I mean there must be some relation between the cost of mining it and its price. Otherwise why would people not just mine instead of buying at an exchange?

I can't seem to see any news relating to ETH that made the increase to $520 happen so fast. Anyone know what is up?

It is what happens, but can you now in retrospect see what errors you made. Did you sell off on the low instead of waiting or did you simply gamble on too small coins. Because we all know the performance of ETH and BTC etc. over the last few months.

I think that is a question for xapo. However seems unlikely that VISA would entirely ban all the issuers possibility to issue cards just in Europe, but leave the rest of the world open.

The problem with bitcoin is that it is so slow that the you need to pay high fees to use it for online shopping, because there is a risk that the exchange rate will change between your purchase and the time the merchant gets his money. However I do see something like coinbase may offer a solution to that.

I did not think we would hit 10K this year. But with the speed we are moving now, anything is possible. But it is still very strange that we have not seen any correction by now. Its like usual trading patterns dont apply here.

It has been going so fast the last two weeks, a correction has to happen at one point. At least i hope so, so i can get back in at a decent price :-)

With the new information about that ETH is 50% of the total transaction volumne, I think it can only grow. Maybe some of the bitcoin holders will release that the costs of moving bitcoin around is simply too high (both in price and time) compared to ETH. So I see ETH going up much more next year.

As long as you stay clear from any exchange that would operate in a country that like to play with the US, then you can still not be identified. But ofcause we know the best exchanges all do the KYC. So they can trance your transactions.

However is it not only fair that you pay your taxes like all other citizens.

If you want to get into bitcoin, or any investement in stock or similar. Everyone will tell you not to purchase everything as once. If you do, you risk buying on the top, so to speak. So better to buy 0,2 and then do it over 5 weeks or a longer period.
