first of all. realize that your old account is gone and never ever will return to your control. that is fact.
do not pay any ransom to the hacker or someone who promises to give you your account back.
make a new account and live with that.
no one will restore your old account. to be safe let the old account freezed by a mod. that is all what you can do.

Hey Dr-Exchanger, if you put something in your sig about your Skype getting hacked (preferably in a clearly visible color/type-face), I'll remove my negative Trust. Personally I have no skin in the game whether the scam accusations against you are legit or not. I just feel that you haven't done enough to alert potential customers that your Skype was compromised, that's all. Thanks, man...

You guys, all you are doing is arguing back and forth. There is no way you are going to resolve this in this matter. The only advice I can give is to contact the exchanger, perfect money I think is their name.. If they cant resolve it and you both stick to your guns, all your going to do is waste bandwidth.. I dont know either one of you so I cant so who is in the right. but maybe you should communicate via pm or skype... this argument is going no where..
