No chance. bleeding-edge hardware - check high power consumption - check dense packaging - check time-critical installation - check possibly suboptimal cooling - check possibly hastily trained personnel - check I think no insurer in their right might would cover a bitcoin mining operation.  Agree, even if there is insurer the premium would be so high that it would not be worth buying.... |

With the S3 already outdated ( impossible to get ROI at current price and efficiency), the S4 being totally overpriced, I belive it is time that we should see an S5 in the next few months ?
my forecast specs are :
Power consumption : about 400w
GH/S: close to 1.000W
And it need to have at least 5 TH/s in a small box. So cheaper shipment... |

The title says it all. I'm wondering how much it's worth. By broken, I mean that it's not cut in half, it just doesn't mine anymore.
Well, if your machine is pretty new then it should worth about half, older asic should only worth 1/10 or none.. |
