301  Economy / Economics / Re: Government & Bitcoin on: March 11, 2018, 09:00:39 AM
I think now government has become a friend for crypto currency. Like we know some country was accept crypto currency and some other will follow them soon. Actually it's good for us so there is no way to scare to get scam by exchanger.
There are countries that adapt cryptocurrency and there are also who ban crypto. China has been so vocal on banning cryptocurrency in their country. Australia has urged it's citizens to use cryptocurrency. Different countries, different approach to crypto.
302  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do We Need Social Media Promotion on: March 11, 2018, 03:13:02 AM
Does Bitcoin Need The Social Media's Help To Promote Itself?

Well, Bitcoin needs all the help that we can get. With its current situation, Bitcoin Foundation is just thinking out of the box to help Bitcoin recover and might even succeed.

With the help of Social Media, bitcoin can attract new and young users. Learn about bitcoin and eventually adopt it.

Maybe this is the first step of mass adoption.

What do you think?
In my own opinion i think we need the help of social media if we want to promote bitcoin because social media is a very powerful medium when it comes to advertising. Social media is even better than television in terms of promotion.
303  Economy / Economics / Re: Positive thinking brings positive things. on: March 11, 2018, 02:23:12 AM
Forums are being filled with speculation, almost all topics that appear lead to falling bitcoin prices, whether this will continue, this is the right time to buy, blah blah blah. Come on, the storm must pass, let us focus on the positive topics instead of continuing to discuss this 50% decline. Start talking about the positive news from Singapore deputy, bitcoin that has gone up 20% today and others. Think positive and positive things will come.
Let us be all optimistic that this bloodbath will pass and everything will b e green in the near future. Positive thinking will give us positive result so let us bring on the good vibes.
304  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: king of all coins on: March 10, 2018, 11:54:12 PM
new coins that have come a lot in the crypto world have an impact on the market price. however, after the arrival of the same ripple operates behind the blockchain.
will this coin replace BITCOIN or BITCOIN will continue in its position and remain the king of all coins?
Bitcoin will always be the king of digital currency because this is the original. In terms of market capitalization there is a big chance in the future that some coins will overtook it because of circulating supply and value.
305  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Governments Kill Bitcoin? on: March 10, 2018, 10:31:19 AM
The latest news is that the US government is look closely at Bitcoin. A number of governments such as Russia and China are also planning to issue their own digital currencies. They clearly see a financial threat from Bitcoin.

What do you think? Can governments kill Bitcoin and replace it with their own digital/crypto currency?
They can crashed bitcoin but they can never kill it. Bitcoin is like freedom because we can own it if we want without the control of government. Killing bitcoin will also mean killing our freedom.
306  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin a good way to invest your money ? on: March 10, 2018, 09:14:34 AM
If you have spare money that you can afford to lose then try investing through bitcoin. Bitcoin investment, if you are lucky enough would give you a fortune of a lifetime. You can be called millionaire is your bitcoin investment would be successful.
307  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin used by criminals ? on: March 10, 2018, 02:37:03 AM
I once read an article that says bitcoin is used as a payment transaction for terrorists and hackers. And maybe you guys in this forum also already know it. But here i want to convey my personal opinion in that matter. I think that internet and bitcoin interrelated. Many terrorists and criminals use internet .so also with bitcoin which used perpetrator However, despite all these issues, do people make concrete efforts to ban the internet? No. Not because removing and banning Bitcoin is difficult, but because the internet offers more positive than negative. For the same reason, we have to be more careful about our mindset for Bitcoin, because much evidence has shown that Bitcoin brings many positive, if not more, effects than the internet. Internet and Bitcoin are just devices that 'bad guys' and 'good people'. Fortunately, the world is filled with more people in the 'good people' category.
If bitcoin is used in illegal activities like buying illegal drugs and funding terrorist then that move would be considered idiotic because public blockchain can be trace. You can be prosecuted by once you are caught and chances of being caught using the blockchain technology is very high.
308  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: March 09, 2018, 11:52:00 PM
It is said that bitcoin will destroy the fiat system but i believe that if this happens the world will change completly because banks and a lot of things will go out of market.
I think bitcoin would only complement to the fiat system rather than destroying it. It would be so hard to destroy fiat because not everybody is involved in digital currency yet and making everybody involve takes a lot of time.
309  Economy / Speculation / Re: I bought at 19k, now what? on: March 04, 2018, 11:38:09 AM
I bought 3 btc on credit for 19k about. What should I do? I am way underwater.
It is ok, just don't sell it so that you won't lost any money. If you don't want to invest to any ICOs, then better hold it because there is speculation that at the end of the year, bitcoin will hit all time high of $25K according to Wall Street veteran.
310  Economy / Economics / Re: Becoming wealthy and social responsibility on: March 04, 2018, 09:11:46 AM
While I don't have many posts. I got involved in Bitcoin in 2013 and joined this forum in 2014. While I do not consider myself wealthy from Bitcoin yet. I do have an idea of how I would like to direct some of this new found wealth. I think most of the people who got involved early got involved for the right reasons. IE: To change the world and move humanity out of the control of the bankers. I am concerned that the new people coming may only be in to make money. I hope I am wrong, I really want this technology to be a force of good in the world and deliver economic freedom to the masses and the unbanked. My hope is everyone who was early, has some idea in mind that will help others. Maybe help your family, or a charity that you think isn't wasting money, or building a community swimming pool etc. If you have a lot of money think big and how you can change the world for the better. This is our chance!

Becoming wealthy in bitcoin means a lot to me. i needed this for my family. i am not that wealthy yet but i am getting to financially stable. in the future if given the chance in life to be wealthy my first priority as my social responsibility is education. I will help families who cannot afford to send their children to school. i will sse to it that they can graduate to college so that if they have a job they can help their family.
311  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Airdrops Profitable? on: March 04, 2018, 08:31:41 AM
Hi everyone. I've tried participating in a couple of airdrops but haven't gotten any coins yet. For those of you who have, how do you go about making anything out of airdrops? Is it worthwhile or just the usual pump and dump?
If you are focus on doing airdrops maybe you can profit out of it. But if you are doing bounty hunting, airdrop is a waste of time for me. I try to fill some form for airdrop and until now i have not receive any token from them.
312  Economy / Speculation / Re: Reason of the price fall on: March 04, 2018, 07:58:57 AM
I know about the demand and supply and its the reason a marlet gets different price at different price but what make bitcoin users to lead to this pricefall..I mean once there was 1btc = 500$ and after that I herd some hackers have hacked some exchanges and many scammers also poped out during those days..and this all leads to currenct price of 230$ I hope some peoples will do something to avaood these problems as much as we can
If there is a price fall, this could be because of the supply in the market. High supply while demand is low, we could expect a price fall. What causes the supply to be high, maybe because people are selling their bitcoin.
313  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are so many people against bitcoin? on: March 04, 2018, 05:09:15 AM
I'm trying to understand why are so many people against bitcoin?  is it the innovation that scares them? the feeling of staying behind? the fact that that money will go to the wrong hands?

Many people are against bitcoin because they luck the knowledge about it. All that they think of bitcoin is it is a scam. They lack the right knowledge that is why they are scared and afraid of it.
314  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin dead? on: March 03, 2018, 11:55:44 PM
Bitcoin will not die that's for sure. Many government are trying to spread negatives news about bitcoin but it had no effect on the community. They say that bitcoin is a scam and not good for it's citizens. But there are also countries which are friendly to bitcoin and even urges it's people to use it so that is why bitcoin will not be dead and it may even spread further.
315  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can cryptocurrency make real money disappear? on: February 27, 2018, 02:36:24 AM
What are the chances of living in a world with no actual money ?  Shocked
Living without real money is possible in the future but i think it is very hard to implement in the present. Not every country in the world are open minded about adapting bitcoin.
316  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: February 27, 2018, 01:48:56 AM
I think in the presence of bitcoin will reduce unemployment, because searching for bitcoin also requires hard work and creativity, and competitiveness in bitcoin is also high almost similar to work in the real world

What is your opinion this time?
Yes, bitcoin/cryptocurrency can absolutely reduces unemployment. People who is unemployed can now have the opportunity to earn something through bitcoin. You just have to equipt them with the right knowledge about crypto and how to deal with it.
317  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why not play games online instead of gambling? on: February 26, 2018, 11:52:36 PM
Many but not all gamblers are claiming they gamble for fun and pass time. I was just thinking. If it is the reason why people gamble then why not play online games? There is a lot of good and challenging onlne games wherein you can interact with other people online?
People have different point of views in life. Some may enjoy online games and some may enjoy gambling. We have different preferences so i think it depends on a person what he will choose.

319  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is holding bitcoin Greedy? on: February 26, 2018, 08:06:01 AM
Most people now with the rise of bitcoin value, just want to hold bitcoin for as long as they can so that they can maximize their worth. But isn't it a little too greedy to just keep holding bitcoin?
We've all read that story in the school with the moral "Greed is a Curse".
So what if too much greed in bitcoin may backfire? What if, the hodlers end up with nothing?
You have a point but with this kind of trade, hodling is the name of the game. That the gamble, if you hodl there is a possibility that you will profit more and there is also a possibility that you will lose.
320  Economy / Economics / Re: Why people scam on: February 26, 2018, 05:42:29 AM
Getting a job is not possible for everyone, not everyone has family or [friends] to help them and sometimes they will make the bad situations even worse them. If you've ever really needed money and were very desperate, than you probably know that people would let you starve to death rather than give you $5.

It's weird how people won't toss out just a few dollars to help someone in need, yet they'll spend $10000 or more on their pet that has an average life span of under 5 years.

But then again, if you give the person in need money, they'll keep coming back for it. It's a real crap shoot
The topic of this post does not match with your narration. It would be better if you will change the topic. As for "why people scam?", it is because of greed and want of money. They want to get it the easy way no matter what.
