I once read an article that says bitcoin is used as a payment transaction for terrorists and hackers. And maybe you guys in this forum also already know it. But here i want to convey my personal opinion in that matter. I think that internet and bitcoin interrelated. Many terrorists and criminals use internet .so also with bitcoin which used perpetrator However, despite all these issues, do people make concrete efforts to ban the internet? No. Not because removing and banning Bitcoin is difficult, but because the internet offers more positive than negative. For the same reason, we have to be more careful about our mindset for Bitcoin, because much evidence has shown that Bitcoin brings many positive, if not more, effects than the internet. Internet and Bitcoin are just devices that 'bad guys' and 'good people'. Fortunately, the world is filled with more people in the 'good people' category.

There have been a lot of instances wherein Bitcoins were used for Frauds etc. You can actually check the Scam Accusations and Reputation section of this forum to see the ways of how they utilize cryptocurrency to get money. Since Bitcoin transactions is irreversible, it's easy for them to get the money and just run away. There is no way for governments to go after the criminal since it's not yet regulated in some countries.

hacking of bitcoin news has come in the market,  but this type of activities should be continuously reviewed  and updation should be done accordingly

There is no way for governments to go after the criminal since it's not yet regulated in some countries.

What does regulation have to do with robbery , theft and scamming?
Are rims regulated in your country? Are they considered legal tender?
If not I assume I can go in the middle of the day, steal your wheel rims and walk away humming since nobody can arrest me or sedn me to jail.

As long as you prove you have owned those bitcoins and those are of value to you it's still a crime.

bitcoin is a currency and like any other currencies like USD,... it is used for a wide variety of reasons by different types of people. if 90% of the usage were for illegal activities then talking about it was justified. but the usage of bitcoin for anything illegal is less than 5% and possibly now it is near 0% because of the fees.

at some point in the past it may have been different though. by the time bitcoin was new and people didn't know that bitcoin is not anonymous and also by the time the real anon coins like Monero were not around or popular. now everyone who wants to do something illegal and remain anonymous either uses USD cash or uses anon coins like Monero.

You are right at your point because even when I made research that people are using bitcoin for Good or bad , then I found that people were using bitcoin for illegal things more in the starting but now most of them are aware now that bitcoin is not that much annonymous thing at internet , payments are traceable , so they are not much using it for the bulk transaction for illegal things and using another platfroms now , and also we can see that many rules are now made by the government of many countries to regulate bitcoin .
If here we see that when bitcoin was not in existence then still people were doing illegal works , so here we should not see toward negative things because if anyone will try to do something negative then whatever is requirements , he will do .

Everything is used by criminals, not just Bitcoin. For sure, the great majority of the criminals are using fiat. The more dangerous ones are definitely using fiat. They are the ones who are wearing suits and are occupying high positions in the governments of different countries and in the top executive positions of various international companies. In the low level, even scissors and frying pans and pins are used by criminals as well.

Bitcoin can be used as a payment for weapons and drugs. Criminals are becoming innovative these days and they look for ways and means to continue their activities without the authorities knowing it and bitcoin can be a tool for it.

Every person are allowed to use bitcoin, even the criminals. Bitcoins has no limitations on whom person were allowed. Even a common people who has the money to invest on it.

Bitcoin usage is never restricted to any group of people whether good or bad just like Fiat. The owner of bitcoin can spent it based on his plans but remember bitcoin is never introduced to be used in a negative ways or finance terrorist. People misused it for something else in other to meet up their needs at particular point in time.

I actually heard about bitcoin when I was watching a video about the dark web. It is said that bitcoin was commonly used there to buy drugs or illegal transactions. Being associated with illegal stuffs are one of the reasons why people think that bitcoin is bad. But if you think of it anything can be used by criminals or terrorist these days.

Bitcoin is not completely untrackable. There are still possible ways to effect some tracking as bitcoin transactions can provide information showing the IP addresses of the device sending and receiving payments, the timestamp of transaction and the amount that was transacted. These information are ample enough to track people.

Bitcoin does not even offer that much privacy for criminals to consider using them. Cyptocurrencies like Monero even offer more privacy and could be a favourite of these criminals.

Bitcoin used to be used as a tool to transfer property, but now more crimes are used for anonymous tokens rather than bitcoin.

Absolutely everything can be used and used by bad people for criminal purposes. Because of this, you should not question the common right of people to anonymity on the Internet. When Bitcoin is just starting it is widely used in illegal activities especially in deep web but Bitcoin is just another currency (digital) that can be used by anyone, but even fiat currency is also used by criminals, drug lords, terrorist or used in any different kinds of illegal things. But the thing is Bitcoin is more on the positive side right now because it is possible to trace Bitcoin and possibly get caught if you use it on inappropriate way, and there are already altcoins that can give fully anonymity to its users when transacting, like Monero and Verge and I think criminals are now switching to those altcoins.
