301  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Beware of buying from HASHRA (not shipping, pricing practices, communication) on: July 22, 2014, 11:04:12 PM
I havent posted in a while as I have been going back and fourth with him, but believe me, Simon is very active every day. I eventually received my item after a significant price drop ($1250 vs $995). He promised a partial refund and a later on stated that I didnt pay and he was sending me to UK courts. I kept telling him that I have documentation of payment and that my $1250 order also is documented as being $100 value on the shipping paper/customs paper. I ended up calling his credit card processor and they stated hes paid so I dont know whats going on. Still no partial refund and now the 14mh model is $425 a few weeks later. I wont even come close to ROI. Im at the point im going to call my credit card up again and ask for help. To restate....Paid $1250 for item and didnt ship. Lowered price to $995 and shipped. Also declared item as $100 in US customs. Is that fraud?

Hashra recently stated:
Sorry, No more Paypal and Credit Cards:
Really sorry but yet again our merchant account got hit with a large number of fraudulent card transactions. As a result we are halting Paypal and Card transactions till we can find a solution.
We are back to the good old days of Bitcoin payments and Bank transfers for now.

This is because of fraud on his part. He fails to ship, does not communicate, we call our cc asking for help, he is notified by the cc, price is lowered and he finally ships. If anyone is having problems and paid with cc, please at least call your cc and ask how to proceed. They may offer advice or withhold payment till its resolved.

Ironic, they are the fraudulent party here.

314  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It Takes 14 Million Android Phones to Earn One Bitcoin on: July 13, 2014, 02:37:48 AM
My point was simply to show that measuring hashing capabilities of undapted things is limitless and VERY retarded.

Flash news: It would take a cucumber 19 trillions years to mine a bitcoin. Yeah cool story.

Stop overthinking my ''hand mining'' thing lol.

Im glad you guys liked my joke.
