It's like asking if smoking should be banned? or if any other harmful habits must be banned effectively as well by the government? People would jump up and talk about ' freedom ' at it's finest at the same time one would also understand the fact that it's impossible to ban something, banning Bitcoins won't work, banning gambling won't work as well, can you stop a person from going to other state or country where gambling might be legal ?
It cannot be banned but the government can provide help for gambling addiction and also set up rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment..

In my opinion only person can decide whatever is good or not for them, government can be present only for tax question. And that isn't a good thing  . I'm looking forward to seeing a better competition in the Bundesliga next season. Maybe the possibility for this is really low if we take the previous season into account but I still hope to see it. Dortmund are the second biggest team in the league right now and I hope they can compete well this time. They have made some transfer moves for their defense as well. I know they have lost Erling Haaland too which would affect them surely. But they have great forwards like Haller and Adeyemi too now so they should still be okay for scoring goals. They just need to improve their defense.
Honestly, I still have a little doubt that Borussia Dortmund can compete even more tightly with Bayern Munich. Yes, it is possible that they can do that, but so far I have seen that they always fail to do that. But even so, I'm like most people who expect the Bundesliga to be even more competitive. It doesn't have to be all, at least in the race for the champion, Bayern Munich's steps should not be too smooth. I also think it too, Dortmund can not compete against Bayern munich. Apart that it has lost a player like Haaland, that was a player that can change a match, my prevision is that Bayern can compete for the first 4th place but it can't go over in my opinion. But who I am to say that, maybe Dortmund can enforce his play team with another type of play, let's see  |

Chelsea at this point can really compete against Manchester City and Liverpool to win the premier league next year considering team that is formed now. His defense now is spectacular, and Tuchel has a way to manage that doesn't allow too much goal, let's see what will happen, I'm really curious to see it .  Maybe it isn't completely official on Transfermarkt currently but it looks like the Kalidou Koulibaly deal has been completed for Chelsea. Napoli have lost one of their most important players by this transfer. However 40 million euros is a really nice amount of money. They can sign a new decent defender by using this money too. Napoli had a good season last but I expect them to improve themselves more. Because we have started to see different teams being the champions so they should also take advantage of this situation. I don't think that Napoli will sign a good defender, they will sign only someone to be added with Juan Jesus in defense and this is really sad, because Koulibaly was really important for Napoli. Hope that next year my preferred team will conclude its season at least at 4th place and will not fell away for a bad management |

This will be a fact-checking post. But anyway, I'm really disappointed for what's happened, it wasn't my intention to create this misunderstand.
1) I've read here what's happened between icopress and Starbets.io. At the same time, things that is happened to him, is happened to me. I've also waited 1 month before to have a confirmation (I've started to talk with them on 18th june after my message).
2) I've sent a PM to icopress and said to him that I was really disappointed about this thing.
3) I've contacted Starbets and I've asked to them for a clarification about this thing happened and they said to me "we will let you know"; To do that, I've sent to them this thread and they has read it.
4) Now I'm here, and I'm really sorry for what is happened. I don't want to hurt reputation of anyone, I've always thought that mutual respect is always the best thing for go ahead, in every kind of
relationship. Icopress is an user that deserves better, he has a giant experience here, it is very professional and has a great reputation, and I also have to learn many things from him. As I've said to him via PM, I hope that
this thing will not happen anymore, and I also hope that in future maybe we can collaborate together on a project.

I was really disappointed to see a player like Koulibaly to leave Napoli for Chelsea because management weren't able to keep him in his team.
Also from another part I'm glad for him because if he want to win something he have to leave Napoli, that is a team managed in way to let his owner earn as much as possible.
it is very sad in general for Italy that such a talented player is leaving I'm sorry too they could put their hand to the money for a player like that, I don't understand .. next season they risk doing worse than this if they don't spend a little Exactly. I don't understand why don't maintain it to Napoli, it was a bad mistake to sold it to another team. It won't be easy to replace him with another player, and they risk so much for the next season.
