I have some questions (not found in FAQ): I have a web app with 3 different HTML documents. What I must do if I want to place adds with the same BTC address? I meaning that I want the same " https://a-ads.com/ad_units/xxx" section to keep the payments in one place. Is it possible to change the banner size if I think that the previous size is too small without loosing the current earnings? Could I be banned if I "visit" a HTML document while It's on my HHD? Thanks for your service.  If these 3 documents share the same domain name then I'd advise to embed a single ad unit on them, otherwise you can use 3 separate ad units with a single bitcoin address but your earnings will be fragmented (each of the ad units will have independent balance and withdrawals). As a work-around you can also create a dummy advertising campaign with 0 budget and collect money from your ad units on that campaign and then request a refund to withdraw funds Sorry, you can't change the banner size of existing ad unit, but you can replace it with a new one (this limitation was introduced to prevent confusion for advertisers who bought ads on particular ad unit). We currently don't ban publishers but ad units with large amounts of low quality traffic (e. g. generated by bots) can be penalized by our money distribution algorithm and are supposed to earn less. If you are suspected of malicious intent you will not receive a refund. But i wouldn't mind all unique hits split between adspaces,in my case though, one ad was recieving 75% of traffic,second one 25% and the rest two 0 each although all four were different size.Some ad campaigns run 486*60 some 200*200 etc. , Id prefer to cater all possible campaigns from 2-3 sources rather than adding 1 adspace each for 10 advertising companies.Maybe Im still not used to how a-ads run,yes newbie I confess ,but it would be logical if there was a system in how adding your adds affect unique hits count rather than trial and error it. Thanks for your feedback. Our service is far from being perfect, but I hope we make it good enough for most publishers and advertisers. We have some ideas about better utilizing publishers' ad spaces, will work on that. Btw, we just implemented couple new features: search of ad units in catalog, automatic ban of phishing/malware ads, improved geo-filters and IP counters. |

in theory they all recieve same unique viewers as they are located on the same page and,in ideal world,should load simultaneously,no?
Only one ad unit per page receives a unique impression because otherwise it would be too easy for publishers to game the system. If you have lots of traffic and your ad units are placed close to each other in HTML code (though visually they might appear apart), then there is a good chance that each of the ad units will get unique impressions and advertisers' budgets. But in either case total amount of unique impressions your site generates (and your earnings) will be about the same, no matter how many ad units you embed. I would say that having several ad units on the same page makes sense only if they attract additional paying advertisers. |

Other ad units will automatically get ads and categories as soon as they start generating unique impressions. The problem is that they probably load after #58183 and thus they don't get unique impressions. when removed and replaced with a different size ad unit - 1 day as unknown

Here are few important news: 1. Bitcoin pyramid has been auctioned and sold for 0.52 btc to user bitcoinpyramid. I hoped to get more money for it but I am happy that bitcoinpyramid won because s/he is enthusiastic about development of the service and I think s/he can be trusted. 2. Domain name ownership has been transferred but still points to my server. We are working to migrate to a new server (that I don't have access to). Registration of new members is temporary disabled, sorry about it. 3. As promised, withdrawal threshold has been lowered, many members received withdrawals today. 4. I created a weighted list of withdrawal addresses of members that spent more BTCs than received them and sent the money to it as a tiny compensation / gratuity for participation (should arrive in a hour or so). Update: it sent out ~0.47 btc in 4 transactions: 1, 2, 3, 4. Other transactions failed because amounts are too small and bitcoind considers them dust, sorry. I will let you know when transition is finished and will give a link to a new official thread of the Bitcoin Pyramid.
