If you wish to bid for only one of the two stakes! Then submit only one bid! If you wish to bid for both of them, submit your bid twice! How it will look in the spreadsheet: Bid for 15 stakes:dzarmush | Lot # 6 - 15 stakes: | 1.05 dzarmush | Lot # 6 - 15 stakes: | 1.50 Since there are only two lots, and nobody overbids you till June 9, you will win one lot of 15 stakes @ 1.05 and another lot of 15 stakes @ 1.50! Ok, at least now we can see some sort of dialogue. Here are some thoughts:
1. I really don't think it's possible to reach even 2000. Maximum you can do is 1500 and 50% of them will be puppets.
2. I do understand that you need money to cover different expenses.
Let's start from bad news )
Everybody who wanted to have a stake already bought in. Auction won't help to raise any money at this point. Why would someone pay 0.1-0.5 Btc for a stake on such auction if everybody already bought stakes for 0.02-0.05. As for NXTL/USD,EURO. Let's face it. You'll never gather 25 BTC if you continue going this way. You're making people very unhappy, everybody just loses hope. People were waiting for May 25, they were excited. Now they feel cheated.
How I'd try to solve it.
1. Announce that IPO is overa and 500M coins will be distributed between 1200 accounts.
2. Launch fully operated Beta and announce the launch on, say, July 1st.
3. Auction 50 stakes. Some people would buy stakes at least at 0.2-0.4 if they're sure the coin will be launched soon. I myself will be several stakes. In this case you'll gather 10-20 Btc.
4. Launch the coin without NXTL/USD,EURO gateway. Don't try to do everything. It's a wrong way.
5. After the launch price will be at least 0.5-1 btc for 1M. Sell 30M and finish development.
+1 your's plan is great. Devs, you don't need to implement USD & EUR exchange on relase date for this good coin. You can do it later. Announce the launch date, and 48hrs before do the auction for 50-100 stakes If you continue moving the IPO end date...... some investors will go away We never sad, that Euro in USD will implemented on the release. I personally hate the fact, that there is a devision going on! It is like the Members vs The Devs!... guys we are a force together! Team work is the only way to deal with this!
ok, some information was misinterpreted! In order to launch the coin, we still need a total of 3.5 btc. We can cover the 25btc from the stakes in the future, as dzarmush and others proposed! We are fine with that, as long as we have your support!
We didn't intend to launch the coin with (usd, euro integration). This part takes its time to be fulfilled.
But how to deal with the current expenses, it is a dead lock! Withought 100 stakes we can't finish the coin project!
A few ideas popped up:
1) Have an auction, to reach this cap. and finish the project!
2) Continue the ipo, till we reach this goal!
3) Borrow from someone!
I would like to hear your opinion about this!
P.S. @ randombit, "food" really dude?! From all that post you've concluded that food is our priority?! ...so disappointing

Btw there are no 3500 users to buy stakes. Even among those 1200 accounts 20-25% are sockpuppets. I'm watching closely lots of IPOs and giveaways and I know what I'm talking about. 1000 users is the absolute maximum, all others are sockpuppets.
And 1200 accounts is more than anybody ever done. It's totally fair distribution. So why don't so just stop lying and tell us what do you actually have in mind?
I have to agree, 3500 sounds pretty far fetched especially after all this drama of closed threads and account bugs. I just don't see that many more people trusting this venture. 1200 is a fair distribution. Either way i will just hope for the best and look forward to the launch. For instance there is a Bitcointalk coin, they were giving away coins for free to anybody. Guess what, only 1164 users applied. And this number includes all NEM and NXTL sockpuppets. And now they're telling us they're going for 3500 people?! That's ridicuolus. We're not as stupid as they may think. Hey dzarmush I don't quite understand what is your problem?! We've set this goal since the beginning! Did anybody offend you in any possible way?! I have to admit that we had problems with our threads being knocked down, and our reputation fading! But look at us, we are still holding our position! We decided to pursuit our goal, and get as much members as we can! It is not like we stop the project until we reach the number we've set! We will continue the project, we will be performing member test, and network test! We will be giving coins as mentioned, so basically everything will go on. A member mentioned, that our dev team is to soft! So, if you don't like the way our ship is floating, we can refund you anytime! It is up to you! |

Sorry to disappoint you, but not all the functions will work from day one! We are continuously building the structure of our project! I see this project in an organic shape! At the moment we are a small group that gives it all to push the limit! But with time, we expect tens of enthusiasts to help us enforce the concept. |

Just two questions please, what the main difference is NXT Lite from NEXT, People might think this is a clone as it has the same name and how much clone is NXT Lite from NEXT if any?
Also, after the IPO is finished 25th May, when will be able to trade NXT Lite?

Hi, Thanks for the question! The thing is that we started as a clone but we encountered some serious flaws and issues in the NXT code, so we decided to switch to a different programming code! We chose Node.JS wich is an awesome coding infrastructure! Look it up! We didn't change the name after switching the technology cause we had a community already formed! So we stuck to it! Recently we had a small poll to test if the name is still relevant! And the majority of those who voted, decided to change it to Node! Simple versatile and easy to remember! At the moment we are concentrating on the ipo it self so the branding will have to wait a week or two! Second question, i'm sure people will begin to trade the coin on the forum in the same day as they get it! But if we speak about trading platforms like btc-e - bitstamp or others! I believe in a week or two after everybody gets their coins! But it all depends... only time will show! |

not sure if this has been mentioned already but on first glance at the OP page it looks an awful lot like the NFD scam ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=603932.0). I'm not trolling here or trying to spread fud just pointing out my observation. The community have started up NFDv2 in response to the scam to get a NXT clone out there which is exactly what this coin is all about too. Please correct me if i'm wrong. Thanks for pointing this out! In fact from a different perspective it does look like a scam! We are trying to put things out of this matter! But people are sceptical, and even if you give them proof, they will still think that this is a scam! Anyway i have favor to ask, could you point the elements of our op, that make you feel uncomfortable?? What information, image, makes you think that this is a scam! Any feedback will be appreciated! My suggestion for a slogan is "Node, the next generation crytpocurrency platform built on Node.js". Node.js is very popular among developers so this way we can piggyback on their notoriety Not everyone knows what Node.Js. We need to come up with easy and catchy, so-to ordinary users understand about crypto currency and understand what is Node It will not be an easy task, but we have the time, would that each offered their own versions Of course! Modularity is the best principle of node! I do agree that node is popular among programmers and developers! But for the ordinary human being node is something associated with the naval or marine subjects! But is not that bad, cause if they associate node with marines it gives an idea of trust and seriosity! |

'NodeCoin' is taken and just 'Node' is gonna be attached with 'coin' by majority of people anyway Sad

Not necessarily true, people will say "Have you checked out Node?" just like they say "Have you heard of NXT?" I haven't seen anyone refer to NXT as Nxtcoin. Nodecoins will be used on NXT to pay out people who run network nodes. I think there is nothing wrong with calling our platform here just "Node" which makes sense as it is built on Node.js. In fact, a lot of people don't like any name with "coin" in it anymore. Look at the names of all the new platforms: Nxt, Quora, eMunie, Etherium..... Node fits in perfectly! I agree! There are pros and cons! But i think everyone will get used to it! As an idea someone proposed to use instead a 3 letter abbreviation to use the whole word! For example Bitcoin = BTC, but Node = NODE!!! Node stays Node! This will make our currency stand out! As the first 4 letter! Also this is legal, i mean acceptable cause cryptos aren't limited to some kinda of ISO What do you think?  ?? DOGE, MAID, CINNI, MINT, USDE, SHIBE, ... I guess not the first! But not the least either! |
