I have 2 question for you guys since I am relatively new to mining.
So I have CaliforniaCoin mining right now through the wallet.
1. Can I mine another coin while I'm mining CAC?
2. Can I mine a Scrypt and a SHA256 coin simultaneously?
Thanks.

Are there any new nodes, I want to see if I'm on the right fork.
You should use the node in the stock config for now.
We're on block 61xxWoke up this morning and thought I'd check back in on this one. Well, I see the network hash rate has grown to 27 Mh/s and the difficulty is still low. Would be great if there were POOLS!!!!!!! I guess I'll leave my CPU mining while I'm at work and hope to be surprised with a block or two by the time I get home. Hell, actually, I'm not even sure if I'm on the right fork. Anybody want to send a coin my way to check? I have to leave for work now though.
LRVmopBhhEU68PghaAmb5uaJW4BGgr2cjQ
27 MH/S Growing quickly
We're on block 61xx as of 4:13AM California time
I'm sure some pool owners will take the opportunity to open a pool soon and collect those 1 - 2% donation fee's that are common.

In all seriousness this coin has potential if the dev team keeps up on it and markets to people, maybe start a give-a-way etc etc
good luck
+1 Anything about what is the correct fork to be on? The dificulty is showing 0.12366961 with me... hope I am on thew right fork or there's 10 millions coins down the drain -.- You should be on block 59xx
If so then everything is working great ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif)
The temporary problems were due to the sudden influx in hashing power.

We seriously need a pool to help out all the little guys! come on pool owners!!? what are you waiting for?
They're waiting for a coin that hasn't been premined 4.5% That is a massive premine. how many did Aurora premine? Why does that matter to you? This coin has a 4.5% PREMINE That is a huge percentage. Actually you're wrong. This coin was set to have a 4.5% pre-mine but it looks like it'll be a little bit less now that the popularity is taking off. Also other coins have 10% premines or 50% while we are a fraction of that.

I'm not sleeping until I can mine with Cgminer ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) Can anyone ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) put a simple tutorial up a few screenshots of how to use CGMiner to mine CaliforniaCoin because all I know is how to mine using Cgminer when there is a pool But there is no pool and I'm not hitting any more blocks on the CPU anymore this is getting more competitive and it's only a few hours old I smell a real winner I want to be able to GPU mine also so please help us newbies out we will only help to grow the community. Telling someone to search is not right when you could post it here we could be searching and finding out-dated information on old versions of CGMiner. Please someone make a tutorial on how to mine this using CGMinerDon't worry there will be pools up shortly but in the mean time if anyone can help this guy out that'd be awesome ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

I stopped at 200,000. lol.
how did u set up the miner to mine through the wallet? I seen that dudes explanation but didnt fully understand it. Did he put his wallet address in there too? All you do is open the console and type in without quotes "setgenerate true" hit enter and that is the way to CPU mine ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)
