Very soon we will add remote authentication to wallets, so users will be able to use it with mobile devices and HTML wallet (check old wallet.html made for duckNote).
So users will interact with their remote wallets from any device.

duck is still in our pockets  But with evolution of blockchain and new features, digital is a way to go. ducknote is still one of XDNs alter ego. All in this story will fall into place over time - all duck/Dark/DigitalNote will be recognizable in different kind of clients, applications and use of XDN blockchain*. We expect 20 - 2000 satoshi price range this year, based on our knowledge and crypto market overview, but as any other we may be wrong. I don't know, I personally find it rather disconcerting if users in the chain can be identified. For example, it wouldn't be enough for me to simply get bitcoins at an exchange, send them to a random address, and then use them from that point on. Your identity would still be linked. However, given the public nature of the transactions, I'm not sure if there is any way around this.
I'm sure somebody somewhere would/will be happy to sell you bitcoins anonymously; just put cash and a bitcoin receiving address in an envelope and mail it. The exchange (who you'd have to trust to actually send you the coins) takes the cash and send coins to the address. They have no idea who you are, and your identity isn't linked to the coins. Well, it isn't linked to the coins until you forget to turn on TOR or I2P before spending coins on something illegal. Or you remain completely and utterly anonymous right up until you spend coins on something physical and have it shipped to your home address. Or you arrange to have contraband "dead dropped" somewhere, and you get arrested when you go to pick it up. None of which have anything to do with Bitcoins, and all of which seem to me to be more likely ways of getting into trouble than somebody managing to figure out that "transaction for purchase of illegal stuff" is linked to "Gavin purchased a bunch of Bitcoins from Bobby's Discount Bitcoin Emporium" last year. The lack of anonymity is the worst thing in the Bitcoin protocol. In my opinion the anonymity should be fixed urgently if you want Bitcoin to be adopted my mainstream people! Most people who heard about bitcoin doesn't know their transactions could be traced. When they realize that they say bye bye Bitcoin. I was very enthusiastic about Bitcoin, I bought some domains and was going to build some websites but when I realize the lack of anonymity I stopped all my plans. Yes I know, there are work arounds but why should I use a system that involve work arounds in order to not be traced ?! If I use banks at least I know only a few people/institutions can see my transactions, using Bitcoin anybody can see my transactions, that's horror !!! Why don't adopt zerocoin solution ? , it add complexity to protocol but mainstream people don't care about technical things, they just want an easy to use, cheap system... At this point I don't think adding anonymity (moreso UNLINKABILITY & UNTRACEABILITY) to the bitcoin protocol will be able to gain enough traction for "consensus" to take place. The addition of UNLINKABILITY and UNTRACEABILITY would violate the social contract of bitcoin and merchants that are already using bitcoin in one way would be forced to change the way bitcoin is used and "regulated". Sure, no need this in Bitcoin. Long life Satoshi! UNLINKABILITY and UNTRACEABILITY is a core features of any CryptoNote cryptocurrency, like DigitalNote, Monero, AEON. CPU-efficient PoW as an addition. |

Hello I'm relatively new to XDN but like this coin so far but the only question I had to ask was with the inwallet miner I am connected to pool xdn.miner.center:4555 so will rewards just automatically come to my wallet? Or will they come after a certain amount of XDN is confirmed? I hope someone can clear this up for me so I can figure out the best way to acquire some of these coins  Cheers I think there was a 5 XDN min payout on xdn.miner.center, so when you will mine 5 or more XDN, rewards should automatically come to your DigitalNote wallet. |

Could we reduce significantly the tx size by avoiding sub % ‰ amounts of xdn units ?
E.g. : How does 11,321 xdn sent play out vs. 11,321.987654321 xdn ?
What is the maximum allowed transaction size ,
and what number amount does it correspond to - in full integer amounts ?
default max block size for blocks with no penalty = 32kb, but XDN is scalable by default, when tx number will increase, median size will follow it. Ok the coins came back, but it happened again trying to send 10,000XDN. Is my wallet broken? I'm recieving XDN from mining just fine.

The main reason of inconveniences with your transaction is size = 35226 bytes. That is caused by 146 Inputs for your transaction. Please, try divide your transaction in that kind of cases to avoid any issues. In future when XDN will handle thousands of transactions per second Block size limit will be increased automatically. |

About DigitalNote crypto messages:
3. Message is encrypted with recipient`s private key (tracking key as an option in next XDN messages version). Even the sender can`t decrypt it. He can remember, but not decrypt.
Isn't the message encrypted with recipient's public key, so s/he can decrypt it with the corresponding private key?
We use a symmetric stream cipher. Message decryption process uses recipient`s private key data. You are speaking about asymmetric cipher, like RSA, etc. |

Ok one more question.... I wiped my computer, and installed Arch last night. I uploaded my digitalnotewallet.wallet to Google Drive. This morning I downloaded that file, and tried to open it, but it is stuck at block 200 while trying to sync. Do I have to let the wallet fully sync before I open the .wallet file that I uploaded as a backup? I let the wallet completely sync, then imported. Everything looks good now. Also you can edit your DigitalName and add Bitcoin address. How do I do this? I didn't see where. BTW, I made a package for Arch Linux if you want to upload it with the Debian/Ubuntu version. Before the end of this year we are planing to introduce DigitalNote Proof-of-activity.
That is PoW + PoS.
PoS part will be based on XDN blockchain banking deposits.
PoS part will have an additional reward = 150 XDN.
For everyone to understand:
1. XDN will be much more secure than any other CryptoNote cryptocurrency. DigitalNote will be resistant against a numerous types of attacks.
2. Stakeholders with deposited XDN will receive an additional interest for staying online and securing network.
3. We are working on industrial kind of DigitalNote core improvements, that will be introduced very soon with the new RPC-API and further going improvements.
4. New core improvements will be able to handle an extreme number of transactions and connections and Proof-of-activity security will elevate DigitalNote to industrial enterprise level.
