301  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ark surpass the ethereum ?? on: September 12, 2017, 12:04:30 PM
What does Ark do that solves any of Ethereum's problems? Also wasn't Ark a cross blockchain solution of sorts? I don't even know what the thing does to be honest. What I know is, I wish I bought this thing at 50 cents. Why the hell is it pumping to $4 now? any news to justify this pump or is just more pump and dumping business as usual?
302  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bancor - price speculation on: September 11, 2017, 02:27:42 PM
What do you guys think about Bancor price in the future?
I think it can reach 6-7$ till end of the year if everything goes by plan?
My plan is to hold it at least 2 years and hopefully i'm gonna make some profit?

What's the plan? Because as far as im concerned, Bancor holds 2 records at the moment:

1) Most hyped out, fastest sold out ICO ever
2) Worst performance on an ICO ever

The chart looks pretty depressing. Why would this thing go up anytime soon? Im not buying any unless you have some pretty convincing news.
303  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP - Ripple Currently being sued for 1 BILLION? on: September 11, 2017, 02:14:29 PM
This will surely affect XRP's image if the scandal gets bigger. Imagine if other companies will start questioning Ripple's leadership and its decisions. Also if R3 wins the suit I think they will at least dump a part of the coins or all of them actually because overall this could affect XRP as a whole and its credibility, this will be just the drop to start the hehe ripple effect.

R3 is bankster garbage, a conglomerate of the same weasels as always trying to get into the crypto bandwaggon. Ripple was always a scam, I hope that whoever was holding it for some reason, managed to dump during the nonsense pump we saw a while ago and made some killer BTC gains, otherwise you are screwed for the time being and holding a bag of useless coins.

BTC is already recovering after being banned by china for the 1000th time.
304  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Pacquiao vs. Horn - REMATCH! on: September 11, 2017, 11:27:08 AM
Is there any confirmation of a rematch or this is an speculation thread?

A rematch could be a success when it comes to PPV, mainly because if Pacquiao fucks up again and doesn't clearly win over Horn, his career is pretty much over at that point. I mean Horn started boxing professionally at age 18 and he's like a piano teacher or something, this is not the typical young lion that started boxing since age 6 trained by professionals, yet he managed to win Pacquiao, so either he is really good or Pacquiao is really out of shape and as lost its touch and needs to retire.

And I don't think Pacman got robbed, I think Horn did enough to win a split decision.

Are you kidding me bro? Did you take a look at the stats of the whole match? Horn is missing a lot of punches. Paquiao did a lot of damage to Horn. If you look at the face of Horn after the fight. Horn just got lucky because Paquiao is very tired at the 9th round. Actually it should be stopped by the referee because Horn is responding to punches that manny are being thrown. That's why the commentator lashes out because of that disgusting decision.

Im saying that the fight was not that clearly one sided as some make it to be. Horn did fuck up Pacquiao pretty good in the late rounds and scored a lot of points. Pacquiao throws a lot of punches that don't really count, his volume of punching is really high but not that accurate.

I need to watch the fight again because I dont really remember it now but from watching it live it didn't seem like an outrageous robbery for Pacman in my book.

You certainly need to watch the fight again because you didn't consider the fight was a controversial for certain Filipinos, that they had rigged the fight but 2 of the judges score the book in favor of horn, well even I don't believe the score board but I think horn has the upper hand getting much of the rounds and because he has the farther reach than Pacquiao and being younger than him he's showing the heart of a champion. He took Pacquiao’s best shots, refused to fall, and came back swinging, but wish there could be another rematch to really prove that there is no controversy with the fight.

I don't think it matters anymore though. Pacquiao's not really that much interesed in it. The whole world watched the first fight and majority have the same conclusion of who won, even the experts. Pacquiao doesn't have much to gain if he agrees to a rematch

Well he would redeem himself after losing to a new guy. If at least you win the rematch, you leave it clear that you are still the superior fighter. If it stays like this, Pacquiao should retire. Who is going to want to pay for PPV now that he got beaten by this young new guy which didn't had a single impressive win of top caliber?

It's time for Pacquiao to destroy this guy in a rematch or just retire.
305  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH - will it go lower on: September 10, 2017, 04:12:11 PM
It's currently $286 on coinmarketcap. I need to buy some ETH to participate in an ICO soon. Is now a good time to buy or do you think it will go down more in the next few days?

I wouldn't be holding any Ethereum right now to be honest. There's too much unstability with the fundamentals. The hardfork is coming soon from what i've read, which could result in a big mess of 4 Ethereums, one of these may pump but in the long term it's not looking good to be honest.

Also the ICO ban stuff makes it not a good idea to hold the thing. Any gov can crash it even worse than BTC if they talk about ICOs in a bad way.
306  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Ethereum's only use case is issuing ICO's on: September 10, 2017, 02:26:02 PM
Ethereums only actual real use case thus far has been issuing ICO's. Billions worth of ICO tokens have been deployed by Ethereum's smart contracts.

Now imagine what would happen if governments really banned ICO's... I don't see how Ethereum wouldn't suffer from a massive crash.

Bitcoin would probably be fine, except the same idiots as always that sell at any headlines containing ban+crypto/bitcoin would also dump, but it would quickly recover. Ethereum... not so much.

Let's hope this was it for Bitcoin and we are going back to $5000 now, double bottomed and it's going up. Hopefully not heads and shoulders formation with further drop, that would suck.
307  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too many ICOs. when are they getting into exchanges? on: September 10, 2017, 01:27:48 PM
I thought i was only person that noticed this. investors need to do some rigorous background check before putting money on any ICO

A lot of ICO's never get on any relevant exchanges. That is the worst case scenario for someone that invests in an ICO. If the token you are holding always stays in one of these tiny irrelevant altcoin exchanges with no liquidity you are pretty much fucked.

If you want your coin to pump, you got to get it on the big exchanges, it is what it is.

309  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Etherium hard fork possibly today??? on: September 09, 2017, 04:26:46 PM
What does this actually mean, when Ethereum get forked? Does Ethereum holders than have another Ethereum classic kind of coin in parallel to the Ethereum they are already holding. So similar to BTC and BCC? And how would this one be called?

Ethereum has to fork sometime in order to get rid of PoW and just function under PoS.. this means that the early adopters (basically the devs...) will have even more deciding power no the system because as far as I know the Ethereum distribution sucked, so PoS will make it worse.

Ironically, it may actually pump pre-hardfork because some people like to buy whatever token is about to hardfork in order to receive the token on the other chain after the split.
Of course all hardforks tend to cause disruption and a followed crash so im not saying it's a good idea for you to go buy ETH before the crash unless you like risk and manage to time things right.

311  Economy / Economics / Re: China Will Kill Bitcoin: A Conspiracy Theory on: September 09, 2017, 12:50:32 PM
I am presenting a speculative idea and a conspiracy theory and here it is: China is planning to kill the whole of the cryptocurrency market starting with the biggest of them all Bitcoin and all the rest will follow. In fact, there is a detailed plan being worked out on here and it started with the banning of all ICO projects...next is the ban of all Bitcoin exchanges and soon all citizens of China having Bitcoin will be imprisoned for 20 years (only 5 years if the person will surrender his Bitcoin to the government for possible burning).

Do you think am I hallucinating due to the "shabu I bought coming from China? Or am I only making some predictions that has more chance to come true than playing in lottery?

Please tell me what you think...and let's have some fun!

I don't think China wants to kill Bitcoin, they want to take control of it by firing the current developers and putting Bitmain-funded developers on it. Bitcoin Cash is their attempt to make it the official Bitcoin. I mean just look at who is mining Bitcoin Cash and tell me Bitcoin Cash isn't Bitcoin China with a straight face.

This is only the beginning, they keep trying. China doesn't want a currency that isn't controlled by them in the hands of their citizens. So what we need to do is not fall for the FUD and hold the real Bitcoin.
312  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 215: Johnson vs Borg Info and Prediction Thread on: September 09, 2017, 12:02:39 PM
Im not paying mch attention to this to be honest. I don't want to pull an all nighter too often anymore to watch fights live because it screws up my schelude. Im improving my health lately by going to bed earlier and screwing this up every weekend to go to bed at 7 in the morning to watch the fights always resets this. I will do an exception for GGG vs Canelo next week of course, but im not seeing this or putting any money on it. I will watch it somewhere the day after.

Oh and I just saw that Borg was out, so the card will probably suck now.
313  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever gambled to escape worry, trouble, boredom, loneliness, grief or lose on: September 08, 2017, 05:32:19 PM
I never gamble to escape worry, trouble, boredom, loneliness, grief or lose, mainly because I know gambling is inherently stupid and you are going to lose, but I like the thrill of gambling in special occasions when I take a trip to Las Vegas with friends or something. So actually I gamble less than 10 days per year.

If I was rich I would like to attend the big boxing fights in MGM grand and I would for sure play around in the casino while im at it, but im not rich so im stuck watching pirated streams.
We do have the same hopes  Grin How i wish that i would be rich like that in able to do those things i do really like to experience but well back to the topic I do play gambling when my mood is good and if i do have vacant times.I dont really play on those times when im in trouble or boredom,grief/loss because most of the time i will not able to enjoy my game because i cant think off properly for sure.

One of the main reasons I want to be rich is literally to go watch the big boxing bouts. Like for example I would like to make a trip with some bros and go on Las Vegas this weekend to watch Canelo vs Golovkin fight, but I dont have money so I have to resort to stay at home and watch it on some stream (I can't even afford PPV, im saving every penny for crypto).

Hopefully in 10 years BTC will be worth a fuckton and also hopefully I nail a homerun and im holding a new crypto that blows up x1000 in value, that would be enough to retire.
314  Local / Esercizi commerciali / Re: what do you think will be the future of this market? on: September 08, 2017, 01:46:13 PM
what do you think will be the future of this market? and what needs to change so governments will start to recognize it as a currency?

The whole value proposition of Bitcoin is that it works even if governments don't recognize it as a currency or as anything. The question is, how high can the price go without government recognition?

I think it can keep going up, but if the government decides to get in too, it would obviously make the price pump like a motherfucker, since most people are drones and need government approval.

There's also the paradox of how if the coin gets government approval, it may mean that it is not disruptive enough.
315  Economy / Speculation / Re: Core coin wealth moving to Bitcoin Cash on: September 08, 2017, 11:24:33 AM
I don't get it kwuckduck, you have been bearish on bitcoin since about 2010, and segwit is only a new development. Being that Bitcoin Cash is just Bitcoin without segwit (plus a larger blocksize), why are you so bullish about Bitcoin Cash? You were never bullish about Bitcoin when it was essentially the same as Bitcoin Cash.

Of course, anyone who is not a newbie knows the answer to this question, which is, that you are probably the biggest loser in bitcoin history, and through sheer stupidity missed out on being a multi-millionaire. But, seriously though, what are you going to do if Bitcoin Cash destroys Bitcoin and becomes the dominate high value coin? Which shitcoin are you going to shill for then and what bearish arguments do you have planned for Bitcoin Cash?

On another note, since you are such a loser and don't own any Bitcoin or Bitcoin Cash, and will therefore miss out on becoming a multi-millionaire for a second time, I'm honestly worried for you. What are you going to do then? Serious question. I am concerned that you would be even more depressed and unliked than now.

kwukduck is a perfect indicator of the opposite he is saying becoming true. Bitcoin Trash is collapsing and these propping this shitcoin are losing tons of money trying to keep the farce running.

Government-issued hashrate is mining it at a loss, they will run out of money eventually (even if they can print if infinitely, they will stop it once they realize it is futile)

Bitcoin hashrate just hit all time highs recently which proves Bitcoin Trash is only good for pump and dumping.
316  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best airdrop you ever got (or didnt get) on: September 08, 2017, 10:24:49 AM
I was hopping to get a decent amount of byteball after I linked a considerable amount of bitcoin addresses in the last airdrop, but I got less than $50 worth of byteball for more than $10000 worth of BTC linked. Honestly it was a waste of time. I don't know if I did something wrong of the rates are this shit at this point of the airdrop.

318  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Byteball help: How to get the sum of all wallets? on: September 07, 2017, 02:33:50 PM
I did not really get your problem to be honest. So, you have created six wallets (means six different seeds) to link each wallet to a particular Bitcoin address, right? If so, there is no other way as looking up the respective wallet balances on the Byteball explorer manually.
To give you a hint: The amount you get for your linked Bitcoins is very low since the yesterday's distribution. In October there will be no distribution. Next one is in November and there you will also only get very low earnings for your Bitcoins. Why don't you just send your Byteballs to one account? It is much easier to manage.

I created different wallets because I ran out of receiving addresses. I don't know if there's 6 separate seeds or you can recover the entire thing at once.

Since the program holds all the wallets at the same time, there should be a way to know the sum of all wallets without you having to sum it manually.

Why I didn't link everything to a single address? well because that's pretty stupid for anybody that knows how bitcoin's privacy work.

Btw, I have received an incredibly disappointing amount of byteball for the amount of BTC that I linked, looks like I wasted my time.
319  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Byteball help: How to get the sum of all wallets? on: September 07, 2017, 01:01:22 PM
I finally got my hands on some GBYTE. The payments worked, but I have a bunch of wallets, like 6 wallets, because I used one GBYTE address per BTC address, so when I had like 10 addresses on a wallet, it wouldn't create new GBYTE addresses, so I needed to create more wallets. I ended up with 6 wallets. My question is: How can I see the sum of GBYTE that im holding on all 6 wallets? and also blackbytes. Do I need to get my calculator off and sum it manually? because that's pretty lame.
320  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: PoSWCoin Unofficial Unmoderated Price Speculation Topic on: September 07, 2017, 10:02:34 AM
The idea was great. It was an useful service to mine (stake) PoS coins that you want to speculate with and you couldn't care enough to download the entire blockchain for. They got started with the wrong foot, but I think it will eventually get it's pump sooner or later. If I was holding bags, I wouldn't sell at a loss now. I mean it can't go any lower, it has found a stable price. I have experience of holding bags for 2 years that finally get a big pump and you are able to get out at great profits. I think if the devs keep taking care of the project, big money will want to put some attention into this.

Patience is key in the game of crypto-speculation.

I just said pretty much the same thing on another thread, the pump is coming, proper shitcoins have had better pumps yet this coin is actually doing something. New website coming soon, new dev team and masternodes too. Ledger support is already sorted and the hardware supports POSW.

As the cryptotards would say: Lambo soon!

It will take a while, but it will pump. The coin is not even on any major exchanges yet. Speculators love flat charts and the chart looks good to accumulate slowly and enjoy a pump later, but you have to have real patience, you must be ready to baghold for 1+ year easily. Most people don't have that kind of discipline and will not resist the temptation to dump it.
