LMFAO! I saw the PCFan petition thread and skipped over it, I had no idea that the great almighty GAWCEO came out of hiding to try to rally the troops to bring back a deserter from the cult. Just shows you what the priorities are. Fuck reality, it is all about what the cultmembers think. The last of the old guard waking up and running out on the cult is serious to a cult leader.  It is all about keeping the scam going for ONE MORE DAY, and then the next day, repeat.

He's re-establishing some friends and allies by shifting the conversation to something he and other koolaid drinkers can agree on.  To some degree: don't hate the player, hate the game (e.g., not a terrible tactic if you look at the objectives and potential payoff).  However, people need to learn to recognize that they're in a game first.  Right now, there are still too many docile Trumans out there.

I believe Trixter is right regarding Google's implementation of DKIM, only Google has access to the private key ever.  Google also has a minimum key lenght of 1024 bits which makes it very secure. Bitcoin Bar is going around saying you can break a 512bit key for $75, well as this was setup sometime in last November the key was a minimum of 1024.

Side note, as I was reading on the subject, I noticed that GAW removed the DKIM key from their DNS... Why would a company make itself less secure? (no need to answer)

When did they do this?  I saw the record when I posted earlier about the DKIM stuff, which makes me think that it was removed after my post talking about how they could invalidate old messages (or rather make them so you cant validate them).  If the timing fits then it is likely they are reading this thread and reacting to what is being said.

edit: I did not go direct so it may have been cached when I checked

I don't care, Mr Felt. When some asshole person comes in here making 1,000 word posts about why the sky is actually not blue but actually more likely some shade of blue gray or maybe clear but actually black and maybe it is actually blue but no one can actually know for sure  I treat them all the same. Uhmkay?

LOL- And now I see that you are waiting on a payment from him? LMAO! COOL! Better get typing your endless dribble, trixter. That one satoshi per word is some low wages bragh!

its all good, dude.  i looked him up before i gave him my money, which was not a lot.  totally understood my risk and sticking by my original research. wish those HTers would have done that.
305  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 04, 2015, 11:00:50 PM
trixter is obviously getting paid to shill by the word and needs every fucking satoshi he is getting paid to be a professional solipsist and help keep the GAW/Paycoin turdboat afloat for another day.

You should consider doing some due diligence on trixter.  he's not an unknown. his credentials RE: computers/tech should carry some weight on the tech stuff.  as far as interpreting the totality of facts, that's just more art than science and evey one does it a little differently.

The emails were already setup to go to the groups.  Maybe it had something to do with what Suchmoon said about them using gmail as the email provider.  The genius part and the reason you know they really are geniuses at work is that the google groups were all set to public.  By default spiders do not crawl google groups so unless you knew the URLs nobody would ever see the groups anyway.  What happened yesterday is that the URLs were posted in this thread making all of the geniuses emails publicly visible.

The reasons they went offline while people were viewing them is someone made them non-public.  I did notice a conspicuous absence of vlad during all of that.

+1 ^^ This is the most accurate representation of what took place. Anyone who has knowledge of Google Apps for Work knows that this is exactly what happened. There was no hack. These fools simply set their groups to public.

Groups are commonly used as a "catch all" inbox for say, accounting@gawminers.com, so that multiple people can receive those emails.

These idiots just didn't set it up properly and someone got lucky and found them.

Surely top of the line cryptography and computer programming experts who are capable or reinventing currency (old-school and digital) and global economy are capable of setting up Google Apps for Work.  CANNOT. BELIEVE. THIS. . .     Roll Eyes

Just because GAW/Paybase/BTC is hurting for cash doesn't mean Garza is. Even if he can't pay himself his $25,000 pound of flesh one month (which I doubt), he's not losing all he was paid before. His Tesla's not being repoed.

who said he has a tesla?  iirc, he just made some derpy comment about loving to visit tesla w/o saying anything else, could have been an online visit to the tesla website for all i know.  and, it doesn't matter - i chalk that statement up to more pumping, an indirect pump via purported personal payday for much claimed, but not proven, facts.

Umm in the treasure trove of emails was an invoice made out to Homero for detailing his Tesla. Now STFU!

missed that one, sorra - will stfu on tesla.  otherwise, will carry on.

He is wanting a half mil USD.  He's also a former partner, i think, and not your ordinary disgruntled employee. what he's claiming is value for equity (IIRC), not back wages.

Oh, I know that, I saw that letter from his lawyer (I guess we can put to rest the zombie rumors now). I just don't think he's going to get anything. If Garza can barely afford to pay for detailing his likely by now repoed Tesla - even that one had a $140 overdue amount - I don't think he's going to pay $500k.

Ok, don't have any speculation for you on ability to pay (if they can't pay, I would think BK asap (like today, asap) - although, not sure whether claims of investors who invested based on certain reps would be discharged).

not totally willing to stop speculatin' about zombies just yet - but definitely in a hodling (sic) pattern on it. either way, i can see needing to contact Orville about a partnership before too long.

One of the most interesting issues w/ the SEC investigation is the potential effect on proof of stake coins.

Possibly very pertinent. Anyone else noticed that the staking rate has drastically lowered in the last few days?

+ the large amount in that #1 wallet (did you notice all the other top wallets have the same amounts?) - wonder if related to a mordica settlement.  I believe they were working on something w/ stakers to get joe paid off (may be mis-remembering).

I don't think they really care about Mr. Mordica anymore, other than "let's make sure we don't have any seizeable/freezable assets if we get sued". They seem to be in much deeper shit that a disgruntled former employee.

Unless it's Mr. Mordica himself moving the coins.

Hmmm I wonder what will happen to coins like peercoin.

Forgive my ignorance but what is the issue of POS v.s POW on an investigation?

No idea.  Just speculating.  That said, a staker wallet - whatever the coin - is like a treasury bond.  it represents an entitlement to market price of wallet (in the case of xpy) + a right to an income stream (like an interest payment; or a dividend payment on a share of stock). Again, just speculating on an issue that could be bigger than gaw/paycoin.

Anyone who bought anything from Gaw, Paycoin, Paybase, Zen, their names addresses tel. no, forum user names, etc must be submitted to the SEC

http://www.scribd.com/doc/257653034/SEC-Subpeona-Josh-Garza-Paycoin-Scam#page=10

How to get out of this mess?

Pretty sure by investors they mean partners of the business. That's why in the same request they also require salary/dividend/capital gains info for each person.

AFAIK those of us who bought into GAW didn't get salaries, dividends, or capital gains.

Scroll down, page 11, #16 and #18, "Documents sufficient to identify all Persons who purchased PayCoin from GAW...", both during the ICO and after.

Paul and Vlad, the SEC owns you both  Grin

Ah damn, I must have missed that in the walls of text. Looks like they've got my name, though I'm not sure how GAW could have complied. To my knowledge all I ever gave them was a name and credit card info, and some bitcoin. No SSN, no proof of ID, etc. Pretty squarely in violation of "know your customer" laws if that is what their purpose was for.

Oh well, they can pass the info on to the IRS and I can get a tax writeoff. Smiley

Yep.  I posted this last night, but here it is again (focuses in on user info SEC is seeking):

First post under this new alt. I'm a semi-active user on this site, but I'm going to be posting under this alt for any discussion related to the giant dump of GAW information that got posted yesterday. I am going to start digging into the materials that were released later today.

Is there an easy way to break his work up into chunks and distribute it.  I wouldnt mind doing some analysis too but going over the same area as others would be silly.

I agree it would be good to split up the review and start a master document that contains all of the most relevant information, linked to the source archive(s). Posting in here in random chunks makes it very hard to follow.

Feel free to start aggregating here:

Thanks for setting that up. But if we wanted to use reddit for these purposes, may I suggest http://www.reddit.com/r/joshgarzaisafraud, which is semi-active and already has ~60 users?

Whatever works, doesn't matter to me - certainly enough room in the universe to discuss this stuff in multiple forums.

Could this mean we're also getting closer to figuring out whether Joe Mordica is a zombie or not?  Tongue

Heh, I looked into that.  There were actually 2 Joe Mordicas in the same city, at the same University.  GAW's Joe Mordica is 2 years older, and has a different middle name, than the one that died.

Excellent! Good digging.

You know for a fact that is an outright lie and not factual at all...

go ahead william robert girdlestone, trace a transaction on our i2p network, please. i've been waiting forever for you to back up your claim.

This guy?   http://thecoinfront.com/alleged-bitcoin-scammer-outed-on-bitcointalk-2/

Keyword "alleged"

That's like saying I allegedly owe Bitcoins when it's not possible to owe Bitcoins simple because I don't own Bitcoins nor does anyone else...

Just because you possess the private key linked to the public key of a Bitcoin address holding Bitcoins does not mean you own the Bitcoins....

I'm willing to risk going to jail until people start to realize that Bitcoins are not a storage medium to wait till the price goes to $10,000 a coin and sell out...

They are a medium of trade , a currency that is meant to be traded indefinitely and you should buy things , sell things , work , etc for Bitcoins but not hold them as a never ending , increasing value asset...

It is just a "yes" or "no" question, seems like you want me to interpret your answer as a qualified "yes."  I'll allow it for now.
