Yes you should be able to as far as I know but there is a limit of cards to order , Its impossible to order an unlimited amount of them. If its the same thing as before It should be 1 card from each currency USD,GBP,EUR otherwise It should be up to two cards per currency as I don't remember correctly. in pure theory, you can order more than one, after the current one is expiring. However, there might come a point when the bank would question such multiple card creation in the same name - really can't tell.. |

Money went into my card finally, if you can tell support to mark those 3 transactions as failed and completed it would be great.
I sent them so many emails that I don't want to bother them again for the millionth time.

I know we are many and you guys are few, I am sorry for making such a big fuss out of these things. Only reason is that I count on my card to work, when I see it doesnt i go nuts, especially when i need money the most in my hand.
There are a few flitches on the website that could be cleared so easily if you guys should make some smaller modifications.
Biggest example is "Service unavailable" when you try to move bitcoin funds that have less than 4 confirmations.

Guess (as you have stated in PM yourself), banks are getting smarter at detecting fake names and addresses..
fake names, you really ? the name can be anything, the world's vast number of names banks have their own databases of names and addresses, which are used for automated checks. If your name is, by any chance, the same as some world-famous terrorist, you may not be able to get a card until your identity has been verified. Don't ask how it works exactly - have no idea |

Today my account was verified and I am now able to buy bitcoin. Well done ecoin. I would recommend them to anyone. Just send valid documents and they will take care of it.
Still I think you should add the verifying part in the paypal to btc tutorial to save yourself and users from this hassle. If you added that, I would firstly verify my account and then wirhdraw money from paypal. Your support would not have to bother with me at all.
EDIT: Now when I try to send BTC I bought, I get transaction failed. Is this temporary issue or I need to contact support again?

I am American, and I know your company hates Americans lol,, so if I give my ID, I will be told "too bad, go away, NO AMERICANS"
So I need to make a fake name and make a new account.
I was honest and used my real name, (again) and that was the problem.
I will pretend to be someone else from somewhere else.
I am not mad at your service for not allowing USA people.

However your virtual card service no longer works, no matter what name or nationality. I have had friends sign up and try with no luck. Three people tried for me, 3 + me is 4 independent failures for virtual cards. Your bank must be broken again? no, nothing is broken, everything works. А то сейчас погоняешь хорошие суммы, а потом не дай бог решат что они подпадают под действие соглашения. про хорошие суммы, вы имеете в виду пополнение карты биткоинами или другими способами (пейпал, банковский перевод и пр.)? Биткоинами, и последующий вывод через банкоматы. ясно. пока никаких новых ограничений не появилось. еще раз зададим вопрос и напишем, когда будет какой-то ответ |
