301  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin be replaced by another cryptocurrency? on: September 09, 2017, 03:18:32 AM
Maybe it will happen. if Bitcoin loses the trust of its users or the government prohibits the use of Bitcoin to transact or also the emergence of newer, more sophisticated crypto coins from Bitcoin.
But for now I think Bitcoin is irreplaceable.
302  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If you have some BTCs, why not have some Gold too? on: September 09, 2017, 03:08:28 AM
Because I think gold can not be traded in realtime via the Internet like BTC.

304  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: between restaurant and bitcoin on: September 06, 2017, 04:00:52 PM
this is a very good culinary business when receiving payments using bitcoin BTC or other altcoin, so users of digital currency can easily use the currency, not only for investment but to enjoy life with bitcoin there is no place

Is there a restaurant in your area that has received payments using bitcoins or the like?

In my country there is no minimarket or restaurant that accept Bitcoin as payment.
But for the payment of electricity bills, internet bills, or game vouchers are now many places that receive Bitcoin as payment.
305  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How To Spot A Bitcoin Scam on: September 06, 2017, 03:46:32 PM
Any ideas on how to spot a bitcoin scam?
along with the famous bitcoin around the world because of its fantastic price, now there is a lot of fraud against bitcoin users.
among them using fake investment sites or fake mining services or how to double bitcoin quickly. I find so many scams spread across social media.
306  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading and security on: September 06, 2017, 03:42:15 PM
I have never experienced a problem with my wallet security (not wallet paper).
as long as you use 2fa in my opinion, your account / your wallet will be fine.
307  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Really A Currency or An Asset? on: September 06, 2017, 03:30:58 PM
Bitcoin has been touted as a crypto-currency, capable of replacing fiat currencies but the reality today is that most people prefer to hold bitcoins rather than spend it. Can we really say it si a currency when a large number of bitcoin users treat it as an asset?
I am the person who thinks that Bitcoin is an asset because the price movement is increasing rapidly.
maybe what is meant by "bitcoin replace fiat" is people more interested to make money from bitcoin not with fiat anymore.
308  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's The Minimum Investment? on: September 05, 2017, 11:04:29 PM
If you're looking to make any sort of profit from cryptocurrency and you're just starting out, what do you think is the minimum starting investment you ought to put into it?

Yes, I know "you should only put in what you're willing to lose" but surely there should be a barest minimum, right?

EDIT: If you don't mind sharing, how much did you start with?
there is no minimum limit to invest in bitcoin or altcoin. your profit or loss depends on the capital and market situation.
if you invest in altcoin trading I think $ 1000 is very appropriate to get a decent profit.
309  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin thieves ? on: September 05, 2017, 10:46:40 PM
I think blockchain is not easy to hack because it is equipped with 2fa.
although in the article it is said that they also steal phone numbers to get 2fa. but I think that's pretty hard.
the problem now is MEW & Waves. no special security to enter into waves & MEW accounts rely solely on private key. this is very easy once hacked, even if only use fishing web.
310  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you keep buying? on: September 05, 2017, 10:16:40 PM
Bitcoin price keeps increasing. Price is x10 considering last year. Even 25k-50k-100k is predicted.

Are you adding more bitcoin by buying with cash? or you trade or invest in ICOs & altcoins in order to increase the amount you have?

or do you just hold what you have?
I have been holding Bitcoin since 2016 and continue working to improve BTC with Altcoin trading and investing in an ICO project.
311  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is your favorite trading exchange ? on: September 05, 2017, 10:13:26 AM
My favorite exchange is bittrex
because bittrex interface is easy to understand, many fiture that support for easy trade and bittrex do not have junk coin.
I trade using PC and smartphone for my smartphone using Ztrader App.
312  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How much did you lost today, including profits. on: September 05, 2017, 05:35:08 AM
Bitcoin and Altcoin prices are all down now.
most of my funds are in altcoin.
XEL = 30% and TKN = 50%
if sell it now i got a loss of about $ 2000.
313  Economy / Speculation / Re: reason behind today's bitcoin price fall on: September 05, 2017, 05:27:27 AM
Does anybody know why bitcoin price is falling recently? It went down from $4900 to 4100 already!
How low will it go?
When do you expect bounce back?
I do not know why this affects or not, but the decline in bitcoin prices at the same time when the information emerged that China issued the rule that ico is illegal. BTC price is now $ 41000 I think it is normal, and I am sure will bounce back in the near future.
314  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buying from ICO or trading altcoin. on: September 05, 2017, 03:58:42 AM
Which is more risky buying a token from the ICO or in trading?

I think more risk to buy coin ico, because it could be fake ICO and could be ICO price after distributed down drastically not equal to the price of buying ico.
I agree with your thoughts.
that ico is now a lot of cheats. so the Chinese government now makes the rule that ICO is illegal.
it concludes that ICO is more risky than trade.
but in the advantages of ICO more profitable than trade.
315  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where do you get your ideas for investments? on: September 05, 2017, 03:54:39 AM
I get the inspiration to invest in bitcoin is from my friend.
he has experience and earnings in investing bitcoin.
and I did not follow some experts.
316  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I invest (safely) in Bitcoin for the long term? on: September 05, 2017, 03:41:04 AM
no one tell you that online system are safe, but I you have perfect knowledge about online then it will be safe.becouse you know how to use your money. yes, coinbase platform is the most popular and save to invest your btc.
yes, I agree with you that there is no safe deposit of money online. in addition to hackers the absence of any internet connection can be a cause you lose your money. but currently the risk is very small.
the safest way is not to put all your money in bitcoin.
317  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin dies does altcoin die? on: September 05, 2017, 03:32:47 AM
I only think of a limited scenarios in which Altcoins won't die along with Bitcoin and that is when all Bitcoin holders have migrated or shift into the next big cryptocurrency available, but that is of only Bitcoin failed by itself. But if the government have dofferent views otherwise then Bitcoin and other altcoins will die together because Bitcoin is the biggest cryptocurrency in terms of market share, and other are only trading altcoins to earn Bitcoin in the process.
This is true because if bitcoin falls, bitcoin users might jump on the next big altcoin there is. And also altcoins dont have the same developers so its really hard to see all of the altcoins dying and disappearing. A new altcoin will surely rise if bitcoin falls.
What if the new altcoin you are talking about is ETH? is that possible?
as I said in the post above that ETH ranks second most popular coins today.
318  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What made 'Bitcoin' the Bitcoin it is today? on: September 05, 2017, 03:26:13 AM
Bitcoin became popular because of its unpredictable feature that attracts investors and other bitcoin users. The value suddenly increases and sometimes decreases but it remain valuable item for investment. The demand in bitcoin continue to grow and also it's value, more people get interested in bitcoin specially now that the value keep appreciating from time to time. I think in future time many will adopt bitcoin and it will become the most powerful crypto currency in the world.
I agree with you, that bitcoin will be much to adopt in the future.
but the bitcoin weakness that I feel right now is the delay of bitcoin transactions so I have to wait 10-15 minutes until the transaction is over.
hopefully this deficiency can be fixed in the future. I want a bitcoin transaction speed like sending SMS.
319  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin dies does altcoin die? on: September 05, 2017, 03:15:55 AM
Bitcoin is a very popular crypto coin today, we know that Bitcoin will be very expensive in the future but I imagine if Bitcoin die, whether there will be hope for the future of altcoin? because most altcoin exchanges are to bitcoins
your opinion is highly appreciated. Smiley

It might depend on the reason why Bitcoin can die. In case when the death is due to total ban of Bitcoin as done by all governments or regimes then there is a possibility that Bitcoin death can also mean the death of altcoins. Now, if the reason can be other than that or it is within Bitcoin like losing the appeal from the market then there is a possibility that another coin can rise up to take the vacuum of leadership.
Thank you for your answers.
I also think if bitcoin dies because of loss of attraction and consumers. ETH will take over Bitcoin because we know that ETH is the most popular after Bitcoin. how do you think about that?
