Don't you have your XT circlejerk forum now? Why don't you stay over there?
302  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Bitcoin? on: September 07, 2015, 10:34:20 PM
I put all my btc in a paper wallet, dig a hole, put the paper in there, and water the spot once a day.  After a week, I've noticed some sprouting!  We'll see in another week if it turns into a bitcoin tree

0/10, QR code smudged in the muddy water and now I can't access my private key.
303  Other / Off-topic / Re: Windows 7 VS Windows 10 on: September 07, 2015, 10:33:18 PM
you cant buy many new computers with windows 7 anymore.....even though its much better than windows 8.1 and heights above windows 10

You could download a slightly less than legal copy of Windows 7.
304  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you used Bitcoin as Real money to buy Real/physical goods? on: September 07, 2015, 10:31:57 PM
Buying on newegg, tigerdirect, gmg, humble bundle really make anything game and hardware related a cinch to get. I went and got free shipping subscription and bam. I can buy piece by piece at any convenient time without the need to bundle things to not get raped on shipping fee. Smiley

Which site did you get the subscription for? Is it like Amazon Prime?
305  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your first bitcoins came from.. (faucets aside) on: September 07, 2015, 10:31:31 PM
My first bitcoins came from mining some time ago. I enjoyed that time and try to keep them for the future.

How many did you mine?
306  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you ever attended a bitcoin meetup? on: September 07, 2015, 09:38:20 PM
I probably would go to a Bitcoin meetup as long as it was nearby.
307  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I have 0.02 btc , want to invest on: September 07, 2015, 09:36:13 PM
0.02btc is I think a good amount for my start-up (lol)

Explain how your site isn't a ponzi, other than "This system is not a ponzi because you will get back your investment."

Because with a ponzi you will never get back your investment if you are among the last ones.
And this is normal because your investment is used to pay the previous investors.

Of course my system "could" be a ponsi if I'm a scammer.
This is why it is not easy to know what is a ponzi and what is not a ponzi.

A ponzi generaly tell you how much you will earn.
I do not tell you how much you will earn in 100 days.
You will only earn what is possible to earn and this "what is possible to earn" comes from incomes and not from new investors.
If you follow what is published on the site you understand  better what i say.

I can see information about Bitcoin, but not about your scheme.
What exactly am I investing in?

Hi, I bought an Amazon Gift Certificate but it turns out that I need to provide Credit Card details to verify.
I'm looking to buy a Virtual Credit Card that I can use for this, the balance on it doesn't matter.
Please tell me the price, thanks  Smiley

Done, thank you.

Even lending money to people has become dangerous nowadays you can check the subforum and so many defaulted mostly when they give their account as collateral.

If you make sure not to lend more than the value of the collateral, it should be fine.

314  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Edeka "A big largest German supermarket corporation" accepts bitcoin on: September 07, 2015, 02:53:09 PM
If only big supermarkets in the UK would accept BTC too (even if it was through BitPay).
Right now I have to buy gift cards with BTC.
315  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's the next big thing? on: September 07, 2015, 02:19:24 PM
The problem I see with Ethereum is its lacking of incentive. There are so many interesting technologies that no one cares about because of no incentive, such kind of technology would not direct benefit the participants, it must be driven by a centralized organization who have lots of resources to invest and make some products that can be accepted by market

For bitcoin the incentive for participants are very intuitive: You mine the coins and sell it for profit, you accept bitcoin payment thus make bitcoin more valuable

How could an average Joe to benefit from Ethereum? I think the Ethereum from its very establishing is just to prevent normal people from participating:

"What Ethereum intends to provide is a blockchain with a built-in fully fledged Turing-complete programming language that can be used to create "contracts" that can be used to encode arbitrary state transition functions, allowing users to create any of the systems described above, as well as many others that we have not yet imagined, simply by writing up the logic in a few lines of code."

You need a doctor degree in computer science to understand what is the meaning of all these buzz. And still, the concept of "contracts" are not solid due to the fact that it need centralized authorities to enforce

After Ethereum Frontier, I think they are planning on making it a bit easier to use.
316  Economy / Services / Re: YoBit.Net - Signature Campaign - Realtime Payouts (daily) on: September 07, 2015, 02:18:13 PM
Nobody in their right mind would stay on this campaign as a Full Member when you get 0.0002 and bitmixer pays out 0.0007.

With this campaign, the maximum you can get as a full member is 0.035 BTC per week, which is the same as BitMixer.
317  Economy / Services / Re: YoBit.Net - Signature Campaign - Realtime Payouts (daily) on: September 07, 2015, 01:25:27 PM
I want to inform that im gonna leave your campaign for now.I decided to leave to improve my earnings and maybe in the future I will come back again.
Thank you

Congrats you woke up now. Time is gold here so we don't want to waste each milliseconds of our life. I will back here soon too if they will have a big and nice update. I want Yobit signature campaign but Im growing up and consuming much more foods and drinks everyday to survive in this world that's why I need a changes in my earnings.

I don't think anybody expects a living from a signature campaign. Most people are probably doing it to get paid for something that they normally do anyway.

The problem is the system that can't handle them.

But the network carried on working during the spam attacks.
320  Economy / Exchanges / Re: My experience with the CEO of AstroBit.US! Terrible! on: September 07, 2015, 11:38:40 AM
So he told me the Beta would be up this week (never went live) I told him I was potentially interested in finding someone with 10k BTC to exchange to USD, after the Beta never went live I said I'm no longer interested in the phony exchange that never went live and he personally messages me on Facebook with this rant:

Be careful this exchange seems VERY unprofessional!

I guess me not wanting to promote an exchange giving me false hopes is illegal these days!

10k btc? Nigga please....

I think he means $10,000 in BTC.
