Impressive run winning seven matches in a row during this competition before Fluxo finally managed to win one later in the day.
Their current record for the challenger league is also impressive with only 2 losses out of 16 matches played. They're probably halfway through locking one of the top two spots for the Pro League S20.

It's interesting that two good teams are found in the lower bracket, Gaimin Gladiators and Tundra Esports, do you think that one of them will have a cinderella lower bracket story making it to the finals?
Gaimin Gladiators have a good road to the finals assuming they face XG, and I expect the opposite on Tundra as they could be the first team that can get eliminated from the playoffs.

Then again the Chinese teams are on a roll right now and I think they have the better chance at grabbing that final spot from the lower bracket.

Have my betslip made for this UFC 300 including all bouts with a huge amount of odds over 558x.
Betslip was too long it didn't show all the selections.
They can be viewed on the share betslip link here provided by Sportsbet.io:

That's one fun multi-bet, and now i'm tempted to place a bet once my account gets topped up since I like a couple of the favorites you picked.

I wouldn't dare to go for that many legs unless it's a multi-master, but I wish you the best of luck.  Wink

I guess its time for Team Spirit to get another member for replacement huh.
Maybe they're saving their strategies for the other tournaments since there's only prize money in this tournament, and they could be shifting their focus on ESL Birmingham which is only a few weeks away.

Anyway, whats up with these china region top seed teams, all of them are still proceeding through to the playoff stage. They are not probably not the best team around right now compared to some teams like Falcons and Team Liquid but those 3 are still pretty good though
Those three teams have at least one of the best LGD players (NTS on G2.IG, Ame on XG, and Faith_bian on AR), so it's expected to see them rise slightly above the rest.

Most of my points are so cooked for Pot B. I knew I should've gone for Atletico Madrid instead of wasting it on Arsenal. My only hope is getting at least a few points in Man City's second leg.

On the other hand, my Superbru results went better than expected as I gained a few spots from the Atletico Madrid match.  Cheesy

Guys I went with the bonus bet for the Bayern Munich - Arsenal game, saying that there will be a penalty shootout after the 2nd leg. I can't recall the wording exactly, but the pick would win if the 2nd leg ends with a penalty shootout is that correct?
After checking the Excel spreadsheet, that is correct you should get the points if they somehow get to a penalty shootout next week.

I've used the same method back then, frequently switching to a new casino every other day and i'd say it becomes risky depending on what kind of games you're going to play.

From my experience, it's not that different from most strategies that can hit or miss since it still relies on luck.

It may not very well apply in crypto since there are only a few crypto casinos that are reputable. If you hop from one casino to another because you won $100 each from them, you may end up in a scam casino soon.

As for now while there are only a few Bitcoin casinos, we are trying our luck on the same casino because we don't want to end up being scammed over and over. But sure its a good strategy.
As long as OP takes the time to do a quick search on the casino he plays, he could easily avoid the questionable casinos. We now have a lot of websites that do crypto casino reviews, and I think he'll eventually move on to another strategy before he runs out of reputable casinos.
306  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you feel when you experience violence while gambling on: April 10, 2024, 03:58:55 PM
If i'm betting physically and there's a fight about to escalate in the same row as i'm playing, i'd quickly stay away from it because you always never know if those people brought a weapon with them.

I've never experienced it before, and hopefully, it stays that way knowing it can get out of hand.

What on earth will result in a gambler fighting his fellow gambler when he knows that they are in for a bet to know who plays better than the other?

I call it stupidity when a gambler refuses to accept that he is a loser to his fellow gambler, fighting will then be the only option that comes to their mind. Like fighting will make them have their lost money back.
Unfortunately, there are always stubborn people who can't take in their losses and become desperate to fight back even though it's the wrong thing to do.

Despite the good games that OG has got. They're still in danger if they're not going to win the last day match that they have tomorrow.

Two series for them, with Heroic which was already eliminated but can give them headache and the same goes with Azure Ray. And as we speak about OG, they've got a direct replacement by ESL due to the visa issues of 1win.

What a way OG, after this, they're going to ESL Birmingham.
The 4-0 win from PSG.Quest and the 2-0 win AR earned from yesterday's matches reduced their chances. Now they'll need at least 3/4 map wins to secure a tiebreaker and lock one of the lower bracket slots, or 4/4 win for the second upper bracket slot.

That sudden replacement for the ESL Birmingham was a blessing for OG, and I don't mind if we can see them again pull another miracle win against the currently hottest team.  Wink

I'll temporarily move to League bets while waiting for the Elite League playoffs on Friday. TES knocked JDG down to the lower bracket last weekend and i'd assume they'll do better now that they get to face a weaker opponent.

Edit: What a throw by JDG, it should've been a 3-0 but they let NiP push it to a fifth map.

It feels good to have an early lead with the Real/City question, but that exit from Alcaraz was unexpected, and now I gave dbshck a free point from the tennis question.  Tongue

After comparing our predictions, I guess our round will end on Thursday or Friday, possibly with a low-scoring outcome depending on how the remaining questions pan out.

Champions league quarters start in just about 45 mins and for some reason im feeling a draw on both matches  Grin

Dont agree with bayern odds at 4.7  Roll Eyes
City gonna win at home anyways so they might be just comfortable with a draw todaay  Shocked
Nice shout on both matches ending in a draw, I didn't expect Bayern to come out swinging against Arsenal on the road, I had low expectations from them due to their poor form.

I was close to pulling the trigger on Man City's special, then had the same thought on Man City being satisfied with a draw.

They covered the spread and then some so everybody was content with their performance no matter how much over a handicap you had on with a 75-60 score at the end of it all.
The under also covered which has been the trend with UConn's matches.  Cheesy

The Suns failed me last time against the Timberwolves, Beal tried his best to keep them in the game, but Grayson Allen missed a lot of good looks that cost them the game.

Today they should return to their winning ways since they still have a chance to take the 6th spot from the Pelicans, and the Clippers won't have most of their starting players.

I'm not inclined to bet on these kinds of wagers. Five legs and only a small odds payout. I'd rather stick to single bets with low odds than that; I'm not comfortable with this picks. I think there's always one pick that will fail, just like with your picks before. Lol Anyway good luck again!
Same, I used to make similar parlays before realizing that it's too risky than what the odds suggest. Then again, there's nothing wrong with taking moneyline parlays if it works.

Edit: Never mind, i'm starting to think my bet is already cooked if the Suns consistently brick while the Clippers are making every shot count.

Is there a reliable website for soccer predictions? If yes, what is it called?
I'd recommend this subreddit(SoccerBetting) over a prediction site that might sell you their paid picks.

On that subreddit, you'll always find some bettors sharing their free predictions through the daily threads, and if you're lucky you could even catch bettors on a heater sharing consistent winners.

One thing to note is that the predictions you can find there won't always be reliable, but it's better than buying picks if that's your plan.
312  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you achieved anything from gambling on: April 09, 2024, 04:41:10 PM
I rarely hit anything big from my bets, but I got lucky by participating in one of Sportsbet's promotions back then the next few days my account suddenly had a whole bitcoin. I quickly spent most of it to buy a good phone because my old phone was on its last legs.

That's probably the best thing i've achieved with my luck as my next big win is half of that. My second big win only happened after I went on a couple of lucky runs that lasted for a few weeks. I used those winnings to upgrade my desktop, and I remember encouraging myself to spend the winnings because I kept overthinking if I should keep pushing my luck or walk away.
313  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: April 09, 2024, 05:00:37 AM
I wouldn't expect from them when it's come to these tournaments that are still early for the TI. I am not trying to defend them or what, but this Elite league doesn't have points for qualifying into the bigger tournament and that's why I think that they're falling shortly. But without having any reasonings, the other teams are just better than them. It's like they are becoming on their 100% when the tournament is having a lot of prize pool and qualification for the bigger tournament. This Elite league has got a $300k prize for the champion and that's still a lot of money but knowing that these champs, they can win or just play as if there is nothing to worry about as there's no points and that prize pool has a place for everybody even at the lowest placers.
My thoughts are the same on the other teams struggling in the group stage. There's no urgency for them to go all out as there are more important tournaments like the ones from ESL and DreamLeague since those tournaments are the only road for the Esports World Cup, which is becoming like the replacement for TI.

Anyway, at some news. I can't imagine Taiga was even doing his 322 when he was still at OG and that's why there's something off with OG at that time. Too much addiction really can cause you a lot of breakdowns and can make you lose your career. He's one of the best supports out there but he's gone out of the career due to addiction in gambling and no team will take him at this time. Props to his former teammates coming from Alliance, to Liquid and to OG. His teammates at Liquid are doing good but him, he's left behind.
The unexpected thing about his case was rigging the first blood, as he already admitted his gambling addiction before, and the community only gave him nothing but positivity.

He's still playing for a team in the SA region, but there's no chance for them to qualify as Boom, Heroic, and beastcoast are always fighting at the top.
314  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: User experience Trends in Online Gambling: What's Next? on: April 09, 2024, 03:53:15 AM
Another feature I will like to be added is the option of playing the normal games we play on our mobile phone and get paid by it. For example funding an online casino and playing online dice game or brick game and get paid after wining just like the way we waste most times on playing some mobile games that takes more of our time without benefits. But if they can make those game more interesting people would put more interest in such gambling.
That was a trend back then, but I doubt casinos would implement that option since that's just an alternative faucet with extra steps. If it becomes a feature in a crypto casino, it'd likely be locked behind a VIP program and they'll require you to wager a significant amount.

You can find some faucets in this thread, I remember claiming a casino's faucet and you have to win on their mini-game.
315  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you depend on game predictions by supercomputers? on: April 09, 2024, 01:29:21 AM
Do you think these predictions are reliable?
These predictions are like a trap IMO, so you're better off relying on your predictions. If you plan to rely on these predictions because you don't follow the sport as much, always take them with a grain of salt.

They could have the same expectations as the odds provider, but it's still not good enough where you should put your money on it. It's the same reason for those who take the risk on underdogs and after a few matches their odds get adjusted until they become one of the few favorites to win the league.
316  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESports betting -CS:GO, DOTA 2, LOL, Valorant - Sportsbet.io discussion thread on: April 09, 2024, 12:19:56 AM
And the first team to get eliminated on this round-robin stage is team Heroic. They've only won 1 time against Falcons and it isn't followed by any.

They still have one match against OG but that will not make any more sense whether they win or lose. They can just give OG a loss for the points system to make sure that OG will also get out.
They also 2-0'd Team Spirit, but it's not enough as they dropped too many 0-2s to their opponents.

Even with not much on the line, i'd assume they'll take that final match seriously because it's still an opportunity to deny another team from qualifying for the playoffs.

Then again, OG did the impossible by giving Team Falcons their first 0-2 loss so they'd probably have a good chance of making it out unless they fail to get a map from Azure Ray.
317  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does prediction in sport work for you? on: April 08, 2024, 04:27:58 PM
If you are interested in gambling on sports, do you rely on prediction betting sites? Why?
What is the most prominent site you rely on?
I only rely on public betting groups like the ones you could find on social media sites (Twitter, Reddit, etc.). I rarely follow those betting sites with paid picks because no matter how good of a research they've done for their pick it still depends on luck, and their record isn't any different to bettors you find on public groups. I'd even say the public betting groups are better because there are bettors who'll provide interesting stats and you can even find bettors who know their stuff.
318  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io Betting discussion thread rev on: April 08, 2024, 03:28:48 AM
I got my hopes up on yesterday's F1 special with Yuki Tsunoda getting the points and then Daniel Ricciardo spoiled it by not finishing.  Tongue

Watched those matches in the epl earlier and of course there just had to be draws for both Liverpool & Chelsea.
I expected Liverpool to drop points, but Man United made it a lot more interesting once they got the lead after going down 0-1.

Even though Arsenal is currently in the lead, there are still a bunch of rounds left and they'll also have to face Man United on the road next month.

For the NCAA tournament, UConn should get it done against Purdue, and i'm thinking of locking in their spread (-6.5) since they're still the team to win it all.

319  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stopping the curse of losing streak? on: April 08, 2024, 02:49:55 AM
In your case, how do you approach when you are on losing streak so badly on specific game. Does changing game works for you?
If i'm having a lot of bad sessions and my luck isn't changing anytime soon i'd lower my bankroll and slowly endure the streak. Switching to a different game can be a good alternative to help you power through your losses, but it's not guaranteed to work, and it's more like a coincidence if it does end your losing streak.

Trying new games to you and taking break will help you to snap out of your losing streak because chasing losses usually make us trap on our losses.
Aside from this, choose the games you enjoy, and try to think less about your losses, so you won't be encouraged to chase whenever you start losing.
320  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESports betting -CS:GO, DOTA 2, LOL, Valorant - Sportsbet.io discussion thread on: April 08, 2024, 01:43:55 AM
Just started watching Elite League and noticed Team Falcons vs Heroic was a BO2 because it is round robin stage, so of course it ended 1-1.
They just started the match for the Team Spirit versus a team I had not heard of before G2.iG
This one might be the 2-0 match you were wanting it to be for the Falcons.
Unfortunately, it ended in a draw because their draft felt forced with the Weaver carry. It nearly failed on the first map if Heroic didn't lose their patience and on the second map, they still went for a similar draft like they were limit testing. Then in their next series, they quickly 2-0'd a much better team (Azure Ray).  Lips sealed

I doubt that they're doing that on purpose. Look at some of their games, their drafts are the usual, and the way Miposhka and Collapse plays around the map is what you would typically expect of Team Spirit on other tournaments as well. It may be that other teams are just better currently, leading to Team Spirit placing badly on the tournament and not being that team that everyone knows.

Either way, it's still good if they can claw their way back up, but I somehow doubt it at this point in time.
I was also curious how they're suddenly giving out 2-0s, and it appears more than half of their games are close losses where it's decided through one or two big team fights in the mid to late game.

It's still doable, but they'll need a flawless performance for their three remaining series.
