301  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Investing on: March 08, 2015, 02:46:21 AM
I would recomend buying an account and using it for signature campaigns. They pay well and it is easy to make your money back quickly. You can PM me if you would like more details about how this works.
302  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cloud Mining on: March 08, 2015, 02:44:57 AM
How come you want to invest in cloud mining? I heard cloudmining is no longer profitable along with many of the mining companies actually being scams.
303  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Parent Calls 911 When School Will Not Release Child. Refusal To Take Common Core on: March 08, 2015, 02:27:43 AM
School does not have higher authority over children than parents have. It does not matter if child is during 'testing' or not if Parent is asking for his child it is his/her law. That is my opinion.

I agree, I think she has the right to take her child out of the testing if she wants and should be allowed to take them home or w/e.
Did we find out what happened in the end?
304  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think Buffett was right? on: March 08, 2015, 02:14:59 AM
He has famously said that you shouldn't invest in something you don't understand.

He doesn't. Yet. There is always hope.

'Never invest in a business you cannot understand.' 'Always invest for the long term.' '

i doubt he will invest on bitcoin, even if he understands

Exactly, it probably works against an investment that he may have or something. (I mean if he invested in some credit card company or something)
305  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is cloud mining still profitable? on: March 08, 2015, 01:20:09 AM
Has any of you guys ever made profit through these sites? I made a little through buying and selling on sites like gh.io but never made anything from holding onto the mining contract if you will.
306  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting On Cricket World Cup [Help Me Bet] on: March 08, 2015, 01:12:29 AM
Its going to be Lanka VS Australia.
Would really be a tough choice. Although I am not betting on this one but I would choose Australia for this match.

What's your choice and why?

I'd say Australia as well. Whilst they choked bad last time they where able to back it up somehow on a ground people though both teams may score 300+. I think they have a little bit of an edge on that game but will be interesting to watch.
307  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Most Popular & Trusted Bitcoin Game | Huge Community | Free BTC on: March 08, 2015, 01:04:45 AM
well, hitting 9900x will need time as its only happen 1 in 10k bet..but sometimes

it can go far to 100k..like Hui did...goodluck with 9900x mate..
Pretty sure hui hit the 9900x almost 10 or even more times. Trick is to start with your faucet bet and increase by 1% each time so when you finally hit it you will earn a bit more. For example if you win after 100 rolls you will have won more than double if you increase by 1% every time.
wont 1% be too much?
This 1% would get compounded and as the bet becomes large this 1% would increase and can bust you sooner than you think.
I would prefer doing it less than 1%.

I'm with you on this, if for example it takes twice as long as usual you are putting out thousands and thousands of satoshi's ever bet you miss. THis will make you run out of BTC real quick. I think a good way would be going up 0.1 satoshi's each bet. When you win you should get around 0.1 BTC, I am unsure the cost of this though.
308  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: INVEST BITCOIN!!! on: March 08, 2015, 01:00:46 AM
Pretty risky, basically gambling with your money.
you mean investing? if someone would invest bitcoin in mining hardware no one could scam them

The risk is not actually profiting along with not recieving your hardware and getting scammed etc. Like the case with many mining companies they often cannot meet up to what they say about their hardware.
309  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Bitcoin? on: March 08, 2015, 12:58:33 AM
Honestly there are a not of easy safe ways to grow your bitcoin. As others have said investing in a gambling site is good.

investing in gambling site will not give you gurantee that your bitcoins will only grow you can also end up finishing your all bitcoins with it

What happens if the gambling site goes down or runs away or the likes? It just means that it is not garunteed but simply lo risk as you have to trust the gambling site to payout.
310  Economy / Services / Re: Master-P's FREE Escrow Service | IPO/ICO and Sig Campaigns 1% fee on: March 08, 2015, 12:55:26 AM
I'd like to vouch for Master-P I have used his escrow services previously and all went through smoothly.
311  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Need analysis on possible hack on: March 08, 2015, 12:54:31 AM
Where did you use the internet when you got funds or the such? If it was in a public place there is a chance someone may have been sniffing it (I think that is correct terminology ahah) and seen your address and login info there.
312  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: BTC Tumbler ? on: March 08, 2015, 12:52:29 AM
Is it legal to have one as long as it would only be used for legal transactions?

It is most likely illegal to provide a service like that since all financial services need to comply with AML/KYC regulations.

Yea, it is likely you may be working with illegal funds and the such so you may run into trouble there. It would be good to see another good reputable mixing service though.
313  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [OFFICIAL]Gebbit.com - Simple, Easy & Secure BTC Exchange | EU Based on: March 08, 2015, 12:51:07 AM
It's cool to see new exchanges popping up but unfortunately it is also hard to trust them. You may find it hard to get your initial lot of returning users. Good luck however.
314  Bitcoin / Press / Re: 03-07-2015 Blur, Use Bitcoin Anywhere MasterCard Is Accepted on: March 08, 2015, 12:30:57 AM
Other than legal issues as have already been said, I believe this is a great step forward. Bitcoin is designed to be spent and used by people not just stored to try an accumulate value in my opinion and these will help that. I hop in the future I will be able to get payed in bitcoin so I may be able to use something like this.
315  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech - carrier grade, data center ready mining rigs on: March 08, 2015, 12:29:09 AM
They want to make someone create an account to even file a complaint.  I'm not giving them my damn contact information.  I would suggest others be careful doing so as well.

I think SP should do this. But hey, at least it shows that Spondoolies as a brand is an asset i China!

Some in China are known for hacking to obtain technical designs on products from corporations, etc...  I would be careful if I were SP.

Aliexpress / Alibaba

Of course it is reputable.

Some of the companies that sell are not. But they do try very hard to maintain a watch on that in Aliexpress and Alibaba. Rating system is pretty good. In 3 years of using Aliexpress I have hand one complaint about non-shipment and my money was returned by the company after Aliexpress intervened.

I think a lot of people still have misconceptions about Alibaba. At one point it was a bit of a joke to try and get useful quotes on it, but it's evolved considerably and is now a juggenaugt. They did US$9.4B in sales in a single day during their 11.11 sale in 2014. That's an eighth of eBay's 2013 gross merchandise volume, in a single day.

It really has grown quicker than I ever expected it could, it's just many people atleast in my country (western country) don't use it or havent heard of it and so for it to be so huge without being world known is pretty remarkable.
316  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bit-x wants a phone number to sign-up? on: March 07, 2015, 02:57:26 PM
I am unsure whether or not I should trust them but I guess I may as well. Their rates are worth it Tongue

Angry Official  pool still not pay out.

I'm sure it will pay out soon enough. I have never had any real problems before.
318  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Signature campaigns? on: March 07, 2015, 01:10:48 PM
bit-x is the best for you, if there is still spots left, other campaign seems a bit underwhelming

not everything against them, i'm not beside at all,  it's just the true
he can't join bit-x signature campaign yet
because his rank is still member
and member didn't allow to join, minimal rank is full member

It is really weird that you mention bit-x campaign. Do you know that manager of this campaign - Marcotheminer got banned yesterday? I would assume something is not really right there.

He is only managing and holding funds... The actual money is from Bit-x. How long is he banned for? At this point I am still confident of getting payed out.
319  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin be around in 5 years? If so, what's its price? on: March 07, 2015, 12:58:01 PM
do you guys think it is possible to go  $10k/btc by 2020?

In almost 6 years of time so many things can happen. No one here can predict what the price will be in 2020.
Could be 10K, could be less, could be more.

True. Bitcoin is such a speculative asset. No one can predict what exactly will the price be 5 years from now.

This may not be a good thing though as bitcoin was made to be spent not held and sold... I think the price will grow when we see more and more use for the coin. In my country I can just about buy anything now with bitcoin which I will be taking up soon using a bitcoin debit card.

Yup definitely right. Bitcoin isn't designed to be an investment, it is designed to be used as a currency. But what's really happening is that most users treat bitcoin as an asset, thus going against what it was meant to be used as.

I think this is a big problem with where we are at right now, if it continues like this it may be unlikely that bitcoin will become a widely used currency. We are at a point where we create the outcome IMO.

You can buy a full member account fairly cheap here and make your money back in like a week xD
